Great customer service. Cant find a good motorcycle battery on their shelf, from Ogden to Provo. Best deal on a Motocraft TPS, but had to wait two days.

My local mechanic suggest Advance Auto Parts over other parts stores. This Advance Auto Parts seems a little bit dingy in the lighting and the staff could be a little more educated. But they were overall helpful and they had the parts needed

Needed someone to test my battery, as it had died on me multiple times. Went into Advanced in Layton and was kindly helped by Gino Angelo. After conversing with this fine man as we were replacing my battery, I learned that he’s been in the auto part business for over 40 years. He was kind, professional and willing to help me do it right. He shared that he also served in the Navy right after Vietnam, and I mentioned my dad was also in the Navy and was wounded. After we finished the job, Gino gave me a military discount because of my dad’s service. Gino is the BEST👊🏼👊🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼!!Thank you!!

The service was friendly and helpful. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. This is how and why some brick and mortar stores will survive.

Today was the first time I had ever been to Advance auto parts store. I do alot of repairs on my vehicles myself so I go to the auto parts stores quite frequently. I needed some wheel bearing parts for my Camaro and Joey, the assistant manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed to finish the job. I was impressed. Thank you Joey for your help and thank you advance Auto parts. From now on when I need parts or materials for my vehicles I will be trying advance Auto parts first.

This is my go-to place for auto parts. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great service, and quick delivery of special order parts. They took the time to find the right solution for me for a specialized oil filter, by checking and cross referencing their catalogs and available brands. I had previously checked with at least 4 other parts stores looking for a filter meeting my specifications, and none were able to find one. Advanced Auto Parts did, and had it in stock for me the next day. I highly recommend them.

Incredibly helpful. Im used to waiting around for my turn with a parts person at the other chain parts stores. I went on a Saturday afternoon and had 3 parts guys help me get the right size and thread lugs and they had them in stock. Great energy in that place.

Great service plus you can buy your parts online for a discount and pick them up right in the store. I have done this right at the counter after checking the part in making sure it would fit.

The stuff they have in stock is fairly limited. The store needs to be updated pretty badly and have everything dusted and reorganized. The sales associates were friendly and helpful and made the best of it though.

Every time I have been here I have had to stand in line FOREVER. They tend to have some hard to find parts but I would rather go to Napa if Im going to pay a higher price than AutoZone for those less than common parts.

Needed a new battery and stopped in early on a Saturday morning. They tested the battery and offered to just charge it for me to try to save me some money, but I opted to replace it anyways. They installed it for me, which ended up being a much bigger task than anticipated but they did it anyways. Will go back here next time I need auto parts.
