Everyone was great and was able to fix my issue and did not over charge me for the repair. My car was making an awful noise and I brought in thinking I was going to need a new front end or suspension. Turns out I didn’t and they could have easily told me I needed to. Thanks guys

Rip off... Left overnight for a flat that had been previously checked somewhere else. It had one nail and gladly I had taken a picture of the tire and the nail prior to drop off. Next day Jose calls and states tire is NOT repairable because it had two nails too close to each other.I smelled that they were just trying to sell me a tire. I told Jose over the phone I will buy the tire somewhere and take it. He automatically tried to overcome that by saying they only install new tires with stickers on them. He was quite upset when I did not immediately accepted to replace my unrepairable tire.I went to the store to pick up the car and what a surprise when I see the car with an additional nail that it didnt have when I left it because once again... I took a picture of it to have as reference.Took the car to a place across the street called midnite custom for the repair and the tire is perfect now. Paid $19.99! Stay away from tires Plus!

They will scam you any chance they get. I had one tire replaced because of a nail, first off they wouldnt patch it but whatever, not surprised, thats not the issue. The issue is they lifted the car to remove the tire and proceeded to dropping it from the lifted height. 30 minutes later the guy comes to me and says I have a broken tpms sensor and I should replace it. Yeah NO S***, your guy basically oopsed it. Not only that, but they didnt check any of the tires and come to find out one of my other tire was damaged.Congrats, hope the extra 75$ you made was worth my business because Im taking it elsewhere. Dishonest practice.

I went in because my car was steering funny, after paying about$300.00, and asking for the manager to lodge a complaint, I got an oil change, transmission fluid changed and another bill for $176.00 more dollars I paid to get my car back, never got to speak to manager and I got a free alignment for a year, and guess what?I still did not get what I went in for learned not to trust them with my auto unless I am there to watch everything. Very Unhappy with the service

This store installed the wrong sized tire on the front end of my daughters car and then doubled down but aligning it. Crazy incompetence or just plain deception. The happy ending was that she got a full refund after my involvement. Beware!

Was quoted $50 for an alignment because it’s a small vehicle and was told it would be 90 and had no interest in finding the person who quoted me and was generally not helpful.

Best place to go for tires and most of your other automotive needs. We did business with the location in Boynton Beach between Seacrest and Federal on 1380 Hypoluxo Rd Lantana Florida 33462 where we found Tom and Gayland to guide us through a very complex set of automotive issues. Honestly without them I have no idea what we would have done. The level of customer service that we received from Tom was only exceeded by his level of knowledge regarding our situation. In the state of Florida to find a dedicated professional team like these guys is like hitting the lottery. The absolute honest evaluation of our problem and the appropriate solution made me feel like I was dealing with a family member. Its no wonder this place is so very busy even though there are several other automotive shops located in the immediate area. I am 71 years old and have lived in South Florida for over 20 years and I can tell you to find any business that employs this type of employee with this level of integrity is so very unusual that I felt mandated to write this review. These guys are truly the real deal so even if you have to travel a bit to get there it is surely worth your while. Thank you again to Tom and the entire team at Tires Plus in Lantana. I surely will recommend you to everyone I know with heartfelt enthusiasm because thats the way you made me feel when our business was all said and done. I only wish that other businesses would take a page out of your book of how to treat a customer. I went in the day before yesterday with a flat tire. They couldnt fit me in that day it was just 20 minutes before they closed. But because of their politeness and filled up my tire enough to get me by, I went back. They quoted me a very fair price the next day and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Great group of guys and I will be going back!

What a joke. Dropped off the car at 12pm for a simple tire patch. This should be a 10-20 minute job and my car sat in the same parking spot i left it for six hours. I had to call before they closed to find out it wasn’t being worked on yet so i was forced to leave with the car. Utterly unacceptable and such a waste of time

I’ve been a customer for a few years and trust these guys so much. Recently I had a blow out on 95. Waiting for triple A, I fully expected to have my car towed and left at Tires Plus until the next day because it was New Years Day. I decided to call and they answered! I spoke to Steven, who has helped me out and my son before. He was able to put two new tires on my car and new brakes! Got my car back before the end of the day. Great customer service and trustworthy work! Highly recommend!

In March 2020 I hit debris on I-95 and got off at the first exit, where Tires Plus is located. I was shaken but unhurt. Steven showed concern for my wellbeing first, before even looking at the car. Thankfully the only thing wrong was that the tire shield had melted to the tire. I had that removed and about an hour and $10.69 later, I was on my way home to north Florida. I was most impressed at the professionalism and kindness shown to me. Getting me out of there quickly for a few bucks was great too.

