Charlie the owner went above and beyond for me, and he never even met me! I stopped in his shop after I hit a deer expecting to be out of vehicle, have enormous costs and of course thats frustrating and intimidating. Not only did he work out the cost for me, but he also loaned me a great driving vehicle without me Even Asking! Before I dropped my vehicle off it started to overheat, (which was a separate issue altogether) and I called C & D just to tell them Id be a day late. Not Only did they stay On the phone with me and suggest ways to fix the problem temporarily, but they were offering, (again I didnt ask) to come get me. After they fixed the damage from the deer accident, he lined me up with a mechanic to fix the overheating issue. I never even had to drive the truck from place to place. C & D took care of it All! Charlie also told me not to worry when I came in in such an emotional girl state with my truck if you know what I mean..... In So many ways I would recommend this place over and over! Its rare to have such a great experience when Im down and out with car trouble!!!!

I was using C&D exclusively the last 3 years. I had new skins put on my pickup truck two years ago. Last month, while I removed my running boards, I discovered that my skins were rusted and 4 of the 8 bolts that hold the pickup bed on the frame were either missing, stripped or broken off in the holes (explains why my box slapped at RR crossings and rough roads). The welds were not prepped before they were painted over and caused premature rot. I showed Charlie and we made an appointment in 3-1/2 weeks for him to fix his mistakes. The night before, he cancelled and said hed call me back but never did. I took my truck elsewhere and paid them to fix C&Ds mistakes.I was happy with C&D for my first two jobs but, my Hummer sat in his parking lot 5 months and a referral sat for 2 months. He couldve just turned down the jobs instead of hanging us out like that.
