Too bad Bed Bath & Beyond is going out of business. Even though they are liquidating their store, there are still good deals with their coupon normally. Ive heard they are restructuring to an online format, but they should consider their prices now that they will be more consolidated. I was looking at some of the stuff they had and they raised the prices before putting them on sale! Ok. I get that they want to have things at a % off, but that is pretty lame. I do like their chosen assortment of items though. They are quality.

They really do have a fantastic selection of bedding, towels, curtains, and kitchen supplies. Its also a fantastic place to find gifts. The customer service was fabulous. I was very impressed by their helpfulness! It was definitely a top notch experience last night!

Scott is ALWAYS helpful. Often I visit with my 87 y.o. mother; even when alone he has no problem helping. Tonight he left the register, at the end of my purchase, to walk me to an item Id forgotten. He listens well, is patient, helpful and makes us feel genuinely welcome here.

I could find everything I needed and the employees were super nice.

I enjoy this location, they always have helping staff ready to help in what ever need needed. I find that I can find anything I need at my finger tips and or near. Things are well more organized than any other locations Ive been in.This is the location i chose and pick every time .

I went in looking for a specific item. I was directed to the exact area. I found something that was even better and it was actually on sale. I had been looking all over. From now on, i will start at Bed Bath and Beyond. Their employees were very kind and considerate!

None of us like to be taken advantage of... I certainly dont. I signed up my email and received a 20% off coupon. I printed the coupon and took it into the store. The checker said that she could not take the coupon because it didnt have a bar code.... and she could have cared less about my problem. I got back to work the next day and looked at the email. There is No bar code, nor is their any instructions about certain ways to use the coupon. Dont fall for this one. Its just to get you in their store.

They had a decent selection of coffee makers, the store was clean and the cashier was friendly. Stop by.

Just had an excellent shopping experience here! Walked right in and had an associate (named Netta) help me with my purchase. Was able to pull up my sisters gift registry, help me locate the item, and I was able to have a nice conversation that made me feel like an old friend. Such polite and helpful people here, as well as some awesome looking products, would definitely recommend shopping here.

I love how when you buy something there they said go ahead and gift wrap it if you want. Its free. They do try to take care of you

Love this place!!! They have something for everyone and seem to have lots of speciality housewares. They have a large selection of in stock bedding which is nice. They also have awesome cook ware and tableware in stock as well. They have an awesome wedding registry as well!!

It had some good stuff, it seemed to be pretty overpriced though and was way overpriced for the same items that Ross, target or Walmart sold for cheaper.

Young gal was very helpful with ordering me a 9.5 inch pan lid for my copper fry pan. She got on line and took care of everything right there at the store and had it shipped directly to my home. Was a great experience.

Made finding present from registry easy because that is job of specific employee. We sat at desk, she looked at computer, asked me how much I wanted to pay, then she went and got present that I chose. I wrapped paper with their wrapping paper and was on my way.Thank you for making this easy!

Id spent several hours trying to find queen-sized percale sheets online, and when we came into the store last Saturday, Scott found a matching set for us (on clearance!) within 10 minutes and had them shipped to our home. Well organized and centrally located in Layton. Tu ou can find anything home related, including less common items. A bit lacking in personnel but one can always find timely help at the store.

Product was out of stock but I had a coupon for entire purchase. They said they could order it in for me. Waited 15 minutes for them to figure out how to do it, then they tried to add some random item on to the order (which I only caught because I knew the price of the item and that I was being charged too much), so then had to wait for them to restart from the beginning. Then they tried to charge me shipping. Lastly, they didn’t give me a receipt and I never got one emailed as promised. Thankfully the product arrived undamaged. If you are in the bountiful/centerville area, avoid this location and drive south instead.

Katie & another young man were very helpful! He especially spent extra time making sure I had what I needed & helped me with the gift bags & ribbon.

I ask the lady about a demo that wasnt working and she said it was probably just from major abuse. And then she just hurried off acting like she didnt want to help me at all that didnt make me very happy. Other than that the other people really decent and apologize for the other ladies Behavior I wish I would have got her name and I would have reported her cuz it was totally out of line.

Customer service here is awesome. Tiffany the manager will go out of her way to make sure that you leave happy. Every time I go to the store, the store is always more than clean and the employees always make sure you are helped.

I literally wandered entire length of this store 3 times and see very minimal bath material sold here. This store is more like Bed & Beyond. Loofah, scrubs, shower heads, and towels and mirrors do not constitute bath. The SLC store has therapeutic soaps and oils. The Layton store is an embarrassment in comparison. I wont be returning.The only reason I didnt rate one star is that they at least got the other 2 categories right.

This store must have alot of theft problems, Im a mom of 3, and I went in to to buy an item tonight after my husband got home, and was definitely being watched very obviously, especially as I got to the front. I guess my bigwonter coat and boots along with no makeup made me look like a thug instead of a mom?? It was uncomfortable, I will look for another BBB store. I didnt know Layton was so ghetto. We just moved here, and Im learning... not the cleanest or nicest either.

A pretty standard bed bath and beyond. Didnt seem overly cluttered or messy. I was disappointed with their cookware selection. It had a tiny section and there was little variety.

The customer service at this location is awful. On multiple occasions they have not been helpful in returns, exchanges or price matches. The manger is snide and sarcastic not friendly in any form. Will not be shopping at this location again.
