I loved my new car, but I did experience some concerns with the key fob, tires, and brake rotors. Two of them were fixed, but I am still experiencing a sound coming from rear brake rotors. I plan on taking it to Mikes Busted Knuckles in Lansing to determine if they need to be fixed. I expressed my concerns with manager of used car department and Aaron in service department. They both assured me its not a safety issue. I hope its not. Mike has never steered me wrong. Thank you again.

Jamie was wonderful!! She made our purchasing experience go smoothly especially since we drove 200 plus miles to pick up our new vehicle. She was very prompt to answer all our questions and was always available to interact with us during this process.When we arrived she was performing some finishing touches on the vehicle in the lot. Emily has went above and beyond ever since I walked into the dealership and left with a new car on June 1, 2021. She got me in and got me financed and really helped guide me through the process.When my car developed some issues in August she accompanied me to the service department and advocated for me, even letting me know I had an extended warranty that covered the timing chain! Personally I just think its awesome that shes a young female in a traditionally male dominated field, rocking it.Shes knowledgeable, friendly and just good people. Parts were delayed. I understand that aspect. I called on 4 different occasions in the month span that Feldman had my vehicle. First time I called they said they were waiting on one more part and they spoke with manufacturer who said it was mailed out. The next week I called, they said it just needed to be assembled. Following week they say they are waiting on 2 parts. Then the next time I call they said they don’t have any in yet. Parts delay is out of their control, I know that. My dad works for GM and I understand the delays right now. . What is in their control is being transparent and open communication. I got different answers every time. I finally got my car back and after driving it for an hour the check engine light came on. I then bring the car in to be checked. They cleared it out and said a sensor needed to be re set. Well today (not even 24 hours after they cleared the sensor) my check engine light is back on. So I get to re arrange my entire work schedule AGAIN to bring my car in for something that should’ve been taken care of before I got my car back in the first place. On top of all that, my car was in need of an oil change, and I called a few days after my car was towed there to see if when done at body shop they could the change the oil at service. Nope. Wasn’t done. I’ve been dealing with Feldman for a few years now and have never had issues. This has really deterred me and I don’t know if when my lease is up I’ll still go through Feldman.

I had the most wonderful experience with Feldman Chevrolet service center. The gentleman who assisted me was kind, personable, and efficient at his job. He was helping manage my car, in addition to answering questions from his coworkers without skipping a beat. From a customer who has very little vehicle knowledge and who does not have family in this area to help guide me with my vehicle service, I feel happy to know that I can trust the professionals down the road at Feldman to have me and my vehicles best interest in mind.

Mitchell and his trainee was extremely helpful! I initially went in for a 2015 Chevy Cruze, and he was able to get me a 2017 Chevy Cruze and I LOVE it! Very easy process. I wasn’t expecting to come out with a vehicle today, with the down payment and monthly payment I wanted, but they made it happen and I’m extremely grateful and appreciate their exceptional customer service. Very professional establishment and I definitely would recommend going it.

I was sold a car and the sun roof worked one day and didn’t the very next day after purchase. Then I took it into the service shop to get it serviced. The car sat there all day and finally got my call to come pick up my car. Excited to get to my car and use the sunroof and boom it opens with no issue. As I went to close it there was an issue. Made another appointment just for them to tell me something is broke and I would need a new sunroof. It’s no longer under a warranty. This place should have just been honest from the start and I would have been completely okay with that and looking for a new sunroof repair shop. I was given lies and partial fixes. **** I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING THINGS CHECKED AT THIS LOCATION**** THEY LIE!!!

Customer service was great but after 10 days of having my car serviced the check engine light came on. This is the second time this has happen in the past 2 years. Thus, the reason why I stop coming to Feldman in Lansing I know from past experiences that you’ll will not help or look at the car and be honest about the situation and taking ownership or what happened. I believe hiring better mechanics that aren’t rushing will help to have been service. Like I said at the start customer service was great and the people doing the paper work are nice and friendly.

I was in a panic when the needle on my temperature gauge jumped to high while I was driving. Pulled into the first place I saw, which was Feldman Chevrolet. The service rep I interacted with was polite, precise and honest. I have a Jeep, and he was nice enough to inform me they would do the best they could with limited knowledge of the Jeep’s engine. They did an initial repair, and it was towed to my Jeep dealer. Thank you for your time and getting me started on getting back on the road.

