This new RC Willey is so big and beautiful! At first, I wondered why they needed such a big building compared to their old location. It was definitely a good move. The selections are amazing and the layout is perfect! Pictured are what my husband and I loved, but there is so, so much more! We went back in April and were greated by many sales reps and never pressured. Everyone was very friendly and let us know they were there with any questions we had. Brent, especially, helped us out with everything we were looking at. We really appreciated his opinions and insights and he was very relatable. We made a few purchases and plan to make more in the future. The quality of what we ordered is definitely worth it. Cant wait to have them delivered at our place. Thanks, Brent!

The sales reps are awesome! We have had many encounters with several and they are all wonderful! Not pushy at all which is a plus! The last at the front, Sue, is always so friendly when I walk in! Love all the selections of couches! So many office plans to choose from! Super unique Knick knacks all around the store! You could easily spend a few hours just wondering! Micheal appliance/electronics rep at the Layton location was so amazing. Answered any and all my questions. Made purchasing my washer and dryer enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to ask for him when your there. He will help you anyway he can.

We were very happy with our salesman! He was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us focus on the mattresses that are appropriate to our needs, and answered all our questions. We were also very happy with the delivery process. We set a future date, and down the line were luckily able to move that date up. The delivery was Smoove and accommodating. We are still in the trail period with our new mattress. Seems likes great mattress, but It is comforting to know that we can change it out if it doesn’t work for us.

The purchase part was fine. Quick and helped us find exactly what we needed. But they sent us down to will call and they were closed in the 2 seconds it took to pull around so we had to come back in the morning to get our dryer which was frustrating.

Really great experience at this store. At first, sales reps weren’t really interested in helping us. We are young and figured that maybe they felt like we weren’t going to buy anything. We even asked one guy for a tape measure and he gave it to us and walked away. Didn’t even ask if we needed help. John Conrad ended up coming up to us, however, and he was so great! He answered all of our questions, showed us every option and was so, so patient! He even drew possible layouts of our sectional for me, so that I could get a better idea of how it would look. He drafted up different quotes so I knew exactly what I was getting. He wasn’t pushy and I never felt pressured. I feel really good about our final purchase. Thanks, John!

I thought this new one was going to be amazing. Ordered myself a new desk set for my home office. It was back ordered and supposed to arrive yesterday. My bookshelf got broken, they were missing a piece to my desk and after unboxing my desk theres a nice big crack in it. I tried to get ahold of my sales person and no luck. This is truly unacceptable after waiting almost 8 weeks for this desk. I work from home and needed a better set up because its become a permanent job. Im hoping to get a hold of someone tomorrow to fix this issue.

I don’t really know if we got the best deal or not. We really didn’t have time to look around to make sure that we were getting the best deal.We me growing up in Syracuse, I have done a lot of business with RC Willey’s over the years and most of my family has done a tremendous amount of business with RC Willey’s over the years. That almost speaks for itself.I did choose to pick-up my purchase at the new Layton store. Both the salesman, cashiers department and pick-up department all did exceptional.

Good selection, even if they are out of stock on a few. Purchased a nice fridge, that was in stock, and they delivered and installed 1 week after purchase.

