Selection and prices are much better at the local owned Disc Trader down the road. With a store half empty of merchandise, Im surprised they stopped carrying xbox 360 and ps3 games.

Stopped in the store to ask about availability of a few games and systems, Employee was on phone when i arrived, after waiting at the front desk for a few minutes with no other customers in the store and still not being acknowledged by the rep i decided to take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service for a company that needs every customer they can get.

Place never has correct release date for anything. And never picks up the phone. Place is garbage.

Fantastic customer service. I had to return and exchange a product I had purchased at this location. The Team Leader, Ryan, had called me to let me know as soon as my product was there and I was lucky enough to have him assist me in store as well. He really took his time to help me better understand how to utilize my device to its fullest capabilities, as well as how to best insure it. Also, he helped me sign up for a pro membership and I’m excited to get all the perks of this membership, so I can get more games for my family at a better price. I didn’t feel pressured into extra sales, but certainly left spending more than I intended. I think it was a good investment. I have so much to learn, as my first gaming device was the OG Atari. This Mom really needed some guidance and advice and they didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing. I can see why Ryan is a team leader. He knows what’s up.

This GameStop is usually very clean and orderly plus the associates usually have some pretty good knowledge of their merchandise. They are helpful and friendly as well!

Do not keep inventory updated very well. The person I spoke to (Ryan I believe) was very rude and not customer service friendly at all. Work on your customer service dude. Seriously. Thats the worst phone call Ive ever had which is sad to say because Ive NEVER had a bad experience with Gamestop employees. Get it together Ryan.

Its a gamestop. Cookie cutter store front. Corporate used game sales. Pretty much says it all. While you will often find the game you want you will universally pay more for it,even with the rewards program. They also consistently pay less then most other used game shops for your games and systems.Will you find your game? Yes. Will you pay too much for it? That depends on if its worth it to you.

This store has a GREAT staff my son who has autism absolutely loves going in here and talking games with the staff and they always take the time and patience to talk with him especially Kory. He is the best employee in there ! The other day my son walked in to buy something with 15.00 in change and they didnt bat an eye at that and were very patient while it was all counted out . Keep up the excellent work !

Its 5pm on a Wednesday and you are closed. Store hours on the door and online say you are open untill 9pm.No sign on the door either... very disappointing.

There were two female workers there Amanda and April who do a terrific job their guest services is top-notch I recommend this GameStop over all others in the area especially when April and Amanda are working I used to be a Disc Traders and game warehouse guy now I go to this GameStop because of the wonderful customer service keep up the good work April and Amanda.

Great service - the staff is very knowledgeable about the video game industry and can answer complex questions about the various systems and games on the market.

Knowledgeable staff but really overpriced and theres ALWAYS a long line when someone checks out because there are normally only two employees in the store the vast majority of the time. Hire an adequate number of staff especially cashiers or get self checkout.

Probably my favorite Gamestop store. Staff is helpful and fun to be around. Amanda is a delight, even if she DOES sell faulty controllers.

I had a really great service at lunch time. The employee was helpful and went the extra mile to help me. It also wasnt busy at all.If you have to have physical media (which I dont like), I recommend this place.

Kyle was extremely helpful in finding a birthday present for my nephew.

We went to the store and they had 3 people behind the counter. Only one acted like he could help my daughter and I. Ok she finds a Glaceon Doll and takes it to the counter only to be told those cant be sold until the 2/1 which I find funny because my daughter seen those same dolls a few weeks ago. Didnt even tell her about other dolls that might be available or anything as if he didnt want her business and after today we wont shop at this location EVER AGAIN

Disappointed that they didnt have a game I would have assumed they would. These stores are getting more crowded with merch and harder to move around in. Great variety of games otherwise.

Good deals on games accessories and collectibles. Some are a little bit pricey but totally worth it and durable!

Matt is the best employee at this storeAnd GameStop murdered him. He was robbed at this store in the summer of 2018 and now he is dead, due to the PTSD he got in the robbery. GameStop made him finish out the day, and work two more shifts before letting him have time off to recover. When he was mostly done with the police investigation, they fired him without cause. This kind of lack of support for employees is neglegent and I do believe they are indirectly responsible for the death of my best friend.

Store is one of the better locations in the Lansing area. I dont have much faith in their used hardware. Went to buy a wiiu earlier today. The one the girl brought out was caked with dust and the display model she wanted to sell me didnt look much better. It just gives me the impression they dont take care of the systems that get traded in. Its a little frustrating

I asked the associate if he had no mans sky and he said no but our shipment comes in at noon. I said okay sweet Ill come back at 12. He said we have the dlc is that something you would be interested in and I said yes. He started to ring me up for what I thought was a hard copy of no mans sky with the pre-order dlc that I could pick up when the shipment arrives. I then told him I want to pre-order battlefield 1 and he said okay. I went through the payment process and at the end I asked him so I can come back at 12 and get my no mans sky and he was like oh this is just a digital copy of no mans sky without any dlc and we dont take refunds sorry. So I am now stuck with a digital copy of a game after Ive been driving around all morning for a hard copy.

I give three stars because of the low trade in credit you get back for games. But thats how every GameStop is. Plus rarely will you have a guy who doesnt know what he or she is doing

They had everything I was looking for and they replaced a ps card that we had bought the day before that had already been used.

I always buy new releases here, but their price on used games is a little over the top. The employees are always nice.

Some employees are great when helping to find kids games.
