Delphi is such a wonderful art glass shop! I recently attended a class at their Creativity Center and spent time admiring all of their beautiful glass inventory. I purchased some amazing sheets. They have a great selection of sheet glass and glass accessories. Also, many tools and equipment! I was also quite impressed by the staff and the support they offered to the participants in the class and customers in general. All around a lovely experience and I look forward to returning!

Had mostly a great time shopping at Delphi. Really helpful people in the glass selection area and very knowledgeable too. Checkout was a bit of a hassle. It took more than 20 minutes with several price checks. Overall, a fun time - much better than shopping the catalog!

Jut finished teaching at Delphi Glass. It was my 4th time teaching. Of course I had to buy some supplies while I was there. As always I find they have a great staff, on line and in person, with great service. Here are a bunch of process and finished photos of work from my students from my painting and printing (and airbrushing) on stained glass class in 2021.

Obtaining my glass was easy because of a delightful young lady named Daisy. But the front check out staff was not helpful at all. Maybe because it was Sunday and Halloween they were not interested in working.

Delphi is like a dream-come-true toy store for those who love glass! The staff is both knowledgeable and very helpful. Their website has wonderful “how to” videos too. My dad used to trek from North Carolina to get his glass supplies- I’m lucky enough to live much closer. Highly recommend Delphi Glass for the novice and the pros!

I am a beginner and still trying to figure out if I want to do stained glass or fuse glass, etc. I decided to take baby steps and get some stained glass supplies. Daisy was a great help. She listened to what I wanted to do and helped me with the different tools I needed and showed me where all the glass is located. I felt like a child in a candy store. I found scrap glass to practice with. Her customer service was excellent. Even though I drove from South Bend, IN to Lansing MI. The 2 1/2 hour drive is worth it.

I always love making glass runs here. Theres always something new also while having my favorites. The staff are super nice and creative, I love seeing what theyre working on next. I highly suggest this place if you want to look for unique glass and other glass project items

Delphi is AMAZING. I teach art in the Lansing area and they provide so many resources for art teachers to get affordable mosaic projects into the classroom and offer certain classes to teachers for free! Ive learned so much about mosaics and the staff at Delphi go above and beyond in making me feel at home, and answer the many questions I have.

I went to Delphi to buy a new kiln. Roy was a great help and very generous with his time. He helped me pick the right kiln for my needs and then took time to explain how to operate it and go over how to program various firing schedules. It was a great experience.

Glass selection is superior, the staff are more than helpful, theyre fantastic, and if youre into Glass, this place has it all. All your supplies, all the colors and textures, I find it hard to leave, because youll find everything there that you need. If youve been there before, check out those beautiful counters at check-out! Theyre custom designed and employees contributed to the artwork. Its another example of all the things that you can do with glass! Thanks to all the staff, I really appreciate the extra care they took with packaging my glass. I made it back to KY with all glass intact because of the extra care given in packaging. Thanks again.

I really enjoyed browsing the almost unbelievably huge selection of glass. The staff was very helpful and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. The supply section had everything I needed there as well (foil, solder, etc.) A nice place to spend an hour or two... or three!

I recently visited and taught at Delphi Glass Creativity Center, my first time. I was really impressed with everything. Delphi Glass has a showroom, class rooms and the warehouse. In all categories, Delphi Glass is organized and CLEAN. It has multiple rooms for teaching and the tools to make teaching a breeze. Their staff is available, friendly and helpful. Not once where they annoyed at my requests or my students requests. They always had a smile ready. I really enjoyed being there.

Helped me get my first stained glass kit put together when I didnt want the pre built kits. Love this place!

I stopped in on my drive across the country to visit my mom in Michigan. Could not pass up a stop at Delphi Glass to see first hand the vibrant display of colors and textures of glass in the showroom. Online images are a good start but seeing the glass up close was wonderful. Of course I splurged on a few supplies so as to save on the shipping cost to Colorado. My husband says it was a serendipitous pilgrimage. Thanks for the experience.

This place is awesome! So many different kinds of cool looking glass. They offer all sorts of different classes. Im really wanting to try the stained glass class when I get some free time. I would, and have, recommend this place to anyone to just go look around. All the beautiful colors, designs and projects make this place a cool place to check out. To be honest though I kinda want to play bull in the china shop and break 90% of it

