They were practicing social distance but they were not very knowledgeable about current promotions or how to activate a new SIM card. Took a little over an hour to get in and out. About 20 minutes waiting to be seen and then 45 or so to check out a SIM card kit and activate a new line. The person who was assisting me had to check and get help from her co-workers several times. I was able to accomplish what I needed however took much longer than I anticipated.PS: Sprint you petty for charging me $3.27 for a SIM card even though Ive been a customer with you for over 10 years and served our country. Just saying would have been nice if you waived the charge.

I absolutely love this store. Ive shopped here for greater than 5 yrs and Mrs. Barbara is always one of their biggest pleasantries. Competitive pricing, the latest gear and being highly informative keep them at the top of sales stores. Their repair people are personable and top notch. My only regret is I couldnt give them 10 stars.

It was a great fulfilling experience! The employees were so helpful one I particularly enjoyed was Barb she was one I would definitely bank on to be a representative of the company. There are no words to express this woman’s drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Not just to myself but all those she came in contact with!!! Great job sprint!!!

Went to the Sprint store we had an appointment GREAT.. rightBut boy was we wrong customer service in this place was HORRIBLE no one in this store care about the customer’s they all argue amongst themselves and the GAY manager Girl she really needs to be working in a damn factory some where she has no people skills at allThey told my husband he couldn’t get an upgrade because his phone was cracked and we had to pay 169$ well we have been with Sprint for over 12yrs and no one was willing to help us we had to call customer service and to me every customer was on the phone with customer Service Representatives in the store don’t know why this store is open all they do is have to call customer service from the store that’s just a hot spot for using their phones. I say get better staff in there and train them properly And have teamwork and UnityDon’t have to worry about me in there again

This store is in shambles as far as customer service goes. You come in to make a payment and the payment machines don’t work! I honestly think they shut them down in order get contact with more customers, but if you’re going to do that, Make sure you have enough computers in order to actually take payments then! Why should I have to wait 35 minutes to make a cash payment when the payment machines are there for convenience of the customer?!?! Don’t go there in the morning to get anything done because it gets super crowded and there’s only one, MAYBE two reps opening if you’re lucky! Also, when it comes to trying to upgrade, I’ve been wanting to speak out about this, if I don’t want to buy accessories, the game changes. All of the sudden, they don’t have the phone that I want and/or the deposits go up! How sway?! And the manager, Karen or Carmen, whoever, will back up the lie! You can tell she/they are lying! Why should I HAVE to buy accessories or put them on my bill to make it even higher?! This entire store is shady! The way they try to add things to your account and get frustrated when you ask questions about the charges on that little sheet they want you to sign, I’m GOOD. I had to walk out. I won’t even call out the reps, because I feel the manager that upholds lies and poor behaviors is responsible! I am thoroughly disgusted and will never stop into this store. It’s more convenient for me to drive to Homewood or another location because I know I’ll be able to get the care, urgency and honesty I deserve as a sprint customer.

The entire staff is super friendly at this location! I had just left a previous Sprint location extremely dissatisfied. I walked into this store, and was immediately greeted and helped with my problem. Abraar V. was the best representative I have ever personally worked with! He explained things thoroughly with my husband and I and it was great to know good customer service representatives are still out there! A+ for this Sprint Store!

I called up here prior to coming and asked if they had the phone and color I wanted. I was told yes and I drove up here right after only to get told they don’t have it or any other colors. I said okay, I’ll order it fine so it was ordered then I was supposed to get a call when it came. Nobody called and I called on my own was on hold for 30 minutes, hung up came to the store, waited an hour to get my phone. I hate it here .. next time I’ll stick to going to the one in Chicago heights. It’s horrible here.

This corporate Sprint is terrible. No one should ever waste their time here. Employees do not acknowledge their customers and greet them as they come in the door. I came when there was relatively low traffic in the store. After finally being begrudgingly helped, the rep tells me I have an astronomically high down payment on the device I wish to purchase. Unbeknownst to him, I work at sprint and know the system. I ask to see the screen and can see he has taken the liberty to insert a down payment of his choosing. The nonexistent rapport was only further diminished. Customers should beware when entering into this particular store. Please read the reviews very carefully for they do not lie. This store needs a complete employee rehabilitation, or at least further training.

Every instance I’ve tried to get customer service at this location(6 times) I’ve not been helped. Terrible customer service. Went in one day and was told that the technician was done for the day with an hour before closing time. was told to go again the following day. Did so two hours before closing and was told the technician was done for the day. Would give no stars if possible.

Went in there to return a phone from a line that I canceled. They didn’t greet me when I walked in and no one bothered to tell me that I needed to sign in on a tablet. Spent a good 40mins waiting just to be told that I had to CALL sprint to return the phone because it was out of the system. Well maybe if they asked “what brought me in today” as I walked in the door then they could have answered my question instead of wasting my time... just glad I left sprint after almost 10yrs.

Over the course of a week I have had phone troubles. Although, being without my technology was painstaking, the trauma was minimized thanks to Mr.Debo and Mr. Anthony. Because of those two, I have been restored in my capacity to complete my digital pathway with success. Mr. Debo assisted me with product and service information with great patience and knowledge; whereas, Mr. Anthony brought my damaged phone back to life with precision and speed. Employees dont make you feel welcomed. They are always watching the door for the next customer coming in. The wait for any service is way to long. They also socialize with each other to much. If you sit long enough which I did you can here everybodys business that works from opening till there lunch break. How do I know this cause they took orders for everyone while customers were still there. In total I was there from 10am to 1pm. To do a upgrade on my phone. The worst store sprint has with the most employees on staff. On Torrence in Lansing right off expressway.

