I went into this store after upgrade to the new iPhone 13 and was confused about my Apple ID on my two phones. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! We need more customer service employees like this. That’s why I will stick with Verizon. Oh by the way T-mobile sucks!!

Absolutely inept company. The service is rude and disrespectful. I went there and made an appointment. I was told to wait in my car to be notified. I waited for an hour. They closed the store without calling me! I wasted two hours. Who does that except irresponsible people? I went back the next day and they had no remorse. Not only that, I bought a new phone and watch. They did not help set up my new equipment. They threw it in a bag, took mymoney and said have a nice day. I could have used assistance helping to switch devices but they didn’t offer any help. These people should not have good business. I do not know who they employ but they are lazy children. I recommend going anywhere else. I truly mean this.I do not recommend any college student go to this location because they will treat you like a child. They will help take your money. They will try to over sell you and use your youth against you. This is a disgusting place of business. There is obviously poor management and therefore poor training. Who do they think they are? There are other options available in the area. Go somewhere else! They should be canceled! You have been warned!

This particular location offers a miserable customer experience. Forcing customers to call customer service to resolve issues that should be simple fixes (transferring a line/changing a last name) while they stand in your lobby is a joke. But to give them the incorrect number and not realize for an hour while they stand there in your is poor management.

I went today to buy a screen protector. After signing in and telling them what I needed I was told it would be a wait, I waited for 15 minutes and asked approached the sales rep and told him I just wanted to purchase a screen protector. It should literally take about 1 minute to complete this type of transaction, I was again told I would have to wait. I left and an hour later I receive an automated text that says they are now ready to help me. Lol I’m already at home, what a joke!

When I tried use my warranty and get my phone fixed. They refused to file a claim and instead tried to sell me a new phone. She said, “just to make sure you have a working phone.” I couldn’t believe myself. I said don’t sell me a new phone, fix the one I have with warranty. It was crazy, she ended up scheduling to a repair store and repair store said what I was saying all along. I need a replacement phone. Speakers don’t get repaired on iPhones. Still have a broken phone. Worst manager too. She kept going to him back and forth and no results.

The Verizon store was using appropriate safety precautions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nakaia walked me through the process of getting an upgraded phone. She was patient and clear in her instructions and choices. As I am not particularly tech savvy, she was very helpful.

Unbelievable. Extremely unhelpful staff. Got a new iPhone from Apple directly and needed a 5G sim card. They told me they couldn’t help me and gave me the number for tech support. The tech support representative ended up laughing with me on the phone when I told them that the reps at this store told me to call technical support. The store reps should have been able to help me. After that I went home and chatted with Verizon on live chat and they activated my new phone in 10 minutes. They have no idea what they are doing at this store. Avoid them.

Horrible customer service at this Eastwood Towne Center store. Would not let my elderly mom into the store to pick out a phone. She researched it herself outside and told them which one she wanted. They brought the phone out to her, told her they would not transfer info from her old phone.... THEN, they let her in the store to pay full price for the phone. They charged her a $40 transfer fee without transferring anything. She is not tech savvy, so now she has a $750 paperweight. Oh and you can’t even call the store to talk to a person, goes directly to Verizon customer service. Go to a different store or order your phone online, don’t waste your time with this store. The Mason MI store just sold me three new phones two weeks ago and did all the work for us. Go there, F this place

I went there to try and start a plan, had some issues because i’m not quite 18 yet which is totally understandable and valid, but the guy who was originally trying to get my plan set up had a major attitude. he would throw his hands down on the table, he sighed a lot, never made any conversation. he was very rude when he told me i was underage. he could have at least been nice about it. however, the guy in the michigan state mask was very nice to me and had great customer service skills

Cumbersome covid restrictions that dont really do anything. Selection and prices of upgrade phones not competitive. Ripoff charges for upgrade or activation. The actual cell service is ok but they are crooks when it comes to hardware. Even employees will advise you to go elsewhere......so i did.

Quick review - visited during covid to get a new hotspot because of spotty data. Met outside (fine) and talked out of the hotspot. Good for the employee. Id like to sell you a new one but it wont help your lack of data where you are 30 miles from a cell tower. At least he was honest. I was somewhat frustrated after the drive in and that was the answer but so be it.

Every time I come here to I leave with more issues than I started with. They setup the wrong plan when I first signed up, told me the wrong information for a promo so I wasnt able to redeem it and the staff criticized my decision not to get an absurd insurance plan on my phone. I have spent countless hours with customer service to fix the phone plan and billing mistakes this store made.