Horrible service full of dodgy incompetent salesmen out to just take your money. Went in to purchase a new bed, salesman gave the typical sales pitch on what to buy. Spent 20 minutes talking to him with exactly what we wanted. Settled on the exact bed, bed frame, and foundation. Salesmen said we would get 36 months no interest. Went to the cashier to check out and said we would only get 18 months no interest, took the cashier 10 minutes to reach the salesmen and confirm it was actually 36 months. Just the beginning of the problems.Few hours later salesmen called to confirm delivery date, set for Oct 11th. Took the day off work, used website to see delivery time frame. Waited and time past, tried calling their customer service and wait time was over 30 minutes to talk to a real person. Delivery never showed, never got any notification of a delay.Next day, luckily, was off work and they actually showed up, 1 hour past the time they said they would be there (according to website). Arrived with the correct bed and foundation, but the frame was not the one we had pointed out to the salesmen. Apparently the one we picked was out of stock so he just selected a cheaper, in stock one, did not inform us of this change.Contacted the salesmen and he said we could come pickup the correct bed frame in store today and so the delivery team took back the one we didnt order and just delivered the bed and box spring. Drove to the store and not a single person in will-call or the bed department had any idea what was going on. Of course at this point the salesmen had stopped answering his cell phone from us and the people working in the store.Bed frame was indeed out of stock and not available for pickup. People in the store offered zero solutions and said they would have the salesmen call us when he came into work later that afternoon. A few hours later he called, apologized for the situation, and said we would receive the correct frame free of charge, and it would be available for pickup the following Friday.Of course, Friday has come and gone, frame is still not in stock and have not heard anything from the salesmen. Did contact the store again to see when it would be in stock and I just got an I dont know, those dates are not always correct answer.They havent refunded the wrong bed frame that was on the order and my partner and I are still sleeping on the bed directly on the floor waiting for this frame to come in stock which who knows when that will be.Bottom line is absolutely horrible service in the bedding department as well as will-call with incompetence spread abound. No one seems to know anything or want to deal with any issues. The 10 minutes I spent waiting in will-call, I got to over-hear just a small example of the major problems this store has.I spent over $3,000 on this purchase which I guess does not seem to matter to RC Willey. Dont spend money here as they used to provide good service but that has since evaporated.

Beautiful building, with plenty of helpful sales people. Our salesman Todd knew about the made in the USA brands. He was patient, and calm. Felt no pressure to make quick decisions.

We live in Rock Springs Wyoming and there isn’t a huge selection of furniture to choose from here, so 2 1/2 hr to Layton to RC Willey was worth the drive! Great selection, great prices and they will deliver to our home in Wyoming for 69.95! And the best part of our experience was the help from the RC Willey associate Dirk Thurgood. He spent a couple of hrs helping us and answering our many questions! Thanks Dirk!!

He worked through the cancellation of the first order and gave me a very good price on the new order. Very pleased with his service.

Nice salesman, big selection, interesting financing plan! The biggest selling point for us was that they deliver and help set up the furniture in your home for only $70, the furniture will be available at different times and so it might mean delivering three times! We live three hours from the store and so that will be really helpful!

My mother was dying and needed a recliner so she could lie flat for the first time in years and for the last time. I went RC Willey on their busiest day of the week. Zack, a young guy with impeccable courtesy and a kind empathetic nature, gave my request the urgency it required. Manager Brent Jones is a good friend from a long time ago. He suggested checking the clearance section. There was a top-of-the-line leather recliner marked down from $1400 to $599. My nephews father-in-law also works there and took it on himself to deliver the chair. My mother said it was very comfortable and to thank everyone. So thank you. God will remember this.

They were easy to work with, and although the prices are a bit high its because their quality is great and worth waiting for!

What a place to buy furniture, appliances, and electronics. Huge and easy to find. The personnel were exceptional. I was working from a strict budget and Aaron helped me pick out a recliner and side table. Then he introduced me to Adam who helped me get a TV and stand. When the stand arrived there was a small imperfection. RC Willey immediately ordered a replacement. I would recommend RC Willey to everyone.

Super cool store! We loved walking around and playing games and theres so much fun stuff in here! One of the workers was so sweet and nice to my daughter! We have purchased nearly every piece of furniture in our home from RC Willey, plus our kitchen appliances. They are always friendly and helpful, without being pushy. This time we purchased a new sofa set, and asked them to increase our credit limit so we could finance the entire amount.Our salesman patiently escorted us through several sets we wanted to check out, then the finance department took only a few minutes to approve the credit increase. We are very happy with our experiences here.

Appliances are appliances and they are pretty fairly priced. Our salesman was a little aggressive though. The pricing is exactly the same as Best Buy, I dont really think it matters where you buy appliances from.I give the furniture selection a 3/5. To me it looks and feels cheap. It was impossible to find a normal couch. Theres a lot of stuff that is super plush and oversized and squishy, theres a lot of stuff that feels too small and super firm. I doubt Goldilocks will find anything just right. This is a step in the right direction from Ikea but youre still not in the quality furniture department. Its still a lot of laminated particle board and false leather, and youll pay a lot for it.

Susan was and still is phenomenal to work with. She has helped us while we were out of the country as well as now that we are home. She goes the extra mile to make sure we are getting what we need and like. She shares ideas and tips on decorating that really help. Definitely my go to salesperson at your store. Thank you. .

