On 96 battery light came on. Found Auto Zone on MLK In Lansing where awesome employee in grey cleaned my battery and discovered my serpentine belt had broken. Referred me to Midas across the street where I met two more awesome people — the tag team of Jenny and Jamie who promised they would fix my car that day and they did! There was a wait for the parts... but as a woman with no appointment but a strong prayer to God to find me the right people, I was a happy blessed woman. Jenny found the parts and Jamie put them on. Kindness and efficiency ... make a great combination!

I am so glad I found this place. I have needed several things done with my car and they have taken care of the issues in a timely manner and the customer service is outstanding! I came to this midas in a pinch. My van was leaking coolant. When i pulled into the parking lot it was rolling smoke from the hood. When we popped the hood everything was soaked . They could see i was upset and they were very friendly and helpful. He located what was broke and told me that it was an $800 fix but he could repair it for $200. I had to sit there for 3 hours but it was worth the wait! I will definitely be going back for future repairs.

Had a great experience. They were able to get me in on time and fixed my air conditioner at a good price. Also gave me results on my vehicle. Will definitely go back for other repairs.

I went there last year for an oil change and the older gentleman was incredibly rude to my mother who didn’t speak much English I will never go back my mother felt bad and I got super annoyed with the experience he would just stare and give her looks we were so uncomfortable in the lobby

My car was broken into while it was there the manager took care of everything was very helpful in resolving my issues

Replaced exhaust but still slightly noisy. Took in twice to get the brakes corrected, still not working right. Brake light still comes on. Will not go there again.

Got charged $400 for a part thats only 170 and $199 for a part thats only $90. Had to pay since the work was already done but Ill never be back again. Save ur money and go elsewhere.Update. They didnt fix the problem that i paid them to fix and now my car smells like a carton of cigarettes and has multiple lights on thr dash. Thanks midas. Ill look at this as a small investment to keep them from ever working on my car again.

Love it stayed over night at dunes inn ssuites but there carpet was so very dirty.. so were your shoes...the dunes awesome

I took my car in because the muffler system had broken off at the flange. I thought I needed the whole system replaced. They could have told me thats what was needed and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Tom Milbourn was able to fix the break in my muffler system, saving me hundreds of dollars! He was honest and the price was very reasonable. In less than an hour, I had a quiet car again. Thank You Tom Milbourn for the great service!

Went to get tires on my Honda. I like the option of ordering the tires & setting up the appointment online. Although they looked over some other repairs that needed to be done, I went to EJs and got the repairs done nearly $600 less than their quote.

Staff was friendly, and its great that when you get your oil changed, they dont charge extra for a tire rotation. Its also nice that they offer free wifi. Im leaving a low rating because of the CIGARETTE SMOKE--its pretty bad. My vehicle smelled strongly of smoke, so I had to leave the doors open over night in the garage before it wasnt overwhelming. My clothes also smelled terrible. I had to change my clothes immediately and even ended up having to wash my ski jacket, which required a special trip to the store for powered detergent. It was pretty frustrating. Im happy to pay extra for a tire rotation elsewhere just to avoid the unpleasant inconvenience.