On google it states you guys close at 5pm on sundays. i just got there at 4:10 pm and the guy in the front said that yall were closed, while there was a person waiting in the rest area and somebody just took a car to one of the bays. how do you deny money to your business on these hard times. all i wanted was an oil change. god bless

This place is a rip off. They sold us a new tire for $100 but could not put the tire on for us. 45 minutes left till close and they had 1-2 cars. I reviewed my receipt and they were charging me for a service fee off $19.99 after complaining about it someone came out to fix the tire. This place has no work ethic. Don’t waste your time they’re no help. Will not spend money here ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Received poor customer service by employee on duty 11/12. Did not get his name, but he was an older gentlemen working the front counter about 9 AM.He gave excuse after excuse as to every concern I had. I have previously worked with Steve at this location and he was very professional. I was so put back by this gentleman,s attitude that I left. Took my business to another competitor. Paid about the same, even a little more, but felt satisfied with the professionalism.

I went in for an oil change two days ago at 1:40 and was assured it would take between an hour and a half to two hours. I came back at 5:30 and my car was still in the same parking spot I left it in. When I went to the front desk I was told my car was up next. I asked for my keys and and the guy went to he back and handed me them and didn’t say a word. Never coming to this place again, I refuse to do business with an establishment that has no regard for customer service

They had my vehicle 41 days. The car bad a blown engine. They were able to track down a replacement engine, which wasnt easy. And install same. Very good work. Car runs great. The mgr & district mgr were both super guys to work with. 5 stars in my book. Thanks guys

Had 3 year alignment package that expired a week ago. I asked them if i could have my alignment Within the package because COVID had us in isolation for 6 weeks and i couldnt come get it done. He would not budge. Unbelievable... been regular customer there for a long time... needs tires too. Oh well. Thats it for me

Tires Plus stores are the same. This one on Hypoluxo is a corporate model in its approach. They offer services without being too hard sell in their approach. The key is to either have an appointment or get there when they open their doors. Otherwise, your wait will be longer than you would like. I have had my cars serviced at 5 different Tires Plus locations and now this is my standard.

Man at front desk was cool and educated in parts and the different vehicle services. But all together the wait was exhausting... I was told 2 hours tops, but I waited 2 hours JUST for the part to make it to the shop. Plus their tax for labor is a little too high for their level of work. Sorry, just being truthful.

I have been bringing my car to this location for years. I appreciate the credit line that tires plus allows considering I am still building credit and auto work can be tough to afford. The last time I brought my car in I received outstanding service and it was refreshing to not be over sold or perceived as just another uneducated girl customer. This is my boss as Review thanks.

Hi tires plus, I would like to give honor to Tommy, Steven and Greg (if he were there. Last week I had my sons truck in for a tire plug when Tommy showed me how th plug my son did was very bad and that ths driver front had little tread on it as well so we got 2 new tires. Now ms, I have needed front end work for a out 6 months. I finally came up with the money and was so happy that Stwven was still there. He will be missed something awful. So today I had all ths work done. Im looking for an in voice # but cant seem to find it. Hall, I couldnt even figure out how to get to your survey. Anyway, I have a Kia Sonoma and this guys have kept me on the road. Tommy is my hero next to Stwven. I cant believe he is leaving your Hypoluxo Stors but happy he is going for a better life. Great customer service. Noel is wonderful - not just to me, but to everyone else in the waiting area.Got my oil changed and tires rotated and I was in and out in under 1 hour! I definitely recommend.

I went in to get my brake pads replaced because the guys over at Tire Kingdom told my wife they were down to 2 mm when she got an oil change. I called around and Tires Plus had the best price. When they inspected my brakes they noticed they werent even half way used and told me it wasnt necessary. I took at the brake pads my self and they looked good. Even though the place was empty, with several mechanics having nothing to do, they still told me it was unnecessary to replace them.

Went to get an oil change they saw that I had oil leak and instead of overcharging me or telling me that it was more than what it actually was they sent me back to Hyundai and told me what needed to be done I thank them for that because Hyundai fix the problem I can honestly say Tire Plus honest people and they earn my respect and my business keep up the good work gentlemen great job Steve and your team

This place is AWESOME!!!As the title says, they offer many different types of auto repair and tire services along with excellent customer service to match. Doesnt matter what day of the of the week that you choose to go, at this particular location, I have found everyone and anyone that has helped me to be professional courteous and knowledgeable.I highly recommend (The one located on Hypoluxo Road in Lantana,) for reasonably priced and honest Auto repair and maintenance service.

No customer service, dropped off car to have the rear brakes replaced after we dropped the car a week before for front brakes. They printed on the invoice that we needed back brakes but never told us personally in the store or I would had them do the job but it was closing time.. we scheduled a 10 am appt for the follow up,the counter guy pulled the records and said yeah back brakes we showed the. a video of the sound also....now its 234, I had to call them and they advised the car hasnt been looked at? Called at 430 and they started they left a call for approval ar 330 with a voice message for approval. so the cars been there close 6 and half hrs and no work has been even though they stated it needed rear brakes..No could give a reasonable answer on the delay except they have only ONE mechanic and there was a big job in front of me... No apologies, just self righteous attitude, and we were just a number to them even for me along term customer whos probably dropped over 20k to the company over the past 10 15 years.my take, is u can use them for tires and wait but if you need anything mechanical completed go somewhere else...plenty of places to choose from then to put up with there attitudes ....