I drive 7 hours from the upper peninsula of Michigan to go to Lansing to shop. I have been there twice, and plan on going back in a couple of months.They have a wonderful selection of glass and an amazing team of people working for them. Nothing beats hand selecting glass in person, because when you order online, there is a good chance that the picture you are seeing will not 100% reflect the true tone and hue of the glass.Daisy and Wendy have both been a huge help when I have gone there. The first time I went a piece of glass slipped from my grip and sliced my finger, and Wendy helped me to get bandaged up and gave me a bottle of water to help me relax.The second and most recent time I went I had a few different specific color arrangements that I was looking for and Daisy helped me to locate the closest glass to what I was looking for.Their selection of Bullseye glass is amazing, and they also have a wide variety of Oceanside, Kokomo, Armstrong Glass, Youghiogheny Glass.Whats nice too, is that they ship. So if you reach your budget and still have pieces that you like, you can take note of the SKUs and then you can order them from their website!!Their prices are great (Ive also ordered from Anything in Stained Glass in Maryland) and what is great about Delphi is that they do not require a minimum order to order sheets online.All in all, I hope that you get the chance to make it to Delphi. My tip to you as an incoming client, is to bring a list with you of what youre looking for (Colors/Textures/Manufacturers/Tools/Materials), because otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming! They have a very large selection, and having a game plan when you walk in the door makes it a lot less overwhelming.Above all, have fun! Because its completely magnificent!

Delphi is always a treat to visit, but with the updates they have made recently it’s even better! I travel nearly two hours to shop in person with them because they are so helpful. Thank you to the staff who helped me with my glass!!

While I was glad that I was able to verify that my order was ready, unfortunately I wasnt notified so I could pick it up. The other problem was that two of my packets of my dichroic glass were not labeled, so for purposes of recording their fusing properties, I had to track them.

I enjoy shopping at Delphi. They usually have a good selection of glass and other products. I was pleasantly surprised with a $25 coupon.I hate paying the shipping cost to have items shipped. And once I paid for overnight shipping, which they don’t have, but you can pay for it and not get your money back. Other businesses have better shipping policies and many times are quicker. Especially when I live 2 hours away.

If I could give 6 stars I would. It was truly a great experience. It had been years since I have been in there. I was mostly impressed with the staff everyone of them were helpful and pleasant and went put of there way to assistme with my purchase. It was refreshing see young polite people with a good work ethic.

The store and people there are great. The web site is very bad. On the web site you search for 96 coe fuseable glass and you get all kinds of other stuff. You can not look at all blue shades of glass. Please make the web site able to show you all the same colors together!

This was the first time visiting Delphi -- in fact the first time purchasing glass on my own and they made it a great experience. While I have been fusing glass for a while, I have nearly always depending on the studio to supply the glass but was ready to venture out on my own. This place was amazing in selection -- but also in assistance. The people were so very helpful and pleasant! They let me know what was not fusible, provided alternate suggestions, showed me where things were, wrapped everything up beautifully and just made it a terrific experience. I am so pleased with my excursion and know I will be returning!

Staff and instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. I took the Fusing is Fun class, and it definitely is fun! You learn a lot about fusing, fusing schedules, different glass types, and slumping. As part of the class you get to create smaller pieces that can be used as jewelry, and one larger tile. Definitely reccomend this for a beginner or someone who wants to get back into glass crafts!

Love Delphi Glass, Lansing, MI. They carry a huge supply of glass for my fused and traditional stained glass needs. As I sell on line, its important for me to be able to get what I need when I need it. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. AND looking forward to when I can attend classes there again.

I took the 2 1/2 hour stained glass class for beginners today. I love it! Jeannette was very friendly & informative. They have a HUGE selection of glass and all the tools you could ever need. Well worth the drive from Kalamazoo. Ill be back for another class soon!

Clean, well organized, and well stock. Customer service very basic. Not very helpful. Do research ahead of time. I spent about a month preparing for starting stained glass work. I went in and there was no additional input. I was keyed up to buy anything the attendant would have suggested. My husband even asked if she could recommend starter projects and she gave me a simple starter design, but not much else. She did give me a few tips as she was ringing me up, but not much that I hadnt figured out after weeks of research. I think from now on Ill just order online and pick up in store.

Just WoW! First, the customer service was warm & helpful. From answering questions, to the great job wrapping all my precious glass! Secondly, they have a great selection of tools & items needed to enjoy the art. Then.. the glass...It’s amazing!! The range of color & types is outstanding. What a breathtaking store! More beautiful glass and glass supplies than I could even take in. The people there were helpful and friendly and there when I needed them. I went to Delphi after a visit downstate and I was amazed at the selection of glass and accessories. I spent way less than I had anticipated and got way more! So much fun to look at all the stuff. And very helpful and friendly staff. Cant wait to go back!

