Great service and experience at The Outlet! I purchased a weed whacker and a small fan - the employee who helped me (Darryl) was very helpful, attentive, and even took the time to put gas in the weed whacker and showed me how to use it and store it. They have great prices and great service! I will definitely be back!!

We took our 55-60 inch T.V. there to get fixed and it only cost us $100.00 bucks to have it fixed and it only took about a half an hour. That was well worth it considering it would of cost us way more to buy a new one. Before you throw out that T.V. that doesnt work take it to the Outlet and see if it can be fixed before you buy a new one. We did 👍⭐🌸 😊.

This place is a joke. Just a bunch of crooks. Selling broken products and refusing to refund with the receipt stating I have 45 days. Dont waste your money on a place like this.

Terrible service. Highly Would never recommend. They talk to you like you are nothing. No respect. Dont even bother wasting your time with them.....correct and you were up selling and lied about your mower being there for one day...I drove past three times in the past week and a half and seen that mower outside lol nice try but yes I also referenced the mower around the corner was cheaper but never said a pawn shop nice try also when I walked in the store I was never greeted or spoken to. Had to wait for service so I walked around. Seen something I was going to grab but simply asked a question on an item just to see how youd sell me on that item but not did I want the rider I wanted a whip I have 1500 in cash in my pocket I had just gotten paid but the terrible service turned me away. Im just saying my experience with the customer service was poor👎🏽.

The Outlet is great! The owner is a great guy who takes incredible care of his products as well as his customers. I bought a 65 Samsung TV that was still in new condition for hundreds of dollars less than the big box stores.The Outlet will definitely be my first and only stop for all my electronics in the future.Thanks for the incredible service.

I’ve purchased three TV’s myself and referred countless numbers of coworkers, friends and family. Easy to work with and is very honest about the conditions and expectations up front. They run regular giveaways and contests through their Facebook page and real people win because it’s small and local, not like box store chain contests. They also get deals on other random items that come through but don’t last. For example, a Dyson stick vacuum or mini fridge. Highly recommend if you’re looking to slash costs off brand new, in-store prices.

Great people! I bought a new stainless steel French door fridge from them and they even delivered it for free. They removed my old one as well at no cost. When I was setting the fridge up I saw I had a shelf that was cracked. I contacted them with a picture and they immediately replaced the shelf. Since then I’ve been in their store a few times! Great people and great deals! When I finish my family room I’ll be shopping for a Bigger tv here!

The outlet has provided me with the worst customer service of my 27 year old life. The screen on a TV went out 4 days after Purchasing. I spent the whole Whole quarantine with a 55 TV the doesnt work. Upon trying to get an exchange and willing to pay more for another TV I was told no. Pay full price or take the broken TV home. Please DONT BE ME!!! Spend the extra money at Reputable retailers who are more invested in helping you.

I bought a 70 Samsung Smart TV and mount that would normally retail for more than $1,000 for $450. The TV was heavily discounted because of a small blemish on the lower area of the screen. Its hardly noticeable and was totally worth all of the money saved. I would definitely shop at the Outlet again!

Well worth it. Got one, ended up going back for a second. 45 day warranty for malfunctions outside physical damage. Not bad. My buddy bought a few TV’s over the years here. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed.

Jake on the sales floor had poor service yelled across the store about a mask when I already told him I was just here for a remote that he failed to give me when I purchased a tv and made me buy a mask before he would give me my property when I have a doctors note staying I can’t wear a mask !!!!!
