Best Dealership In all of Vegas. I used to own a dealership in pa for years with my family. We grew because of Honesty and Respect. And still to this day I have old customers calling me anyway. Purchased a 13 tundra from these guys and man hands down easiest purchase in history probably even quicker then my own dealership. Me and my gf went shopping for trucks for a month I played the regular customer at each one. I wont name them here in Vegas but every single dealer even 4 new dealers tried to hide numbers on me in the back end of charge me 2500 for a detail fee which makes 0 sense. Anyway I have never been more happy same with my gf about our purchase here. They were up front they did not hide any numbers and presented longest term cheapest payments and we worked from there. I can not say it enough and this is coming from an honest ex owner of a used dealership they are amazing from start to finish. 2011 Dodge Charger R/TDefinitely kept my car payment where I wanted, helped me out with a warranty. However, the warranty level 2 doesn’t really cover much and I doubt the level 3 will do that much more. Liberty Shield is the warranty company I’m with through hotdealsauto. I would definitely save yourself future pains and get any car checked by a mechanic that you decide to get from them as normal dealer maintenance won’t be upheld. I now have a 4K price on fixing the car completely with warranty of 800 taken off. Kinda sad.

I would like to begin by saying that I purchased a motor car from Hot Deals Auto about 3 months ago. Im a wee bit late in giving my review but I have been out of the country for awhile. I was looking to purchase another vehicle seeing the petrol prices are surely climbing. I walked on the lot and viewed the selection and there it was calling out to me, a beautiful mint 2010 Mini Cooper S, chilly red with white roof with Union Jack decals :). I first conversed with Louis about the details of the car and shortly we went out on a test drive. The car drove as magnificently as it looked. I then was sent to Sam the manager and he was ever so friendly and helpful. He gave me a great trade allowance on my motor car and the transaction went over splendidly without any complication. Ive been in possession of the Mini for awhile now and its magnificent indeed. It only has 36,000 miles, one owner, non smoker and its in show room condition.I would like to wrap up by saying that if youre looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a big favor and go down there and look around. I normally don’t even leave reviews good or bad but I told Emmanuel he was getting one whether he liked or not. Been trying to find my wife a not so old, good looking (her terms), most importantly RELIABLE used car (my terms). Had been at it for about 3 months researching cars and car lots alike with let’s just say less than hopeful results. A lot of sketchy cars and even more sketchy were the dealers. I was ready to give up on the whole thing til later in the year but we tried one more place. Why we didn’t go lead with hot deals will haunt me forever. It was an absolutely total opposite of what we were seeing everywhere else. They had good clean cars the lot was well kept they have sun blocking tarps. The best things of all they didn’t try to sell me a car. They spoke, let’s us look around (no badgering) answered all questions and we ended up with good deal on the car we came to see. 2012 Mazda 6 we researched as a great car. I recommend these guys to any and everyone in the area. Might even be worth a plane ticket tbh thanks a lot.

I was trying to get a car. The car wanted they wouldnt finance it because it was an older model 10, 000. Car dealerships dont like to finance when its 10,000 or less. I dont like that part so they wanted to give me a newer bottle high on cost and then they approve me and gave me a $700 monthly no I didnt I didnt take that it was too much

My experience in the moment was great the people were okay, but the car i bought from them has cost me $9000 in repair costs since I bought. Then the manager or owner I forgot his name but he gave me his word theyd fix the broken fog light for free after i purched the vehicle and when i called they acted like that was never a conversation we had.

My experience with Hot Deals was more than expected. I met with James and Sam who helped me get into the 2016 Tacoma they had on their lot. A week after having my truck, a rock hit my windshield and the crack began to spread, When I went back to pick up my paperwork, I had told Sam what had happened and he offered to have my windshield replaced at a discounted rate through their shop. We were in the market for a fun car that can also be a daily driver. Narrowed down our selection to a Mustang and ended up at this dealership via recommendation from CarFaxs car search engine. The lot is small but they have a very nice selection. We toured around and noticed that they carry a variety of makes, models, are clean and in very great shape with NO BRANDED (salvaged) titles. Saw the Mustang that we came to see, and liked it after the test drive. Shout out to Tony and Manny, they made the car buying experience here very easy and timely. I have to honestly say that this was the quickest car buying experience (with minimal back and forth) that I had ever been involved with. The time that it took for me to see, test drive, negotiate the deal, sign the paperwork and leave with the car was approximately two hours.There were a couple issues that we ran into, however, Tony made sure that these were taken care of. They really do show that they care for you as a customer and earn your business. If you want a great car buying experience without the pushy salespeople and no back-n-forth business, come check these guys out. The truck was to expensive ( 19 thousand ) sorry he said ( Louis told me if you had 5 thousand we could make it work ) i told him i havent got 5 thousand dollars on me ( i got very sad ) if i had 5 thousand i would find a 2015 for about 15 thousand or a New f250 ) My auto credit shows i have. No credit but i do ( i only have about 2 thousand dollars left to pay off my car at ( TJ Motors ) Ive piad about 5900 dollars so far with full coverage insurance ) Ive been at my job for about 5years now security guard ) ( i think he wanted the truck for sombody else we waited for about 1 hour. ( Ill keep searching for my dream truck. Yeah thanks

Being only 21 and having no credit wasnt helping me when it came to trying to finance my 2012 challenger RT. This is important for all of you. I bought a $15k+ car gave $6500 down so the loan was for $8k+. I asked if the interest rate 4.49%(and I did the math with them) was going to be $360.80 and they said yes. Well I just looked at it and Ive paid off $366+ in interest with $5k left. Also Chase bank gave me my credit score of 789 and this dealer tried to tell me that they pulled a 670. So they tried blaming it on the bureau or whoever gave them my credit score. Also please please get the car inspected by a professional NOT EMC because I trusted them and I got report afterwards from Hyundai totaling $1700 in repairs and the warranty co. that this dealer offers had someone go look at it and half of it was taken care of. I wasted my friends time, my time, and hard earned money. Please dont rush into things. Its better to get it inspected maybe pay $200 for the inspection than buying a lemon.

Mom and pop car dealership with friendly staff. Prices are a bit too much for what they are selling and the selection is a bit limited. They typically seem to have more luxury type cars than practical cars. Good staff that will tell you straight but deals arent as good as other dealerships.

Just went to this dealership to potentially buy a vehicle. I didnt end up buying it, we were just a little too far apart on price. But I will say, they did have the vehicle priced fare and they were very polite and respectful. I would consider shopping here again.

First off let me start by saying that these people are really really nice and they make buying a car so easy and convenient. If you do your part the dealership will do their end and Hot deals Auto will surely do whatever they can to get you in that car. I cant express how pleasant my car buying process was and me and my husband are still smiling the day after. After reading the horror story 0r beware review from one of the girls I was extremely paranoid and skeptical about buying from them. But honestly it was the total opposite from shady or what she had mentioned. I cant even say how wonderful my experience with Hot Deals Auto was. And my father is actually buying a car from them as we speak. I know it almost stopped me from working with them reading that review but I really hope it does not stop others thats why Im posting this. Because I really do think its a shame that these people are underrated for the service that they offer. I am so happy with my purchase and I hope everyone reading this doesnt do what I almost did by over looking them. I absolutely recommend them to everyone if your trying to buy a car.
