Toyota has a great service center here. Been going here for quite some time. Cost is decent and the work is superb. Bring a laptop, tablet or phone and relax for an hour and youll be g2g. Well worth it!

My husband and I have been taking our car to be serviced at Toyota Stadium in Tampa Fl for the past 10 yrs and for the past 2 years at Spartan Toyota in Lansing M and I can say that weve always had a great experience. They are right on schedule, thorough and honest. They will tell you exactly what you need done and what can wait. I also like the fact that they are not pushy.

Absolutely horrid since Tom left. Drop off with a 7:00 appointment time for an oil change and to check my blind spot monitor. Told them Id pick it up at 10:00. No problem, except that they hadnt even started it. Apparently, they put drop-offs to the back of the line, no matter what. The owner told me its standard practice, and hes never had a complaint like this. His manager son blamed it on me for signing the order to get the work done, that had noon pickup automatically, even though I had first appointment and requested 10:00.

Be super clear with what you want and agree to price ahead of time. Even then I still end up turning down up-sales regularly. To be clear, you are going to pay extra by using this dealership. Not extra for quality, just extra. I recommend making the trip to Ann Arbor for any serious work that requires a dealership. We use a different local shop for basic maintenance because they import Toyota oil for Toyotas and Spartan does not.

Very bad experience. I bought tyres for my SUV. Better to buy from Sams club, discount Tyre or any other local Tyre shop as they have Better customer service and after sales services .

I like Toyota and everyone is very friendly and helpful. BUT. I have noticed when i take my car in for its oil change. I think they tend to skip certain steps on the inspection. I noticed one time my windshield washer wasnt filled. So the next time I went back knowing it was tedering the line where the light will come on depending on the level. Just to see if theyd skip this again. And sure enough I got my car back and the light was still tedering. Then they told me I needed new cabin air filter and engine filter. So before my next oil change I went and bought brand new ones. Put them in on Saturday. My oil change was Monday. They told me my filters were nearing their end and that on my next oil change Id need new ones. I will probably not be coming back here for my oil changes as I prefer the places I can see everything being done to my car. So i know its actually being checked. But i do love the cookies in the lobby!

Thought I got mobile 1 oil but the receipt said vavoline and they found problems that I dont think exist