Walked into the store last week to switch back from T-Mobile due to the new Verizon S/M/L/XL monthly plans. Knew exactly what I wanted and brought in my own phone.I thought everything went fine (except for taking nearly an hour to activate the account), but turns out Mike signed me up for the $140 Nationwide Talk & Text + 5GB data instead of the $80 6GB Large plan so my first bill was over $200.Had to call support and have them correct my account and issue a credit.Pretty standard Verizon in-store experience from what I remember. The only way to get anything done correctly with this company is to call corporate.Nothing like a good Welcome back!

It was flat out awful. It’s not the Verizon service, it’s the store. If it wasnt for another rep at another store our business would switch carriers in a heartbeat. I was one of the people that got the note 7 and had to return it. this store refused to take it back and would not tell me how to exchange it. so, I had to go to other store to have them help me even though it was not their problem. I finally could get a phone online and shipped to me and the new phone hasnt worked right yet. it would not finish activating so I had to go back to this store to have them finish activating it. while I was waiting for a rep, I could easily hear them talking about me behind my back. I didnt get rid of my note 7 until this phone was fixed. after they helped me somewhat fix it and I was leaving, they were talking behind our backs again saying he should have done that a long time ago. I dont need rude people like that when I go to school full time and work over 40 hrs. a week.

Got phones for supposedly great deal. Store called, and reneged on deal and made us return the phones. Apparently, the salesman was unaware of the complete terms for the deal. Management was rude and unwilling to work with our good faith effort after coming all the way back to the store after both parties signed the deal.

The store associates as well as the manager have been very unprofessional and unhelpful at this store. Due to their error, I not only lost my number for a day, but then got charged for changing my number, and then changing it back to my original number. As if that is not inconvenient enough, when I went back to the store to get help, I was handed a phone number to call and figure it out. The store also carries horrible products that they guarantee with a lifetime warranty. What that means is that they will sell you overpriced and extremely cheap in quality products that they themselves have no guarantee for. Sure, the products come with a lifetime warranty. However, what they dont tell you is that they will be completely hands off in helping when the products break. To sell their products, they also dont tell you that when, in three months, the overpriced products break, you then have to deal with the manufacturer yourself for which you have to pay shipping that is almost as much as the product itself! As somebody who has been in sales in the past, pushing bad products with warranties that you know is going to cost you more is absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this store for either products or service.

Phone died 1 month before I paid it off so obviously went in for a new one. Got the discounted package you get that includes a case, screen protector, etc. and they even threw in a HUM for $30! Cool, right? No.. I did a little research when I left and found it was going to be an additional $10 per month after that, which no one ever told me! So obviously I come back 8 days later to return it and they say its going to be a $35 restocking fee... What?! So instead of getting my money back I had to pay another $3 for them to accept it. I understand Im only out $35 but the principle behind not being informed of a monthly charge and them charging a ridiculous restocking fee has me livid. Theyre lucky Verizon has the best service otherwise I would be gone!! Stop charging crazy fees when we already pay an arm and a leg for your service. Ugh.

Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. These people have routinely told my parents one thing and the bill comes back a totally different thing. I came in to ask questions so my parents would stop being taken advantage of, and the man turned to me and said youre rude and aggressive and I will not talk to you. He then proceeded to ignore me the entire time even when I asked a question to try to clarify for my parents why their bill was incorrect. We ended up just leaving because they were so rude to us. Its clear this verizon does not care about their people. Hopefully I can talk my parents into switching to another company that isnt continuously abusing and scamming their customers.

Went in to upgrade. There were two other customers in the store and a total of five employees. It took them five minutes to take my name and another ten for me to just leave. The manager was literally swinging a lanyard around his finger while we waited.I try my best to support brick and mortar stores, but Ill order online thanks to this experience.

Customer service here isn’t the best. I went here to get an iphone 11 and they said there was no way to go through with a purchase if the manager of the verizon account you’re on is not around. I don’t believe this is true because that’s how I’ve been buying phones from verizon for the past 10 years and my sister did the same a week prior at another verizon location. I called again today to place an order to have the yellow iphone 11 shipped in, as it is a special order color and the only way you can get it is to call it in for the store to order or order it online to be sent to a store. They once again told me they had no way of doing that. They seem to say “there’s no way for us to do ____” because they don’t feel like doing it, not because there’s no way of doing it. I’m not sure if it’s out of laziness or them not being trained properly but it ain’t cute hunny! Please care more about your customers bb boys & girls!!

This store is TERRIBLE for service. Alexander (if you see a man with dreadlocks, youve found the one), decided to insult us multiple times. When we asked about deals for 2 new phones, he told us the people that they want as customers dont ask for deals, they have the money to buy what they want full price. He then told us we should shop around to other companies for our needs. Who tells customers of nearly 20 years to go to another network instead of working with them to find a solution? When we asked why hed tell us to go to another network, he said that he didnt care as he gets nothing from us staying as a customer. Thankfully we called Verizon customer service and they straightened everything out. PLEASE AVOID ALEX. He will insult you and tell you to go elsewhere.

