Pretty cool GameStop purchased everything in these pictures at this GameStop. Went to many many midnight releases for consoles/games some consoles I’ve purchased here are... Original Xbox 360, Xbox 360 Halo Reach Edition, Xbox 360 320GB Halo 4 Edition, Xbox One Day One Edition, Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Limited Edition & Xbox One X 1TB Project Scorpio Edition. Them are just consoles I’ve purchased alone at Edgewood GameStop as for games, I’ve Purchased easily over 500 different titles an attended over 50+ midnight releases. The current management at this GameStop location isn’t very good in my experience my best experience was with Calvin managing the location an the employees he had under him. The midnight launches/releases were the best an I’ll never forget all those years with him being there.@ProGrizzly

Poor guy was new and all alone closing. He did an excellent job all things considered. Got me in and out as busy as it was.

I get they have to, but the employees pester you too much about promotions.

They need to go through there games and find out what they got and dont got. Tryed to get 2 games and they dont have but there on display as if they have them

Ive ALWAYS had incredible experiences at this location. The people are wonderful. They are helpful and dont make you feel stupid if you dont know a lot about whatever product. Even when they get very busy, they still give you the same good experience. I highly recommend this location.

Worker was kinda rude & lazy & no help

Called for more information about a pre order I have with a different store. Was interrupted before I could even ask my full question with information I already know regarding the stay at home order. What I didnt know was due to marketing reason for each individual store they cant switch things around with my order. Was told gamestop has been reaching out to people with pre orders via email. Havent received said email, I have even been sending emails via web portal trying to get a response... its been 3 weeks nowOverall I dont blame the individual store for the corporate policies, however, I do blame the store for having a rude employee who was more interested in getting off the phone than actually helping a loyal customer. Is this why they are dying?

Purchased Kakarot Ultimate Edition with DLC pass and never recieved DLC code. Nobody could help me get refunded or give me a code but they had no problem charging my account for all the content I didnt received.As if you need a reason to not spend your money at this overpriced place. Just dont

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I agree that the trade-in value for most games is a joke, especially if you buy new and beat the game quickly. However, their used game selection is pretty good, and usually reasonably priced. Also, you can buy a used game and try it out for 7 days. If you dont like it, simply return it and get something else. You can also pay $15 a year and get the Game Informer magazine each month and 10% off on used games. Not to mention the fact that you can reserve a game, pay on it as much or little as you like and have it waiting the day it comes out. I usually make payments in advance, then just pick it up on the release date because its already paid for. Good store, the just need to work on trade-in value and charging less for newer used games.

Edgewood location was dirty and the workers seems liked they didnt want to be there or want to help me look for a game

Very good place to go trade sell or buy video games or video game accessories. Also a good place to find action figures and other hard to find toys

Great games store with a wide variety of games new and used. The store employs an diverse array of knowledgable staff and has a wide selection of clearance and discount merchandise. The pricing on their novelty items is simular to other gaming store however this store beats them on variety.

Lots of used games available, and some new products as well. Reasonable prices. Worth a stop if youre looking for used games for newer game systems. Not a lot available for older game systems though.

As a gamer, technician and former retailer the customer service I received here was too real. And what I mean by real is I was offered promotional deals on trade ins but not badgered about it. They took care of me with accuracy and speed. Best of all friendly attitude. Will be going here from now on.

It only gets worse at the Gamestop on Edgewood. One employee answering phones and she ends up telling the customer on the phone just to use google for more answers. The other employee looking at his phone jumping around and laughing that she just told the person that. Then they talk some more. We finally were waited on. Get home and see that the disk is dirty and spotted. Our mistake for not checking the disk before we left . Way too many toys and items other than gaming. If I ever return to Gamestop I will go the extra miles to the one on Market Blvd by Walmart.

Horrible, worst gamestop I have ever been in. I walked in and the 2 dudes eho where working where more interested in talking about there Xmas bonus then helping. I attempted to ask and question and was brushed off. I am used to other gamestops where people are friendly and eager to help, not how this one operates. Go to another location if you can.

I go here frequently whether it is to pick up something I preordered, to get a new headset or a new charger for my controllers.I have talked to the staff there and they are very polite so I would definitely recommend this for fan of games.

Store is trash! Last month they didnt have the game that i pre ordered when it was released. Said they gave it to another customer. Then sold me the wrong DLC code. Now today they didnt have NBA 2k18 at all in the store but have posters and advertisements all over. Store is ridiculous. And they never compensate for their screw ups. Im never satisfied with this place.

Never had a problem with this Gamestop, they are knowledgeable in PS3, 360, and PC games. The staff is friendly and suggests games you might like. The location is perfect for me as it only takes 5 mins to drive to it.

Awful artificial game pricing, an insipid staff, terrible trade-in value, overpriced merch crap, a desolate Nintendo section, and total lack of GameStops heretoforth promised retro selection combine for one of the worst shopping trips Ive had in quite awhile. Save your money for Disc Traders or the Swap Meet; they deserve the money more than CashDrop does.

Called tonight just to ask about the NES system that just came out and the guy was super rude! He acted like I was such an idiot for asking questions. Maybe they need to teach their employees how to deal with customers! SO RUDE!!!

If I dont buy online and download, this is the only place to go. Oh, and Ill be in shortly guys to renew my membership and Informer magazine!

They dont greet you when you come in the door they dont ask you if you need any help the manager is extremely rude heavy set black lady. Cops and attitude when you ask a question.
