I needed help setting my phone up and audrey totally killed it. she was so nice and so helpful she literally saved my life. there were issues with the account but she was so understanding and was finding other ways to help. i honestly wanted to give her a hug. i can’t thank her enough! employee of the century!

The absolute worse internet provider I have ever had in my life.. I’ve been through a few internet provider but never have I had much an issue just to set up WiFi it’s been almost two weeks and we still have gotten zero help. They keep sending people to the wrong apartment and half the time we can’t even get out through to anyone. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE

The gentleman I dealt with tonight was nothing short of spectacular (I forget what his name was). He helped with the setup and sale of two different devices and answered all of the questions I had. He even had me stay till the end of my setup to make sure that my sim card was working properly.
My sister and I went into the AT&T store on Saginaw highway and had a great experience. While it took longer than any of us had anticipated, Andrew Martin and Jeff Denda gave us incredible customer service. I wish that all of my interactions with agents could be that pleasant. My husband went in for an upgrade and had some problems with the fraud department but the employees at the store were helpful and patient and continued to help us work through the situation. They were professional and kind.

I want to say how helpful the guys here at ATT were. My husband and I made a real mistake, changing our service to Team Mobile and then realizing we needed to come back. Andrew spent a lot of time helping me understand some things on my phone that I didn’t get before. I left the store feeling like “things were solved” today!

I had the easiest and most courteous experience in the Lansing store. I can’t remember the associates name (my fault) but she was incredible. I was in and out of the store with the perfect solution to my issue in less than 3 minutes. I have been in this store a few times and all my experiences have been positive. This time, I couldn’t let good customer service go unnoticed or under appreciated. I will be back to this store for all of my phone needs!

Tim, the salesperson never acknowledged me and stayed on the phone never even looking at me. The other sales person had actuall customers. All i needed was an acknowledgement that he seen me. I was there to buy an i phone 11 because im a veteran with at t already. So, long story short, i finally wallked out after 7 minutes of standing there. Im a 100 percent service connected diabled veteran.
Didnt help transfer number after person on phone said they could help. Wish att was consistent in what they told customers. Not stores fault, just bad company policy.

I am a current Verizon customer. I have been seeing ads for there business plans since I own my business I thought it would be a great fit. I went in ready to switch It has been 2weeks and still they havent been able to get there stuff together and give me my options as far as cost and plans go. I have called 4 times and went in twice. seems that they are doing so well that do not want to take a Verizon customer to switch to at&t. very disappointed will stay with Verizon ....

We visited 6-3-14 in the evening. When we first walked in we had someone greet us right away. They even put cartoons on for our kids to keep them occupied. We were switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. We got to keep our cell phone numbers. The employees here were extremely friendly to us! Compared to T-Mobile, AT&T were MUCH faster at getting us in and out. And our bill is like $40 cheaper than it was with T-mobile and we got a better phone. Im impressed with the service we received. Keep up the good work!

In January, I went in to see if my broken phone could be replaced/repaired. Turns out it couldnt, and because all the in-store phones were beyond my price range, the folks dutifully advised me to check at Best Buy for a cheaper, unlocked phone and come back with it, so they could get me up and running.So I did, and came back, and they set me up. Then the attendant says to me would you like insurance on that? and I responded, Well, I didnt buy the phone from you. Can you still insure it? And he assured me that, since the phone was new, he could insure it. So I set up my 6.99 a month insurance.In September, I encountered some problems with the phone, only to be told by the insurance agency and the AT&T main office that, because they had never carried that phone, it couldnt have been insured. To their main offices credit, they were quick to reimburse me for the 7 months of supposed insurance I had been paying.But honestly, how can the store attendants swear up and down, even upon interrogation, that they can insure something that they cant? Very unprofessional and deceptive
If people make the business AT&T should hold on to Brandon Pierce. He did an incredible job helping my wife and I getting our new phones. He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient and pleasant. We are 65 and my prior phone had broken, I didnt know my passwords, and we are marginally tech savvy. He spent around two hours with just us to get our two phones changed over. He was a delight the whole time. Kudos and thanks to Brandon.
Even thought Terra couldnt provide actual tech support, we were able to resolve an issue from an update on my Samsung 9. I came away happy and satisfied.