I called on a vehicle that I found on line at Feldman Chevrolet. They said it was available. So I drove to the dealership to see the vehicle. And then I was told it wasnt there. Then Tyler the salesperson I was working with told me that it was somewhere else. I said okay thats fine. Call me tomorrow when the vehicle is available. He never called me. So I called to see what was up. So I talked to Tyler my salesman and he the was being used for something else. The way I was treated and the way they do business. I do not recommend at all.👎🤔

I set up an appointment for 5pm Wednesday, 8/11/21 online. Shortly after, I received a confirmation email for an appointment for 5pm Thursday, 8/12/21. When I called the dealership to confirm my appointment, I first was told that they had no information regarding me or my appointment. I was then told that two appointments had been scheduled in my name; one for 7am Wednesday, 8/11 and the other for 5pm Thursday, 8/12. I agreed to keep the Thursday appointment.When I went in on Thursday, the dealership did not seem to have record of my appointment or the services that I had requested online. I requested an oil change, engine air filter replacement, and for a diagnosis for my check engine light. I was told that I would have to leave my car at the dealership for, at least a day in order for the check engine diagnosis and potential repair. I settled on just having the oil change and air filter change for this visit. A tire rotation was also done as I was told that it came standard with the filter change.The dealership was busy so I wasnt surprised that I ended up waiting awhile. Complementary coffee and popcorn were offered to me as I went into the waiting area. A mostly pleasant space that made the wait bearable.I was eventually told that services were completed on my vehicle and got checked out. I left the building not being told where my vehicle was located. I found it easy enough as the left front of the body of my vehicle (near front left tire) was completely on the ground. Coming in, I had some damage to the front body of my vehicle and had been using duct tape for support. Im sure that it came loose with the jarring of opening and closing the hood along with other work being done on the vehicle. However, the fact that no attempt was made to reconnect the area was disappointing.I came to the appointment with a tire that had lower psi (29 at arrival). This was my left rear tire. My front right tire had 29 psi at the time that I left the dealership. So the good news is that it appears that my tires had been rotated, but no effort was made to check the air on my tires or fill them to the correct psi.Camron (the team member working on my vehicle) made comments to another team member about a sale that I assume had recently been completed while walking me up to get checked out. A separate employee offered to purchase my vehicle off of me as I worked to duct tape the front of my car back together before I left the lot. I responded that I was happy with my vehicle and that my plan was to get it repaired. He asked me how much it would cost. I responded that I hadnt received a quote yet, but that I have insurance should it be worth a claim, reiterating that I was happy keeping my car.Overall, due to the lack of organization, lack of care and attention to detail, along with the lack of professionalism throughout my experience at Feldman Chevrolet, I will not be recommending them to anyone that I know. In fact, I will advise against it.

The experience was okay except the dealership has misplaced the key for the vehicle that I used as a trade-in and I have been contacted by numerous staff asking me about the key when I dont have the key. My salesperson was great...very positive and upbeat. On the down-side, I had to take the car in the very next day to have a fender piece fixed. So although I would like to say it was a great experience, the issues after the purchase have tainted the whole process at this point.

3 stars because I had a good experience buying my car but will not be returning for anymore basic maintenance. I took my vehicle in for my last free oil change and I asked them to check out a tire that had a slow leak, because I had a warranty on the tires. When they were done they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it, when they had to take the tire off to rotate tires. So a month later I go to discount tire because they will fix it for free, and as soon as they got the tire off he pulled me aside and showed me the obvious nail in the tire that feldman didnt want to fix or somehow blind to miss. So who knows what work actually got done when I went to feldman. I always felt confidant taking my vehicle there, never again.

