Had some car repairs(tune up) done on my vehicle. Called around a few shops to get some quotes first so I had something to work off of. United was a little cheaper than the other 3 shops I called. They installed the factory spark plugs that came with the vehicle so I was happy about that as some shops will just throw whatever they can get a good deal on. Dropped the car off in the morning 9am and I got call back by 1130am letting me know the car was done. they even vacuumed out my car for me.

Yes, he deals in insurance and salvaged vehicles, but he was very up front about the issues, showing pictures of what was worked on with back quarter panel. If I could rate United Motors worse I would in a heartbeat. The minute we arrived the guy had attitude with us? Could be misogyny, could be that he’s just a flat out jerk (to put it mildly) or both. Either way, after asking to test drive one of the cars on their lot, he immediately asked my mom u0026 I if we were planning on financing. We hadn’t even seen the car yet so him asking that was reallllly jumping the gun. I let him know we we had a few other places to go to and we weren’t 100% planning to finance. So I again, asked if I could test drive. He proceeded to push financing and I explained that I just got there and hadnt even seen the car yet. After that he finally called someone over to bring the car up and then was questioning how long we were going to test drive it for. Like I was going to take it on a family vacation… no buddy I had other things to do that day. I took it around the block and when we got back he was standing outside waiting for us. He answered a few of our questions and proceeded to get defensive with my mom. Stand up guy!! He seemed the happiest when we told him we had other cars to check out. Weird business model? Are you actually trying to sell cars? When he took the car back to its spot on the lot he proceeded to drive it really fast backwards down the street like we were in some B grade action movie.All of that’s to say, I would really really be careful coming here. He was extremely rude, pushy and overall shady. You might like the car on the lot (like I did) but you want someone who’s honest, upfront and friendly.

Great place with great prices. Nick was very professional and easy to deal with. Could not be happier with my car. Advice for the buyers would be to ask them if its a salvage title and pay to get the Carfax before you consider buying. They buy and fix insurance claim and salvage cars, and they do it very well with a good system, but it still has some risk. Just know everything about the car that youre looking at before you get it. I got a 2016 Subaru Outback with 75,000 miles for $14,000. Very good price for that car. The only thing that was an issue was there car shook at 60-70 MPH, but it was an easy wheel balance fix. All things considered, they do a great job here from my experience and I will consider them in the future.

Overall, I had a really positive experience here. Its owner operated and a family business which I really appreciated. I called Nik at 8 pm on a Saturday night, and we got a deal done for me to pick the car up on Sunday afternoon. He worked well to get things done. He was honest through the process. I bought an F150 from him. Its an amazing truck. It drives really well and has no major issues. The only reason this isnt a 5 star review is because the AC for the car didnt work (it was a mechanical issue) which ended up costing me a chunk of change to fix. Nik said he didnt know about it, and I honestly believe him because it was late winter when I purchased it. So, aside from having to fix just the AC to start, the rest of the truck is amazing and drives great.

Do your homework - maybe vehicles claimed as total loss by insurance company have far less damage than you would think. Was obviously in an accident because my husband found chalk writing on an aftermarket part on the front end . Took a chance u0026 it paid off! Very friendly service .

Lacks professionalism and basic customer service. My first impression when walking through the door was awkward. The owner did not really greet me and almost seemed like he was trying to be intimidating. I dont know, maybe this guy just has no customer service or people skills who knows. I asked him if the car had been in any accidents and he said yes but he did not know if they were major or minor. So I told him that I worked at a body shop and I would look it over carefully. After telling him that I would need to contact my bank to get the loan, and after him stumbling through which parts of the car was hit, he then told me that the vehicle was involved in a total loss with a rebuilt salvage title and that I should talk to a loan officer that I personally know. This way the bank would be able to give me a loan. He then handed me the keys and told me that he hopes the test drive is quick as he was closing soon. He also told me that the vehicles on his lot were bought salvaged at the auction and he fixes them to sell them. My advice to him would be to be clear about this up front to his customers before they drive 45 minutes to his business to look at a vehicle. This guy is the worst salesman Ive ever dealt with and I will recommend anyone to not purchase a vehicle from there, especially for the safety of their family. I work in the Collision business and if a vehicle is not fixed correctly structurally it can be very dangerous to drive in if it ever gets hit again. You are gambling if you buy a car from here, especially not knowing the skill-set level of the shop that repaired it.

