I have been going to the lapeer good year for years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always been very courteous. They are very Thorough with my vehicles. They recommend what need to be done in the future and don’t pressure you if it doesn’t need to be done. The are an awesome place to deal with. I recommend them highly

For starters, scheduled a “free” inspection last week on Wednesday. My fiancé shows up with the car they were all confused about there being an appointment and he had to make a new one for today. Then they charge him $54 for this “free” inspection without warning! Not only are they unorganized but this is false advertising.UPDATE: They also disconnected everything and left it that way. I am livid!! See photo!

Were from Florida, here visiting family. I needed new tires on my 26 ft travel trailer. From my reading, Goodyear Endurance was the quality choice to make.I made an appointment online for the tire service. Within about 20 minutes Chris, the manager, called to verify my request. He advised my how to come in the parking area and park my trailer as I would be leaving it for a couple hours.The day before my appointment, I realized I needed an oil change and brake check on my Yukon. I made another online appointment for the same time slot as the trailer tires. Showed up at 10:30, unhooked my trailer and left the Yukon with Zack. About 1pm Zack called and said they were just finishing up. Came in, paid up and was on the road by 1:45 even though they were short-handed.Terrific product, great service, friendly staff, spot on communication! Id recommend Goodyear for your tire and service needs!PS Chris said they are hiring!

Went in to have my brakes done, but they said I didn’t need brakes. Go figure, they sent me out the door with no bill. Not too many places will tell you you don’t need work done. So, I went back and bought new tires.Customer service was outstanding.

They put air in my tires and the guy was fast and friendly.

Brought truck in and Chris got me right in as soon as he could and fixed my problem with my parking lot bulbs that I had and did an oil change with no hiccups. Josh and the other guys were professional that I dealt with and knew what they were doing to fix my problem that I had. Great customer service and would recommend going there with your car or truck needs.

Slow slow slow appointment was at 330pm getting 4 new tires its now 530pm still waiting in the lobby!!! Over 2 hrs to change 4 tires if just stupid!!!!

I had a drill bit sticking out of my tire and was driving on my donut on a Monday morning. The attendant was very cheerful, gave me the expectations for repair and wait time. They were able to plug my tire. They also changed it out, replaced my donut and the jack in my trunk. Free of charge! Friendly, honest service beyond my expectations! I was back on the road in no time at all. They just want to keep people safe on the roads!

Where to start on how much I was ripped off. First I just go in for a normal tire replacement. The tires are supposed to be 40 each so with install I could see giving them 250 to 300. These guys charged me nearly 600 and I didnt even get new rims like they assured me several times they would. After realising they could scam me they kept at it with throwing multiple inspection quotes on top of minor things. All I wanted was to find where the squeak was coming from. I payed 650 to have a tie rod and control arm replaced. They are good talkers and ruthless people. Im on disability with a son. I had to take a loan on top of my car loan just to give them a check without truly fixing anything on my car. I gave them a 2 star because they are good at lying. Go to Taylors. Thats all I hear now. Youve lost a valuable customer and Ill make sure word definitely gets around

Great service as always. It did take a little bit longer for my oil change and wiper replacement. I had an appointment at 9am and arrived 10 minutes early. However, I sat there until almost 10:30