Steven Coffman is a true gentleman. From the time I walked in to the time I left he was clear on what needed to be done. He did not try to upsell me like all the other places around Lantana have. Instead he completely fixed my problems at the lowest possible price. Thank you Steven for all your help. I will never go anywhere else. Wish I could give ten stars!

I had a terrible experience with this Tires Plus. Called one night and asked them to remove a wheel lock off my tires. Told me it would be no problem, cost $10 or $20 bucks and take about 15-20 minutes. Made an appointment for 9am the following day. Once I was there, they didnt even pull my car into the garage until 9:50. Had to keep checking with the front desk on the status. Tried to first quote me $235. Ended up charging me $45 and forced me to pay for a complete vehicle inspection as well as the removal ($30). Car wasnt done until 10:40. They also NEVER TOLD ME that I shouldnt really be driving on fewer lugnuts. Never offered to sell me replacements or informed me of the danger. Costco - who recommended me - was horrified when I told them. They told me they wont be sending ANY more clients to Tires Plus.

Had a flat which needed repair. Did not realize they were tied in with Firestone. Good timely service.

These other reviews are fake... this place was awful. 5 hours for some tires and an oil change. Not to mention there was 2 empty racks and an empty lobby upon arrival...I can understand having a bad day... but I cant understand not leaving the attitude and bad service at the door..

When a tire store doesnt have a floor jack youre at the wrong tire store. The unprofessional service I received was unbelievable. The guy was clueless about tires and or installation. I highly recommend you go next door Palm Beach Tire Pro you got me right in and got me right out. PS he has plenty of jacks and car lifts.

Terrible place. They take forever to do even the simplest work to your car. They also lost one of my locking lug nuts and when I went back and told them about it they just Shrugged their shoulders and said no we didnt. Id go across the street to Tire Kingdom if I were you

Quick easy and cheap

They suck dont go there I took my rims on a 350z worth 400 buck and they chip it and didnt tell me anything thats 800 dollars in rims no never again if u go to any of them good luck not happy also not cheap and responsible they suck

Went here in march for an oil change, when the oil change was complete the sales man said my oil plug was miss threaded, my car was not leaking oil before or after. I recently got another oil change in june, and it is now leaking oil out of the plug. This tells me they miss threaded the plug, then wanted to charge me over $2k for a new oil pan, I will never go to tires plus in lantana again.

This is one of their corporate stores and I have found them to be trustworthy and fair with their pricing. They are prompt with appointments and deliver on time. They even automatically apply coupons found on their website.

New tires good experience very helpful very friendly

Though there is a Tires Plus not even a half mile from my home, I choose to go to the Lantana location. Steven, the manager at Lantana relocated from the Lake Worth store. I would rather travel the extra distance as Steven is a sales/service manager that is reputable, professional and courteous.

At 530 they technicians was done for the day although they close at 7pm they only had 1 car. However I called customer service they had tommy called the manager which he was not much better! I bring my car back in to just change the tire steam only they had me leave it for 3 Days seriously that’s terrible to change out my tire with a bad tire the worst service ever don’t ever take your car there they are a ripoff and they are rude.. waste of time.

Mike and crew are fantastic! They had to order my tires and said Tuesday but got them for me a day early. Brought the car in and was out in 1.5 hrs maybe less actually. They even invited me to come back and watch them work! They know their cars! We chatted about cars and tires and had a great time! Work was spot on and fast - even with me hovering 😀. I will ALWAYS take my baby to Tires Plus. They are truly worthy of 5 stars and I am not easily impressed so thats definitely saying something!

Horrible experience in this place. I had a flat tire and bought a new one here. The new tire teared the day after they changed it, so when I went in to complain, they said that my rim was cracked which caused my tires to tear. I then questioned them why they installed a new tire on the cracked rim, and they said that I didnt ask them to inspect the rim; only to change the tire. It turned out that I had to buy two tires from them and a new rim. I will only be buying from the Tire Kingdom across the street from now on. If you insist on getting new tires in this place, make sure you ask them to inspect your rim before doing so because it seems like you need to tell them how to do their job.

What could have been an unpleasant experience turned into probably the best experience one could expect when buying tires and dealing with mechanics. After being led on by costco, Billy and Noel (manager) stood behind their promise and guarantee that I would be happy. We had a few bumps in the road (pun intended ) beyond their or my control and they handled it. They made it their problem, not mine. Long story short, we found the best possible match of tires at a far lower price than I was expecting to pay. Kudos to Billy and Noel. Thanks for taking great care of me and my daughter. I will be back.

Nole, the manager there is one of the most sincere, ethical men I have met in a long time representing this specific industry. Being a female, it Is no surprise that this industry takes advantage of the lack of knowledge we have. This location does not operate this way, and between the two managers (Tony), these guys have proven to respect people no matter what. When there was an issue, Nole stepped in to resolve it and leave me walking out with a smile on my face. As far as others tires plus, I cant speak for them, but this one is filled with good, honest people.

Manager pulled mechanic off my vehicle to finish another vehicle when all that was left to complete my tire replacement was put 2 hubcaps on and lower the vehicle to the ground
