Everytime my family needs tires or any service we always come back here. Jason Jones is a wonderful employee he always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and we are happy. Got a full tune up done last year and have had my check engine light come on over and over for a cylinder 2 misfire. Took it back and they said they just had to swap out a spark plug and it was under warranty. I left and the check engine light came right back on. Says cylinder 2 misfire. So I took it to the dealership and apparently the aftermarket parts they used for my tune up at Monroes were garbage and not oem certified for my jeep and they also had 2 different kinds of spark plugs put in at monroe. So I had to pay for a full tune up at the dealership and what do ya know, the problem is fixed. Id very much like to get my money back from monroes but Im so disappointed I dont even want to go up there and look at those workers faces

I have always had great service at Kan Rock.Today went in because I got a huge nail in my tire. .They took the tire off my car, removed it from the rim and found the nail did not go all the way through. They put it back on the rim, and did not charge me a single penny. . Drove in with a flat tire and frazzled nerves as I was on my way to the hospital in Flint. The tech, Jason, had it fixed and I was on my way in 20 minutes! I have been going to this center for 10 years and am always happy with their professionalism and courtesy. They treat their customers well! Hats off to manager Jim as well.

Was in and out within 30 minutes for a tire replacement

I bought four new tires that they recommend for me with the preferences that I wanted. They informed me that the tires I was buying were better then the ones I first wanted, so I purchased the ones they recommended. The ones they recommend me were even cheaper then the ones I wanted! No trying to sell you up here or price gouging! Unfortunately they didnt work out because of the tread pattern on the tires matched with the grooves in the expressway causing the car to feel like it was getting blown around. I called Anthony back at Kan Rock and he told me to come in and pick something else out and either get a refund or pay the difference if the tires cost more. I did return and they took care of everything. This place rocks! No pun intended...Kan Rock...lol!

I love Kan Rock. I have been bringing my vehicles to the guys here for years and have never had a bad experience. Anthony is the best, I always deal with him when I come in and he makes sure everything goes as smooth as possible, whenever I call for something he gets me in the same day and always greets me with a smile. His customer service is a huge part of the reason I come back as he genuinely cares that your concerns are addressed and you are happy when you leave. Great manager, great place.

This is a great store good place for service. Tony is a very friendly and helpful. Was sad to hear one of there techs was from another store would like to see him back at this store. He was a fast worker and take time to talk to the coustmer and lets them know what is wrong. Please bring him back.

Went in for a new tire I purchased online on their site. Got their and guess what? No tire their out if it. BUT the staff quickly found another that was actually better than the one I bought online through them and at a $100.00 cheaper.Would go back anytime and recommend this place hands down.

Great service. Took my Nissan Frontier in for an oil change. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Even with a difficult filter placement. Pennzoil had previously refused to even do my oil change because of the placement.

I have been to Kan Rock for tires and alignments many times with numerous vehicles. The front office techs are generally courteous and reasonable in their assessments. I recommend arriving early since they operate on a first in, first out basis and Saturday mornings are especially busy.They have excellent alignment prices and do a thorough alignment. Tire prices are very reasonable as well. They also stand behind thee work and honor their guarantees with no hassle.

I bought tires from somewhere else and had them put on here. They were very fast and helpful. They inspected my car for free and told me everything I needed to get fixed and what was most important to do first. Getting my tires changed was estimated to take about an hour but it only took half an hour for all four tires! I will be coming back to get the rest of my repairs done as soon as I can! Great place, highly recommend. Probably the best and most reasonably priced place in Lapeer!

Had to get my tires changed for the first time on my own. Had every option clearly explained to me with price breakdowns. As a young woman, it was excellent to have an explanation that didnt feel condescending and was so clearly explained. Pretty fast service as well! This will definitely be my go-to place for awhile.