I recently worked with Preston from the new Layton RC Willey store to order a fridge for my home. RC Willey is so lucky to have Preston as an employee. He was so excellent to work with, had amazing customer service and was so kind. Im a single, full time working mom so I dont have a lot of extra time. He was willing to text back and forth with me to order the fridge so I didnt even have to go into the store. He was so professional and went out of his way to help me and make sure that I got just the right fridge I needed. Its really hard these days to find good customer service and Preston got an A+ in my book. I had a great experience! I had just bought a home and was really nervous to spend a ton of money on a new fridge and washer and dryer set. The salesman I worked with was Marty and he was amazing. He spent an hour at least with me explaining all the differences and helped me make the best decision. He found out I was a teacher and told me about a discount they give educators. If you go to RC Willey, look for Marty Frogue. He was the best!!!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.The sales clerk upstairs went the extra mile to work out details on our purchases.The will call workers were very careful and courteous in loading up our items.

We bought expensive couches and a TV stand at RC Willey. Trying to pick the fabric for the couches was hard so we checked 2 color choices out to take home. They each cost $25, but they told us when we returned them they would refund our money. When we returned the samples they gave us a $50 credit on our zero balance RC Willey account instead of crediting back our money to us!!! When we asked why we couldnt get our own money back they told us they couldnt. That ticked us off that they basically stole $50 from us. The credit we had was not applied to either of our purchases so its just been sitting on our account. We decided to spend the credit towards a new Blue Ray player this last week. But when we went to purchase it they told us we did not have a credit on our account!!! Wheres the money RC Willey???? Its not a large sum, but what if it was?? The principal of honesty behind it makes me take my future business elsewhere.

The new store is very nice. They have a large selection to choose from. The salespersons were not pushy and allowed us to look around between the different model numbers. We decided to buy it own and the invoice was quickly written up. It was an enjoyable experience.

This is the best place to go! Dierk on the main level and Analyn on the third floor really went above and beyond to help us. The selection was amazing too even in the clearance section. We felt no pressure at all. Both were great incredibly patient. We will be back for sure!!Thank you!

As usual the service was excellent. My sales person, Cade was very knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to answer all my questions. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions later.

Went shopping for a mattress & was helped by a very nice lady named Lori. She walked us through the mattress types & encouraged us to sit/lay on several different type. We recently went back to purchase the mattress but Lori was off. Still received great customer service from another person. Picked out & purchased the mattress we wanted & were once again meet by friendly cashier who even gave us 18 month no interest even though we did not meet the amount required for that. Thanks to everyone for a great shopping experience. Other retailers should take notice.

I would give negative stars here if at all possible. For starters, we were moving into our NEW BUILD for 2 days when we decided to swing by RC Willey Layton for a new washer and dryer. Mind you, moving and unpacking requires workout clothes…with that being said, we certainly weren’t dressed to the nines, however we did look fairly decent. While looking at washers and dryers for 20 minutes we did not have 1 person come up to us. We watched people walk in 15 after us being helped. I finally flagged someone down and they referred us to 4 other sales associates who were waiting for new people walking in. They rolled their eyes when they were asked to help us and purposely looked away as if they didn’t hear the other worker ask for someone to help us. One guy eventually helped us and had the AUDACITY to say “Oh! You guys haven’t been helped yet? I’m so sorry, you know we’re all looking for someone to help.” This was easily the worst experience I have ever felt in a store. Worst customer service and terrible lies. We will never shop at RC Willey again due to this experience. I hope whoever takes the time to read this understands, some people may not look like they can afford the things you’re selling, but you need to look deeper than the surface to understand why they are the way they are. Overall, this was paid in cash and the guy felt like an idiot. As he should.

Randy is great to work with! We bought our TV from him a few months back. We went into the Riverdale location to find a wall mount for the TV. The associate there was very unhelpful and led to us buying a wall mount that did not fit out TV after we told the associate we had a 75”. I was trying to buy a washer and dryer online. The dryer was add a stock. So I decided to call the Layton store to see if somebody could help me. I was fortunate enough to get Marty! AMAZING customer service! He checked around and finally found me the dryer I wanted. He did not try and sell me on something else to make it easier on himself. After he located it and wrote up the ticket he got me right over to customer service. The whole experience check about a half hour of my time! Thank you Marty you are incredible!