All I will say is the 2nd rep that I came to for help (her name was Sam) was the total package, you need to promote her. and Jason at the door was very helpful in asking me and reaching out to me. You dont get 5 stars because of the 1st rep that helped me was rude, I was shocked at his demeanor towards me as as a customer seeking help. Went to upgrade my daughters phone and Verizon had switched the MEIDs on the phones and the associate Brian reused to help. He told me to leave and call customer care. When I told him that this is not my screw up he responded with well its not mine. I said your a Verizon associate and should be assisting the customer with Verizon screw ups and calling customer care to get it fixed. I called customer care and they stated they were flabbergasted by his behavior. To the store manager I hope you in service your staff about the true meaning of customer service. Im embarrassed to be a Verizon customer right now.

Liars. They will promise you the world in discounts to get your business, then give you 0 of them. That is what they did to me. Had to call Verizon several times with probably 4 to 5 hours of phone time to get all of this corrected. They will tell you that you will see the discounts next month as an adjustment on your account... It will never happen unless you keep calling back. They also signed me up for the most expensive unlimited plan when I asked them for a plan that was $100 cheaper per month. In the end... I think they honored everything that they originally promised, but it took months of nagging them.

I never received the rebate promised when I purchased my phone despite submitting the paperwork twice. They claim they never got it. When I moved my cell service to another company they charged me an extra months service fee because they claimed they did not receive notice from the new carrier in time despite the fact that no minutes or data were used and I provided proof from the new carrier of their contact with Verizon. My phone bill has been reduced by 50% since I left Verizon.

Was told several times that my upgrade from an iPhone 4 to the 6 would only change my monthly bill by approx $5. Monthly plan would go down and the phone payment would offset it causing my monthly payment to go up the $5. Got my bill, went up an additional $30 per month! Called Verizon, not the store, they said sorry but nothing they can do about it but forward the complaint to the store. But Im still stuck with an additional $30 per month bill...

Staff help me to locate where my missing cell phone was. I had asked if there was a way to call my phone from my notebook and was told its not possible to call from my notebook. When I had spoken to Verizon customer service on an earlier occasion they told me it was possible.I would like to get the same story no matter if Im talking to somebody in person or over the phone.

Went into the store to pick up an order I placed online after already dealing with customer service on the phone. I knew my order was messed up and would deal with it when I got home with customer service like I had spoken to them about.. I walked in to the store and a nice man said hi to me I told him I was going to pick up my online order he was happy to help me, but before he could the rude bald headed manager hurried up and brought up my account and took over witch I was not ok with . Then he asked me for my id and the card I used online, I told him that there should be a note on my account that the card I used was one that was saved online and was used by mistake that I should still be ok to pick up my order sence it was all messed up online. He did not look at any notes that were there. I said I can call 611 and they can tell u that its ok. He said he didnt care he would not release my order to me. I called 611 and found out that I had 2 orders under my account that one was placed online by me and one was placed in the store and that is how my order was so messed up including the area codes on both phones I got for my kids... well I cancelled both orders... how can a store think its ok to do that to someone.... I will never return to that store and I will make sure that everyone that knows me will never step a foot into that location

I stopped in on Saturday May 14th, I needed a new cord to charge my phone. I was assisted by David, who really in my estimation, did not care if I lived or died, had ZERO customer service skills, then used the wrong phone number on my business account to attach the invoice to, causing me to loose almost an hour of my day, trying to figure out what he did. His attention to my needs were careless, his paperwork was careless, maybe he is the source of your ONE star reviews. Simply terrible service!

From the sale to the follow-up in-store customer service...it just got worse.the sales person mixed up not only whose name and e-mail address was to manage the acct (miss spelled the email as well) but sent us off with inoperable phones-- my phone ear speaker didnt work from the beginning-- thought was me and kept trying to adjust settings...thought i was losing my hearing, until my sixteen year old son said mom you cant even hear on this phone! Took it in, less than 25 days after i got it and was told to try to limp along until the local Apple store opened and go in and get a new one because if he had one sent to me, it may be a re-furbished one! Seriously????!!!! I just bought a brand new phone and to no fault of my own i had to have it replaced with a refurbished phone from a warehouse somewhere!! i told him that wasnt ok. I left and called him back within a couple of hours, he told me to come in when he was working, on Friday, to bring the original phone and box and he would swap it out. I said Id be in then. Of course, when i went in he wasnt there. And, after explaining to three people, including a manager, i was told there was nothing they could do except order me a new phone and Mike should never have told me that it might be refurbished...your damn right he should never have told me, cuz now im telling all of you how Verizon screws people over. I know that corporations dont have hearts, but is no one even remotely responsible for anything they say or do anymore? signed, disappointed in human behavior