Absolutely terrible there employees promised all this great things and saving money but I ended up getting absolutely screwed on every aspect I was giving two phones for free that costed 20 bucks a month each and I was promised unlimited data with an 178 dollar bill and the first one was 288 with 40 gigs of data Oh did I mention there solution to that ended up costing me 700 dollars? This place is the definition of corporate greed I had to unf*** myself they were no help

Representative did not give me all accessories with my phone. When he put my screed saver on it bubbled and he told me to wait 24 hours and it would work its self out, it didnt I had to go somewhere else and have them install the screen saver again. The representative was only interested in selling me additional items.

Sprint kiosk in Southlake Mall is a sham. They offer deals that are not honored by Sprint, which is fine, but I foolishly expected that the kiosk guy could take care of the billing situation he caused. Nope. So I returned a device to them before the money back guarantee was up and 2 weeks later it still showed up on my account. Money back guarantee does not mean money back guarantee because according to customer care, that transaction should be credited on the NEXT bill. WTH??? There is plenty more to my Sprint nightmare than I care to type. Bottom line: Sprint customer care in itself sucks. Please do not do business with them. AVOID SPRINT. AVOID SPRINT!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was not satisified with being ignored. My voice mail stopped working-- yes I know many people dont use it, but my phone does not stay glued to my hip. I am in the process of transitioning jobs so I have a lot of interviews coming up and calls that will come in. So, if i miss a call, they can leave a voice mail. I went to the back area to where I was told that services and repairs area would be and no one looked up and said we will be with you shortly... nothing!!! So I stood there for about 10 minutes and left. First time in and the last time there. Didnt like the service and being unattentive like that anything can happen in stores like that. What happened to watch your surroundings?

Went to upgrade my phone and they were about to close so I left, the next morning I went back to the store and this is when it got interesting.I told the girl that I was going for an upgrade and she says ok what phone you want I told her an iPhone Xs and then she’s like ok she did her thing on the computer then she tells me I need to buy a screen protector and a case, I told her no thank you I’ll go somewhere else for that, then she says I can’t let you walk out without it I said again no thanks.She then says let me see if this transaction can even be completed then. Then she comes back she says no you can’t have the phone we don’t have it and we only have a 256 gig that’s gonna cost you 200 som dollars plus 80 activation fee plus the insurance cause you have to buy the insurance, i went to a different store and guess what? Only cost me 30 dlls for the whole thing they didn’t try to force me into buying accessories nor insurance and they were so nice.My suggestion, DONT GO TO THIS SHADY SPRINT STORE!!!!

Barb was the only rep that helped. DEBO SOBITAN lies to me about my options for my non working phone. He told me my only option was to add a new line. That was a complete lie. I was on the phone with customer service and asked Debo for his name... He said Debo, I asked for his last name, he said Debo. He lied to me again! I’m disgusted with the customer service that I received and now I’m disconnecting my service because of this. I don’t wanna pay $300 a month for customer service like this. I’d rather go to Verizon!

This store would not give a refund when they failed to diagnose my phone or did nothing an lied saying the phone needed to be replaced after it failed to power up one day. After paying for a refurbished phone, my phone took a charge an powered up. Upon informing the store they told me to contact customer service for a refund, the rep indicated this was a store issue and they should have handled it differently. A supervisor had to file a complaint. Keep away from the Lansing store.

I went into this store hoping to get a replacement Iphone 7plus. The manager Marcel was not helpful. The rep I was dealing with lied twice. He said they would cover the deductible of 200 dollars and then said he filed the claim for me. All I had to do was fax over the sworn affidavit and the phone would be to me in about two days. I waited about four and still no phone in the mail. I called asurion for them to tell me no claim was even made and I had to pay the deductible. I was freakin pissed! They need new management!! Horrible customer service even for another rep gave me attitude and I was even doing business with her. If I could theyd get a rating of zero stars this is coming from a valued and loyal customer of sprint since highschool and especially with this store in particular.

I should have never left sprint for at&t I wish I could go back but at&t has got me In a bindThey promised to pay my last bill and instead they have given me the run around for 5 months and I finally got an answers from their solutions team and what they did was give me store credit for 350 dollars and a 99 dollar gift card but they didnt pay my final bill so in the end they lied to me and gave me an at&t store credit I can only use at their stores my bill is higher than yours and I lose service almost everywhere I go I wish sprint could help me get back to sprint but they have me in a contract that if I cancrli will owe them over 5 hundred dollars I wish I could be a spokes person for you guys for the consumer to know how bad at&t services are I would do anything to let the public know the truth about at&t Im so screwed with them right now if sprint could find a solution I would be glad to let the consumer know how they are not being fare with the .it s promotion

They out there just lying to people to make sales, marcel b straight up tells me I dont need to turn in a phone for the buyout program and what do you know 3 mths later Im still dealing with customer service and they are demanding a phone or I will be charged the money for the buyout!!!!! Total b.s. When I returned to the store the manager was about as useless as she could possibly be, and helped 0. Thanks sprint so glad that I switched from T-Mobile which has far superior everything to you, to your below average customer care, service, and even my signal is garbage, If I could give 0 starts that would better sum it up.

The old lady was rude and would not help me swap my cellphone with a friend. She lied and said he had to buy a new phone. When I walked away I was able to hear her mumble bad comments. Worst sprint store ever and its supposed to be a corporate store. I think the lady was a supervisor too. I solved my simple problem by calling customer care and they asked me to talk to a different person. So I did. I went back in and walked out 10 minutes later with both of our phones swapped.
