Brandon was incredibly helpful finding my husband and I a mattress. We didnt feel pushed to buy anything, he just gave us the facts about the one we were interested in. Mattress shopping is awful no matter where you go so I’ll try to remove that part of the equation from my review. Mattress firm did its best to beat a price quote we got from another local furniture store. I appreciate that and bought from them. Their sleep guarantee policy isn’t great because it’s riddled with fees. We returned the mattress we purchased because we think they mislabeled the mattress and gave us the wrong firmness. Overall it was a decent experience with them except for the high pressure sales stuff.

We worked with Megan and it honestly was so quick, easy, and painless. Salespeople can sometimes be a pain but not her. She was just downright pleasant and wonderful to work with. She asked the right questions and showed us multiple options in our budget as well as just let us look around. She took the time to discuss the options and the fine print of our purchase thoroughly. Its been a couple days since this purchase but I still cant get over how easy that was and how relieved I am to have gotten a new mattress in our budget so easily.

After dealing with my old mattress for too many years, we wanted to get some new ones during the sales times. Didnt have a lot of ideas of what I wanted, but was helped a lot by Marlana. Gabe seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I accidentally ordered the wrong size of mattress. He was extremely efficient in taking care of the problem and not making me feel bad for getting the measurements mixed up. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend!!

My wife and I, came in awhile ago and had a very bad experience. We came back and David was here this time, and totally made up for the first time. Alyssa Stewart helped us, and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and brands and knew exactly what kind of bed I needed.She was also able to get me such a screaming deal on the bed, plus price matched my adjustable frame from amazon. Extremely happy with the level of service I received at the North Layton Mattress Firm. As we were checking out, the manager Tyler informed us if they have any sales within 2 months of our purchase, they would happily match the new sales price. Sure enough, a week after our purchase, there was a sale that dropped the price of our mattress by $400. We brought in the ad, and they graciously matched the new price, no questions asked. We are very happy we went with Mattress Firm, their service cant be beat!

I was in the market for a new mattress and checked out the Mattress Firm store in Layton, Utah. My first impression was how clean the store looked and smelled great! Our salesperson, Ryan, greeted us promptly. I told Ryan what I was looking for and what the competitors price was and he immediately went to work. He was able to match the price and when I later found that I needed a different size mattress, he made the adjustments over the phone and ensured the warehouse had the right size waiting for me. Overall, a great experience. I will be shopping at this store in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

This transaction was from LAST YEAR. OLIVER THOMPSON is not an honest sales person. We went here because it was convenient and close to our home. Everything would have been fine however we were lied to about the financing options. I got off the phone with Synchrony Bank, we were not given then financing (24 months) we were told and instead we were given 12 months. I had no idea since I placed our account on auto-pay. Synchrony (financer that Mattress Firms credit card is through) is investigating now. Hopefully we have a good resolution and its taken care. Buyer beware. Do not let them hustle you out of the store, read the fine print before signing. I know we should have done this prior to but he rushed us out and we were in a hurry as it was. Never assume... is the lesson I suppose. The interest we have paid now is equivalent to half of the original purchase price. Which is absolutely ridiculous and not okay.

Our bed wasnt delivered because a pillow was on backorder but we werent told that would happen...after a good deal of coordinating and venting frustration, Kenneth Hammon set the delivery up and threw in a pillow for all of the hassle.