First time I’ve ever been to RC WILLEY and actually had to ask for a salesman to help me. The gentleman that did help me however, was incredible. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Went to the new RC Willey in Layton to look at refrigerators. I found the one I really liked and my sales person, Jeff Hodges, was able to price match Home Depot and also help teach me about refrigerator features. We were able to pick a refrigerator in less than 30 minutes and the process of checking out was a breeze. All the employees here are so friendly and so helpful.

Large beautiful store. Very friendly team of associates. We were there on a Tuesday and he store was was not busy. We found plenty of help with questions we might have had. The salespeople were ready to answer the questions we had. We were not being followed around the store. A great experience, and a very nice place to shop and browse at your leisure.

Always a great experience buying furniture here. The delivery times, not so good. We are still waiting on orders placed in May and promised in early July. Now we are hearing that it wont be delivered until August. Its a great place to shop if you never want to use your furniture.

A slight miscommunication occurred at the end of the day. I was under the impression that I would only pay a 20% deposit and and pay the remainder when our appliances were delivered next year. But the cashier said we were required to pay the full amount, so we did. It was a difference of about of about $10,000. Jim Grismann was excellent in explaining everything. Since we spent over two hours in the store it would have been nice to have a spot to sit down for a short time.

Rod and Robin are the BEST. I should also mention Todd who helped us out as well. We had some very minor issues with a fridge purchase and they were responsive, understanding, and exhibited empathy. This is why I continue to make my large purchases here as opposed to other stores.

Went in to find a new couch in the clearance section. Kirstin (name is probably spelled wrong, sorry) was VERY helpful! We were looking for a couch with a pull out bed and she made sure that we knew all of our options, including what was in the savings area. The manager Bobby was also very helpful as well and very nice to talk to! Once we decided on our couch, she was able to write it up for us extremely quickly. Pick up was great as well - so glad that they added the other exit in the will call area to make it flow better and that you can text ahead so they can get your order ready! We love shopping at RCWilley!

Brand new store in Layton, I’m looking for some furniture so I decided to drop in and see what they had. The workers went above and beyond for all of the families and couples that walked into the store, offering their help or directions.

RC Willey has always had helpful, knowledgeable sales personnel to help me with my purchase. You have a wide selection of merchandise which makes it easier to find exactly what I need. The prices are also good as well. RC Willey is my first stop when looking for furniture or appliances.

Rcwilley always takes care of us. They warranted out a washing machine even though the warranty had expired the week before. I had been looking for a new gaming system that is sold.out every where. They took my name Saturday called me Tuesday cause it came in stock. Awesome service and the new store is amazing.

A few months ago my wife and I purchased a new bedroom suite. Excellent service without any kind of pushy sales. The store in Layton is beautiful and we have been to all of the Utah stores. Our salesperson Michael was awesome.

We loved shopping with Mandy- she was very helpful and kept us up to date on our order for the four months that it took for it to come in.However, when the delivery guys came they refused to bring it into our house saying it wouldn’t fit. We had specifically ordered the couch to fit into our home as the first one we ordered was larger. It was frustrating that the delivery guys refused to even take it out of the truck and try to get it into our home.We ended up purchasing elsewhere due to not wanting the same experience while ordering another couch from rc Willey. Love their furniture and love the sales rep we worked with- delivery was very frustrating and did not meet our expectations for the amount of money we spent.

The salesman walked us around the complete store showing us all options until we found just what we were looking for.

This was the first time in the new store. It was lovely. It was fun to leisurely walk through and take it all in. My mother purchased a couple pillows for her sofa. The selection was great.

I like RC Willley except for when it’s time to pick up your stuff. We waited over 1/2 hour for our item to be brought out. I had my son with me and we would have gladly carried it out. The employee said it would only be 15 minutes. Granted, I know it was Friday night and they were busy, but we really didn’t have time to sit there and it threw us off schedule.Everything else was good.

Carlos Pineda was exceptional. He knew absolutely everything about the appliances and was a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy and always helpful!