Wish i could do no star. These guys put the wrong control arm and upper ball joint on my truck which in turn has caused my whole front end to be redone. Not to mention about a month ago had an oil change and they check off everything on the list as good. When my lower ball joints were about to fall out, they put the wrong control arm on my truck. They didnt check my truck like the list said and allowed me to drive. Lucky nothing happened to my son, pregnant girlfriend with twins or I. I will be contacting a lawyer and filing a law suit.

Great friendly service! Valve stem broke on my Jeep and I called around to several places including Walmart. Everywhere else was rude and gave ridiculous wait times for repair even though we pulled the tire off already. They got us in and out in a snap, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend, and will definitely return!

I went to Kan Rock to see if my van needed an alignment. They tested it for me at no charge. As it turns out, it didnt need an alignment, and they respectfully let me know that no service was needed. The associates that helped me (the guy at the front desk and the mechanic) both were helpful and answered my questions.

Kan Rock offered the best price for getting some tires mounted. Friendly and fast.

Fast reliable and knowledgeable staff .I went in with my truck having a random vibration. Realized I needed new tires tie rods and a wheel bearing that was bad. I had my doubts of what was wrong but the technician that looked at it was more than willing to show me. Thanks you guys.

I cannot express how terrible my experience has been with this place. Put wrong upper control arm on one side of my truck. That inturn caused a whole front end replacement. They showed no intrwst in making this right. Even got a oil change from them and they marked everything as good no repair needed when my lower ball joints were about to fall out . More then likely they knew they messed up and didnt want to have to tell me. I have started to pursue legal action. Never again will my family or friends go here for anything.

Took a cargo trailer in for new tires. Asked that the center caps be replaced and gave them the new ones. Neither one was replaced and one was now missing. They also replaced two lug nuts that were in they before with two bolts of the same size. My fiancee had her SUV in for new tires and they forgot to put a lugnut on her vehicle. Had to order her a new one while she drive around with one missing lugnut that they had list and not put on.

Reasonably priced, and they stand behind their work. When I had an issue with a brake caliper that was installed a few months earlier, they looked into it, replaced the caliper, pad and rotor, no charge. I have purchased many tires over the years, and the occasional nail hole is repaired free of charge. They treat customers well, and manager Anthony always works to make things right. Thanks.

They do good work, a little pricey. Always tell you one price then its always more. Evertime Ive had work done they always call saying more is wrong, sometimes that is the case but not always. I had enough when I called and needed car looked at and was told they would pull it in and look at it as soon as we got there. That wasnt the case. Was told we would have to leave it cuz they were busy. 4 empty bays and 5 guys standing around talking, and the guy was kind of rude. So they lost $650, Wich is what it cost elsewhere for work the car needed, just by not taking a few moments to look at it when clearly they had the time and man power to do so.

Called earlier in the day asking about having tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. Was told to go ahead and drop the vehicle off and it would be done today. After I wasted my time driving out here, and setting up a ride from here and back out I was told I needed an appointment. Very disappointed in the poor management and communication skills of the supposed manager Anthony.

I have been a long time customer with Kanrock of Lapeer. Anthony and his staff of technicians have always maintained excellent quality and attitude on all of my vehicles. I have bought several sets of tires for my trucks and trailers, as well as routine oil changes and tire rotations. I have never had any major issues, and any small issues were immediately resolved. I find them to be extremely helpful and make for an overall excellent experience. Kanrock of Lapeer is the only place I trust to work on my truck and our family vehicle for my two small daughters. This is a place you can trust and know that your money is being well spent.

Expensive! They counter guy was rude! Went to Walmart, way cheaper. Kan Rock screwed me over on tire pressure sensors too. Walmart is $70 cheaper for sensors.

I will never take another auto there again! I just had my brakes done, and needed to have a new wheel bearing put on I had the new part. Told me it would be less then two hundred, called me after I left told me that I needed over $700 for brakes and they would not do the wheel bearing without doing the brakes. They suck a big one.

Got my tires changed yesterday and was wondering why it was wobbling and when i got home and found out my lug nuts were not tightened wow horrible place!!!! So glad me and my son are safe and tht they did not fall off!!!