Wish we had checked carfax before we purchased from these horrible scheisters. As many others have said, after it was too late we found out the car was a complete total due to flooding. This was never conveyed to us. We found multiple issues with car within days of owning it. They did fixe the cheapest problem, the radio. We were told they would order the other parts and would call when they came in. But they never called. They answered our first 2 calls and stalled us. But after that we somehow always got voicemail. My husband went in once and was told owner wasnt in. I forbid him to go back out of fear of the thugs that are always hanging out here. We put over $1000 into the $9000 vehicle to get it into safe working order a month after purchase, and another $700 within 4 months of purchase. This was 4 years ago. I cant believe theyre still in business!

Rude response, careless about customers. here is more interesting i checked carfax report of two cars that i was willing to buy, surprise 3 owner with two times accident salvage title. and other car has major accident record. if anyone want to buy junk car or salvage car, United motors LLC is best place.

I had my eye on a car of theirs for a couple of weeks and almost went thru with purchasing it. We spoke with Nick and my instincts were telling me that he was shady. he told us that he inspects the cars himself and that ” as far as he knew, the car was in good condition”. We took it for a test drive, went home and paid $45 for a carfax report. THE CAR HAD BEEN DEEMED AS A TOTAL LOSS! And had just arrived at their dealership right after it was in an accident! He did not tell us and based on other reviews, im guessing thats all he buys. Beware! the money spent on the carfax was well worth it. Also, hes a very unprofessional negotiator. he said that ” he sells 30 cars a month and is not deperate for a sale”. Way to let your customers know that theyre important! Seriously, do not buy from this guy!

My husband and I live 2 1/2 hours away and were interested in purchasing a car as long as everything checked out when we got there.We called prior to leaving to make sure the car was still available, which we were told it was, and to call when almost there to make sure it wasnt out for a test drive. Well, when 15 minutes away we called again and learned an employee had taken it home for the night (granted lets not forget they were open for another hour and a half). They didnt offer to bring it back, just simply said we can drive back again on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldnt trust that company at all.

I inquired about a vehicle asking whether it was cosmetically and mechanically sound, the salesman replied saying it had nothing wrong with it. The next day I used carfax and the vehicle was a total loss in an accident. I would not trust this business one bit.

This place is horrible! Stay away from it everyone. I called them to make sure the car was there and the worker said yes. I drove 1 hr 30 mins there and end up with big disappointment. The worker is very rude when talking to the customer. The worker raised his voice at me when I ask about needing a bank loan. He said I have to drive to the bank and get a pre-approval! I ask if he can call the bank and maybe fax the information over, all he said was NO! Made me drive another 15 minutes to the bank and still didnt work out. Wouldnt even ask if I would like to go for a test drive, he just straight out told me that I had to deal with the bank first before anything. I pray to god they go out of business. People like this dont care about their customer at all!

Two things: Caveat Emptor1. This dealer does repairs of vehicles. Keep that in mind that if you pull a CARFAX report--the repairs done by this dealer may mysteriously never show up on that CARFAX report, if you catch my meaning. Look at the sticker in the window, you will find a vague and short (2 word) description of repair there.2. Another thing, The sale tag in the window will be $1000-$2000 higher than the current internet price for that vehicle. I found this to be true on 3 out of 4 vehicles on the lot I randomly sampled. A honda civic, a honda pilot, a toyota camry, a volkswagen jetta. I matched up vins to verify I was looking at the same vehicle both in person and on the internet.The owner of this business is Arif Abdiu....and not someone named Nick. Verified this with BBB.

Customer service was horrible. Was interested in a few cars their, however when we started questioning them more about the cars the owner became hostile when talking with us. All cars their are salvage or previously damaged, which is not noted on the web site.
