These guys are AWESOME! They are very professional and very helpful. Vision Tire & Auto is our new go to guys for repairs. As most Smart car owners know, there are very few places that will service our special little cars. We called and checked all over Mid Michigan and no one was any help. That is until we found Vision in Lansing. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from Swartz Creek to drop it off. The repair bill was extremely reasonable, in fact it came in well under the estimate! Vision Tire & Auto did an absolutely wonderful job of getting my summer tires on new rims that I bought via Tire Rack. (They shipped right to the store.) Will definitely go back in the winter when its time to swap back.Friendly staff, good communication, answered all my questions, and absolutely no run around. Even had me come back to re-torque all my wheels (important for new lugs / wheels) a few days later.

I cant speak on the quality of their work but what I will say is they are currently half staffed with what seems to already be a fresh stack of employees. I was told the car would be looked at for a basic inspection yesterday morning and now theyre saying it wont even be looked at till the end of the week. Like I said I cant speak on their work, however I am unlikely to recommend this shop to anyone given the current situation with their staff.

Got this place recommended when I was purchasing tires through tire rack, where they sent the tires and wheels directly to the shop. Fast and good service, and super friendly staff.

I recently took my car in for two issues, including a tire leak. The first issue was fixed, but after several days I noticed the tire was leaking again. I called Vision and they picked the car up at my house, discovered I had yet another puncture, repaired the tire at no cost, and returned it. Everyone I dealt with in both interactions was very nice. Ive used them before and been satisfied, but this was above and beyond.

Fantastic service performed on short same day notice, tires changed out to my satisfaction, and the curtesy free air with working gage they offer out back, is commendable in this day and age.

I found this shop after I hit a deer and found myself at Vision Collision in East Lansing. Ive been a loyal customer ever since, for everything from oil changes to main oil seal replacements and drive shafts. A great shop, and now many friends and all my grown children rely on this shop for all the basics, and then some. Great prices (State of Michigan fleet discount for employees), Truly a local treasure, a hard-wrench shop with honest management and a commitment to the local community. Well done, sirs.

Went twice for a leaky tire. Everytime I used that car the tire was flat or lost 10+ pounds of air. It was worrisome to just try going somewhere. What I needed was a complete tpms system replaced. This other business was right where I broke down.

I have purchased tires there and they ended up working great at a very fair price (Mastercraft tires; named after a boat, dig through snow like a tank) and had my exhaust patched up. Seem like honest guys, and even picked me up when my car was ready.

Always pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service and comfortable, smoke-free waiting area. Plus, they are always happy to pick you up or drop you or your vehicle off. Bonus!!! A great bunch of guys. Not a foul word or shady character in sight. Maybe a couple of dollars more than some of the smaller operations in town, but you truly get what you pay for.

Luke and Darrin run the best shop in town. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable, and they NEVER try to “up sell” you on things you don’t need. They stand behind their work. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in town.

Wonderful place to service your vehicle. Ive brought my 2008 Mitsubishi lancer here multiple times to service and theyve done a great job as always. Would recommend this place over any other auto service location in the Lansing area. Had to be at the hospital for my wife to get testing 😣. Had a flat tire on the way there called vision tire@ Auto told them what was going on. They told me to come on down. They immediately got me in they even pulled a vehicle out just to get me in and out. Cause it was a emergency. Don’t get your fluid changed here but the manager has great customer service. These guys are extremely busy but they took the time to quote prices for labor, parts, as well as advise me with different (options) of how to fix my foreign car (Honda Accord). I was not rushed or pressured into making a decision and their prices are within budget and reasonable. Darren is personable in person and over the phone. In addition, they have a pick up and delivery service with flexible availability which they were more than willing to work with my schedule.

I called to have my car battery replaced, I was told that it was going to cost me $340.00. An hour to change the battery @ $120.00 an hour with the Sparrow employee discount when I questioned that, I was told that is because its a foreign car... and $220.00 for the battery.I bought the most expensive top of the line battery that another retailer had, and it cost me $164.00. And the 1 hour install time that they were going to charge me because my car is European, I did it myself in 10 minutes from start to finish...I would love to use them, but I am not going to pay DOUBLE for convenience. But on a good note, the staff was very helpful and professional.

These guys are top notch! I needed an emergency plug from a nail, called right before closing, and they totally took care of me. Even found a nail in another tire and took care of that. Best of all, they left candy for me when I drove away!

Traveling from out of state and noticed someone wrong with my car. I was recommended to this place and had set up an appointment. I got in and was told my alignment was off which they fixed right away. I had other services done, checking my battery to the trend on my tires.I had asked for other services that they had but one of that surprised me was the service of driving you home so you wouldn’t be stuck there the whole time.The service was great because I felt welcomed and heard. Most places even back at home doesn’t make me feel comfortable to ask for help.

They are very honest and service was great. They can bring your car from work or home and bring it back. There are many bad auto repair services in the area but these guys are outstanding. Highly recommend.

Had my breaks changed, along with my oil. Guys are top notch, get you in, and out without a hassle. If its convenient for you, theyll pick up your vehicle and make the repairs, and bring it back. Arent after milking you for every penny and only after what is needed, or suggested because of their own concerns for you. Ill definitely return.

I love Vision Tire and Auto. As a mom of two young children, its hard to coordinate getting my vehicle dropped off, be without a car, and then pick it back up - all while swapping out car seats etc. It is a huge plus and blessing to have Vision come and PICK UP my car at my house and return it when the work is completed. Both times Ive used Vision theyve returned the car in the same day! Ive worked with Josh and Luke and both were incredibly helpful. So grateful to have found this shop!

Staffs are very nice and helpful. They do actually care about your car and be honest about your issues and parts price. Labor fee are pretty low.

A pleasure to work with these guys. Hyundai of South Lansing quoted me $2500 to replace some brake components. These guys did it for under $300 with used parts. Im delighted to do business when they charge reasonably. Fast Service, friendly, only used Vision once, but I will be returning.

Great customer service, Vision tire fixed our wheel bearing and replaced some parts to correct a check engine light.

I had some issues with my work truck and I needed it to be diagnosed and repaired within a reasonable time. I depend on my truck for work everyday. Not only did they give me a very fair quote, but they helped explain things to me in way that made sense to me. I felt like this is a shop I can trust with my truck. I was given a ride home from a service member, and I was even more satisfied when they called me later that day and told me my truck was fixed. As a local business owner, this showed me that this is a company that cares about their customers the same way I treat my own customers. Not to mention it sure beats the prices of the big dealerships!

My vehicle was towed in and they were able to get it in same day and communicated what was needed and had done by that night awesome work

The called me when it was ready and they picked me up from work to take me back to get my car. The driver was courteous and professional, as were the other employees I dealt with. My 10 year old car wouldnt start and my fiance and I took it to a shop in Okemos. They hadnt even looked at my car for three days and the manager was very rude to me so we had my car towed to Vision Tire and Auto because they were referred by a neighbor. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!
