Erin went out of her way to help with a replacement screen protector. Unable to find one for my old phone, she suggested liquid protection until I can find a screen protector. Erin told me when I get one to bring it in and they will put it on at no charge. Thanks for making me happy on my first, but not my last visit to Cricket!

Twice cricket has given my kids number away to someone else then makes us get a new one at a 10$ fee for new sim card rather than the customer that took our number. Why am I the one paying, WE HAD THE NUMBER FIRST.also the hotspot add on was a big reason I am with cricket. I have been told on the messages in the app that my hotspot is pending and that my plan no longer can have hotspot. Cricket your good because you dont charge the same price as the big names. Your signal service is terrible once you leave the city. I go with you for the price alone. Raise the price to the big names then there is zero reason to stay with you.....

We went in on a Monday evening. We met Gigi. She was very helpful. Took her time with us. Gigi was not pushy but explained the service. Even when we left she said call back and talk to her if we had any questions. I have since called her 3 more times and she has been very helpful.Please tell her Jessica & Charles say hi if you go and get signed up!!! You wont regret it!

Gigi was great, very helpful and friendly! Victoria was very pushy and I didnt like her attitude, she didnt seem genuine just trying to make a sale. If I go back and were to get her again Id walk straight out, I advise you do the same. If you get Gigi youll be very pleased.1 star for Victoria.5 stars for Gigi.

When I walked in I was greated with a good hello and a smile. When I decided on a phone Victoria went above and beyond for me. I was switching from apple to Samsung and she walked me through everything. She made sure that I was happy before I left and made sure I knew I could come back if I had any issues. Victoria is the heart and soul of this store and is always willing to help.

Consumer Beware:. Store manager added a protection plan to my account without asking my permission. Also told me a protective case and belt clip was included with the purchase of the phone. I was charged for both items. Upon returning to the store 2 days later, I was told no returns on accessory items. Underhanded and misleading statement by store manager to make a sale. Keep a close eye on employees at this store and question everything they are doing. Otherwise the phone and the Cricket network are great. And yes, Gigi was was great to deal with, Managers are the problem.In response to the owner, look up fraudulent misrepresentation. That is what your girl did. I wont chase this, but if you tick off enough people someone may. And if you were truly sorry you would seek me out to make this right, and I wont hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

Victoria sold my 83 year old mother a phone. The phone was only $19.99 but my mother paid $90. Why?$ 19.99 for the phone, $19.99 for a screen and another $19.99 for a case. She explained these items were included in her phone price. My mother knew and understood there was a $25 activation fee for the line. Also, taxes included. However, it is misleading and fraudulent to say something was included and in all actuality it is a separate cost. This is how this girl gets her commissions through COMMISSION FRAUD and taking advantage of people and their vulnerability. I came in to talk to Victoria but she wasnt at the store. She never answered when her associates tried making contact with her. Both Jordyn and Gigi were sympathetic and helped us as much as they could. I have read the store reviews and I question why Victoria is still a manner at this store. Shes unethical. She doesnt mind taking advantage of people. As long as shes getting paid her commissions, who cares right. As long as shes making Cricket their money, who cares right. READ The REVIEWS PEOPLE. DONT GIVE VICTORIA YOUR BUSINESS. SHOP ELSEWHERE. SHE SHOWS YOU A PLEASENT UPBEAT PERSON but ITS A FRONT. What kind of genuinely sincere person does this stuff to elderly or anyone else for that matter? An unhonest person.

Canadians dropping by to get a SIM card for a month of service while traveling. Serge was very helpful and patient, although getting a postal code into the system instead of a zip code took some problem solving. Data did not work, but he fixed the phone settings. Works well now.

I just want to say that I have had a half and half experience with Cricket in Frandor. Let me Express that I went into this store during a busy time last month. I was being assisted by Miss Gigi. She was everything you could ask for in a retail associate. However, Victoria was a nightmare. Gigi was the person who was actually helping my wife and myself. As she was explaining rates phones accessories and service to us, Victoria kept chiming in on Gigis sale. Victoria had her own set of customers she was working with which was confusing to us. How can one give phenomenal let alone mediocre customer service to their customers when they are dipping into someone elses sale? As a customer, I was completely aggravated. I cant even imagine how Victorias customers felt. She was pushy. I am not sure if Miss Gigi was new or not but she was selling to us just fine. She was very informative. She had explained everything fully and completely to us. We felt educated in what we were planning on purchasing. I am unclear on why Victoria was in trying to put herself into another sale but she actually turned us away from wanting to join Cricket. She was so pushy and seemed to disregard the other associates efforts. Not only was she intrusive on our sale she was criticizing Gigi in front of all the customers in the store. I dont know how people can get away with this behavior. It is so unprofessional. I ended coming back and got amazing customer service from Miss Gigi. Shes a gem.Also, what is your policy on presentation health and hygiene? Please look into the presentation of cleanliness of your management. They are the face of the company. Set higher standards for your company.

This Franchise location does not live up to its name. It charges you for overprice phone and other accessories on various apps like Letgo which sells user items by individuals and not franchise businesses. They will than will block you on the app for questioning them and their prices or asking for a bargain.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is a Fraudulent store with Con artists! Victoria (the manager) and Darian are game players and con artists! They will try and sell you a demo phone as a new phone, and when you ask for a refund, they will process your refund for cash and tell you they refunded it back to your card. They will take the cash and tell you that your refund got processed incorrectly, and corporate and Mobile link are holding up the process. This store wont last long under this new management! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
