I always call Rich first. He has always made time for me and has even seen me on Sunday. He has other businesss and is seeing people by appt now. I called and was seen w/in the hour. He is fair and honest and matches other local business prices. I not only take my gold and silver there but hes open to looking at most anything. I definetely recommend giving him a call...i found the # on the Kelly Coin website which takes you directly to him.

DO NOT GO! New location on aurelius is disgusting. I have never had less confidence in a business. Took 45 min to give me $10 for some silver and i was the only customer. Theres only room for one person. Its kellys kloset not kellys coins.