This is one of the top destinations for glass artists in the country. They have an enormous inventory of stained glass and/or fusible glass by Oceanside (previously Spectrum), Kokomo, Youghiogheny, and Bullseye, plus Wissmach, Armstrong, and more, all out on shelves where you can see it in a warehouse with lots of windows. They also have a good assortment of accessory glass (COE 90 and 96), Italian rods, borosilicate rods, dichroic glass, etc., plus many tools and fusing molds on display in their showroom (and quite a bit more in stock that they just couldnt fit in the showroom, if you have an idea what youre looking for and ask for it). Their glass inventory alone is reason enough to make the trip (its so much better to pick out glass in person since photos online can rarely do it justice, especially for the more hand-made varieties), so make sure to leave plenty of time to browse the aisles. It sounds like a contradiction, but I think many of us have wished Delphi was closer to where we live, while also being glad its NOT any closer, so its easier to restrain ourselves a little! 😉The other big reason to come here is the variety of high-quality classes they offer. Stained glass, fusing, torch work (both boro and soft glass), and more are offered in small classes with Delphis incredible staff of regular instructors, plus guest instructors who are acclaimed artists and specialists in their field. Most classes are suitable for absolute novices, but there are others for advancing your skills if you already have some experience. Ive taken several classes here, and they were all great---both informative and fun! If youre curious about a new form of glass art, this is the perfect way to test drive it with minimal expense and an expert at your side.As for the customer service, its best-in-class. All of Delphis staff are friendly and genuinely want to help you with your glass needs, which makes for a great atmosphere. No ones going to try to sell you something you dont need, but theyre more than happy to help you find whatever youre looking for and answer questions. Theyre also quite knowledgeable, which is not an accident: besides staff with years, or in some cases decades, of experience, new hires take the same classes offered to customers (Ive been in a class alongside a Delphi employee twice now) so either they know what theyre talking about, or else when they get a question they cant answer right away, at least they know exactly who else among the staff they should go to for the best information.In summary, if you have even a faint interest in the glass arts, book a class and make the trip out here, allowing plenty of time for shopping afterward. You wont regret it!

Took a class on making a pocket vase. Staff were friendly and learned a lot about glass in class. The shop area had a large variety of items for all types of glass projects.

I took a private bead making class here with all covid protocols in place and well followed.! The class was excellent!!! They are a well stocked store with very knowledgeable employees who are experts in all aspects of glass from stained glass to fusing glass. Their glass warehouse is huge and it is like being in a candy shop for glass artists! So many pieces of glass to choose from as well as accessories and tools! Check them out! Setting up my private class was super easy!! I highly recommend this place!

As usual, everyone was very helpful. And Roy helped me with a question about a project I planned to make. They had everything I needed (and more, of course). Driving for about 90 minutes is not too much of a price to pay for the wonderful people there. I had ordered some things on line, that are not supposed to get there for about 3 weeks, so I am sure we will be taking another trip soon.

My wife and I had a blast taking a glass bowl class together. The instructor was fantastic and the 3 hour course went by in no time. About 2 weeks later they had fired and polished up our creations -ready for pick-up. It was super cool to see how they turned out and we learned a lot. Well go back for another course together.

Delphi Glass is wonderful. I tried to find supplies for my stained glass window locally but nobody had all of the items I needed. I ordered from delphi and got 6 long zinc came, black backed foil, solder, soldering iron tips, flux, flux brushes, etc. My order arrived in a few days. They had inadvertently shipped me a pair of breaking pliers instead of the flux. I called about returning the pliers and re-ordering the flux, but they said not to worry about returning the pliers, and went ahead and shipped me the flux which arrived in a few days. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely order my supplies from them in the future.

Very friendly and willing to answer our million questions. Even showed us a couple basic glass cutting techniques. We were impressed that they didnt make us feel like the utter amateurs that we are in the glass world.

Very helpful staff. I have a large & heavy piece of stained glass and they discussed how to safely install it in a second story window.

Bought some glass chips from Delphi. I opened the package and found the chips to be of poor quality glass, irregular, faded colors, unlike the picture on their web site. When I clicked on one star to show poor quality, three stars lit up, and I could not undue it. In no way would I have given three stars. Also it is not possible to talk to customer service on the phone. I have to pay postage for the return and since glass is heavy, I would only get a small amount of the purchase price returned. I will not do business with Delphi in the future. The company does not have supportive customer service. No one to talk to directly.

Great customer service. I was there this weekend and once again I was so pleased with the excellent customer service. Staff were so friendly and so helpful in problem solving how to fit our items in the vehicle. Seriously amazing staff:)

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered items in middle of April. Never mentioned that some were out of stock. Have tried calling for weeks and no answer or return call. Finally one of the items arrived in June and it was defective. Tried calling in order to authorize a return and refund. No answer. No reply.Sent item back filling out the proper return forms and still no refund or e-mail.If you are going to shut down operations over the virus that’s fine but don’t take orders.Beware of ordering from this company. They are not honest and have no customer service. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office.