Extremely professional, took great covid precautions. I worked with Zack F. (who so kindly came in on his day off to assist me) He asked a bunch of questions on what I was looking for, and what I was hoping to pay. He was patient with everything I was hoping to find in a car and didnt show me anything out of my price range. I didnt feel like he was just trying to make a sale, I felt like he was genuinely there to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. I had my 6 year old there, and Zack was patient with all the child questions, and talking. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here- and request Zack if available!! We are in love with my new car and SO happy with the experience, with our salesman and everyone who we had to work with. (the finance man, and other salesman who were working that day) Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I bought 2020 xt5 Cadillac with 7000 miles. I asked if there where anything wrong with car. They told me it was perfect. So the same day I transferred money. When their driver brought it to Ohio. The mirror was broken. I had driver with him in the picture pointing at it so they would on say I did it. I text my saleman told him. He contacted management they said it was sold as is. The manager never called me. Tyer has tried to have them take care of problem. He said that was there final decision. I have owend a business for over 40 years you dont treat New customer this way. I would not deal with them and not backing your salesman tells me alot about management and this company. I will be contacting the BBB. First time that I have ever wrote a complaint. RIGHT IS RIGHT! Integrity in this country is a thing in the past!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had when purchasing a product. The dealership as a whole continued to push a rehearsed line to entice me and other customers to make a purchase on a vehicle through GM Financing at 0% down. I had a significant amount of cash on hand to put towards a down payment to lower my monthly payments and get me a better interest rate. Yet they pretty much refused to take my money. They eventually slipped up and told me that this was done so because they get a kick-back from GM to coerce people into 0% down, GM financing. It helped them, “keep the lights on in these tough times”, and shouldnt worry because I could “refinance after 6 months”. They also made it a point to state that they were “selling cars below MSRP while other dealerships are price gauging and taking advantage of their customer.” Their business practices are downright despicable and I have never been so frustrated and angered in my life. I am also displeased with General Motors because IF they are persuading dealerships to coerce people into financing through them, at 0%, then they are screwing their customers right out the gate. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I would also recommend if you DO decide to buy from them, you check the odometer reading before signing the contract.Note: The actual Salesman Stephan was great. It was the Management that failed in this instance.

I spoke with Zac and Dave who helped me purchase the vehicle I was looking for. We came to a quick deal and I purchased my 2SS. This is not where it ended. I am from out of state and we closed the deal over the phone and through Email. The vehicle was set up to be transported to me about 900 miles away. The vehicle arrived a little dirty from its travel but after a quick clean up the vehicle was in perfect condition. Buying this car on line was done after a long search and a recommendation by a colleague from the Michigan area. There really wasnt much of I was looking for close to me so I decided to call the folks at Feldman. At first I was apprehensive with buying a car sight unseen, but dealing with the professionals at Feldman my worries were appeased. My visit to the dealership last Saturday was a very disappointing. There were oil fingerprints all over my overhead upholstery. There was oil stains in the seat in back of my seat on the front passenger side front driver side, that were not there before bringing my vehicle in for servicing. The tire pressure was never corrected after I had paid for a 30000/60000 mile service. My trip to the dealership yesterday resulted in me reminding the manager in the service department that the oil was still in my car after I had returned from dropping off my vehicle, and the pressure in my tires with never corrected. My vehicle was then taken to be thoroughly cleaned, however the oil finger prints are still in my vehicle. The manager offered to buy new leather for my front driver seat. There has been no solution for removing the oily fingerprints from my overhead upholstery. It is very apparent that the service manager and service reps do not listen to the voice of the customer. It took me multiple trips, and much disappointment, to be further let down by the service department at Feldman Chevrolet.

They like to schedule your service of your vehicle two days before they even look at your car and cannot even provide you w a loaner while they keep you car and not even look at. There’s no purpose of scheduling an appointment if you’re not going to look at someone’s car until 2 days later, absolutely unprofessional.

Vehicle was not ready when I went to retrieve it the following day from having a oil change/fuel injection/tire rotation and front passenger tire air leak check. The tire was never inspected and I had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes while Mark (service rep) went running to see what had happened. Mark did compensate me for my time with an additional 20 dollars off my total package. The thing is...this is not the first time some sort of communication breakdown has happened within the servicing departments. My wife took our Traverse up there for a set appointment for an Oil change, only to wait for two hours and the Traverse was never serviced. Again some mix-up in communication. That was some time last year and the only explanation was luke-warm apology from a rep.I have several Oil-changes left on my Feldman service plan I hope these past two instances are just that, the past. I do applaud Mark (service rep) for his diligence in correcting the situation.Thank youRicardo Rodriguez

I called and i talked to Tyler in the sales department department my daughter had bought a car there a year ago and was looking at a truck but said they were really rude about financing really pushy when she was already preapproved from another company So I called to find out if that was true before she went again and it didnt take long for Tylers show his true colors about financing they would rather finance than sell a vehicle if youre preapproved stay away if you have bad credit this is probably the place for you

When I set up my oil change I also mentioned my defrost button not illuminating. I was told after my 1.5hr oil change I needed to make a separate appointment for that. So I made another appointment a few days later and requested to have new wipers installed. After waiting over an hour I was told they had to order a part and they would call in the next day or so to have me come in a third time since mentioning my issue. My wipers weren’t changed. It has been 2 days and I haven’t heard anything about the part. It wouldn’t be as big of a deal if I didn’t have to drive 32 miles round trip each time while having a leased vehicle on limited miles.