I will never do business with AT&T again.After telling me my reception would be fine and signing a contract, I discovered it was very poor.As time went on, it went from poor to not at all.I had to leave home to use my phone. Im self employed too. Phones are important.Rather than just admitting they couldnt give me service and canceling the contract, they held me to it. I refused to pay the final bill. They tacked on and extra month, plus early termination.Now Ive been turned in to a collection agency, and my credit score is taking a hit.I dont care, Ill never pay this bill, and Ill never do business with AT&T again.By the way, I switched to Verizon and have had excellent service.

Really helped me out. My cell died and i was desperate - and they helped me find the least expensive replacement that filled all my needs. Even found me some discounts and transferred all my info to the new phone. Also very personable.
The associates that helped me - Cory and Dalton - were both very nice. Unfortunately, Dalton was not given the tools he needed to help me. He kept getting kicked out of the secured network so it took a long time to get me set up and he eventually had to do it manually by calling someone else at AT&T. I was first told that they could send a technician out in a week, then the call center Dalton called to set up my account told me that the soonest they could set me up was two and a half weeks.
Needed to set up a phone after my son got his stolen a few months ago. Quick and easy although youd think someone paying over 400 a month for 6 phones wouldnt get charged 5 dollars for a sim card they throw around like candy.
Went to upgrade my cell phone at this location and had Jason help me out. He was very patient, informative, and helpful! I ended up getting $150 of accessories for free with my trade-in, too. I will definitely come back next time I want an upgrade.
This is the store you want to go to! The men and women who work here are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they are unsure of a product they have no problems either asking another co-worker or looking online to see what others have said.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone 3Gs to an iPhone 4S. As soon as I walked in the door, a sales representative greeted me, and asked what he could do to help. It took a short while to upgrade, since the phone requires setting up, but thats understandable. The rep answered whatever questions I had, gave advise about the phone and let me know what I should need to know.Overall this visit, Id give customer service here, and my overall experience a thumbs up. Maybe the others just had a bad day!

ATT sales people often lie to you about the contract they are setting you up with. Its happened to me twice now. When you call corporate they tell you its set in stone, and that there is nothing they can do about it. Which is of course false. Being sold a contract in bad faith is a material breach of said contract from the get go. Call retentions office, complain. Call customer service, complain. Go to the store, complain. Make a scene. Show them that lying sales people and poor customer service does not pay off.

The store is always clean, and they are very nice and attend to you quickly. Although if you go during the peak hours, you might have to stay in line.
This review is reflective of att as a whole not the store branch.The company is full of morons who want to screw you over and take your money and time.I think comcast is the devil to personally, but Im currently choosing comcast over att if that means anything.Completly dissatisfied.I would never recommend att for cell phones, internet cable etc.

This is nothing against this location, this is for AT&T overall. I can not believe how much a large company like this can screw you over and never make things right! We switched to them because we thought that we were getting better internet service for cheaper but the first bill we received was more that doubled what we has agreed to when we signed up for it! We called to see what the deal was and they told us we were not eligible for the promotion we were offered. How could you offer one thing and we agree to a contract but without even notifying us charge almost $90 for basic internet! After we came to terms with what had happened we just wanted to switch back to our previous provider but were told we would have to pay $180 to get out of our contract early. I am so unbelievable dissatisfied, I will never go through AT&T for any service ever again!!!!
Horrible service! Waited 45+ minutes for nothing. Didnt even get a sorry for your wait or a smile from anyone. I was 1st in line and the salesman said you should sit down, its going to be a while longer, so I just left. Not worth it for poor customer service. Salespeople kept disappearing into the back and not returning so less and less employees became available to help me. Many people were leaving due to the wait without even being greeted. I said I was leaving and the employee didnt do anything to stop me...If she did I probably would have stayed. Waste of my Saturday.

Literally the rudest staff work here and give snarky feedback, giving customers false information and the run around. They tried to get me to leave even though they werent closing yet. You guys get paid to stay until you close. Worst service I have ever received from anywhere hands down. Please work on your management and fire staff that cant properly treat their customers.
