The service at Quick Lane has really improved. Right away during this visit I could see the difference and quality in customer service. We had a tire emergency shortly before our trip, and Des was very on the ball and quick to help us. We really appreciate the professional courtesy and good care we were shown. They managed to fit us in during a very busy day, and we will certainly be back in the future. I would definitely recommend Quick Lane.

I like theyre up front pricing so I know how much my full synthetic oil change will cost. They are really fast as well, this service was an oil change and tire rotation and emissions check and I was in and out in less than an hour on a Saturday.

Amazing prices and service on new tires!

The waiting room is comfortable, the prices are fair, and the staff are respectful. After visiting other places, this is my go-to shop for oil changes, tires, or check engine diagnostics. I don’t trust anyone else to take care of what I need or to be honest about what really needs to be done to my car.

Checked google said they were open today but may have different hours due to the state holiday. Went there about 11:00 they were closed.I went home and seen the dealership page said they were closed today. Would have been nice if someone would have taken a minute to update their page.

I had pretty low expectations when I walked into the quick lane to check on getting help with a tire warranty on my new to me Explorer Sport because not everyone with my problem had a positive experience at their dealer. Ritchie quickly changed my mind and went above and beyond to get the issue taken care of. He did what he said he was going to do, always called me right back and was so fantastic from start to finish the day I dropped my car off! Thank you! Youve just earned another customer!Oh and to the people leaving bad reviews right after saying theyve been coming here for two years and the one time they had an issue..where was your good review for all of your good service prior to that?? Extremely disappointing with quick lane we have used them for 2 years now for company cars. On this last visit after getting my vehicle back from a simple oil change I noticed oil all over the engine after it dripped all over my driveway. After cleaning that up I now notice it is dripping oil. Just sloppy work

The service is great and the staff is more than helpful. It is a pleasure to take my vehicle somewhere they dont try to sell you everything under the sun. Instead, they educate you about the mechanical needs of your vehicle in terms you understand. I will never go anywhere else.

Their $40 oil change and tire rotation is a great value, especially with motorcraft oil. Which is the only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1.Edit- they have now raised the price of their oil change so there is really no reason to go here anymore.Unfortunately, my wife went in today to get the truck serviced (first service on a brand new truck) and they overcharged her. I called to find out why she had to pay more and the guy on the phone gave me the runaround making excuses that didnt make sense for 10 minutes until I firmly insisted that he explain the cost in detail. At that point he looked up the actual service and admitted that we were overcharged. He offered to refund the difference, if we took time out of our busy day to make another trip into the dealership.Did they purposely overcharge my wife because they figured shes a woman and wont know the difference? I think they did, because they also tried to upsell her a $25 pair of new wiper blades, on a brand new truck with only 5k miles that we bought FROM THEM 2 months ago. So either Ford factory wipers are only good for 5k miles, or they tried to take advantage.

The staff were friendly enough but the service was pretty slow. It took over 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation on my daily driver with an appointment.
