I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The arena is so cool and has tons of cover. The gear they have at the shop is awesome. If your renting a gun, they have great guns you won’t be disappointed with the gun quality. Definitely would come here again

My son and I have been in the store a few times and I must say the staff are very helpful and friendly. They know they’re merch too! Mitch and Ethan helped us select a great airsoft gun and set it up. Then we played in an afternoon session and it was a blast. They have an excellent indoor arena. I can’t say enough about our experiences at 801 Airsoft!

Mitch was a very cool guy helped me with my first high capa when I bought an adapter for it and put it together. He’s no tech, but did the job with ease. Come by if ur in the area and buy a gun and come play here it’s great fun and cool staff

This place was great! My wife and I are new to airsoft. We had all our questions answered in a very thorough and professional manner. We purchased a handgun and they tested it there to make sure it is properly functioning. Have gone back for another gun and bbs and accessories. We live almost an hour away but would rather support a place like this then any online retailer for airsoft guns and accessories.Thanks guys for the wonderful service.

Wargaming in the Arena is amazing. Xander ran the game perfectly and the experience is great for beginners and pros. Rent a M4 and get in the Arena!

Whats the point of getting vaccinated if I still have to wear a mask indoors? You dont need to. sad. I didn’t even get through the door before the employee is jumping leg demanding I wear a mask. The mandates are over, the state is open.Go somewhere else if you value businesses that have an original thought.

Zander is always helpful. Went in looking for parts for a build and he saved me a bunch of money by selling me a parts gun. Always great customer service! Both stores.....highly recommended!!!!

The store manager is absolutely horrible. He has no respect for the customers or knows what good customer service is. I will never go to this store again. I would rather just buy my gears from Amazon. I entered the store with my family and he said mask is required. I told him respectfully that I am fully vaccinated. He straight away decided to call the cops. Is that how you treat the customers? No wonder the shop was empty. We were the only customers. Never again.

They were super helpful and knowledgeable. That made me feel at home, and helped me pick the right additions to my rifle and gear. They were also so welcoming to my girlfriend when she was there. Truly great place!!!

Great staff. Can be very busy and understafed Its a fun game but Staff are a bit serious about buying a toy gun. They act as if they are selling an actual fire arm.

Man I flew out to SLC to do some work. Looked around and found Tactical. Went into the store and the first guy I run into is RAD. Who happens to own the place. Was talking about how his games were booked. He hooked me up and got me into a game. What can I say, the most fun I have had in a while. Highly recommend this place. Great selection of guns..

Claire managed my 12-year old’s birthday party group so well. They all had a terrific time!! The arena was well organized and emphasized safety precautions. Lots to offer in the shop and lots of fun! I highly recommend!

This is the best place to go to get Airsoft Guns, Parts, and Airsoft gear. They have everything at this store including the arena. The workers are so, so, so very nice. There customer service is amazing. I’ve been to both locations and both of them have been amazing to me. The Layton one is fantastic. I have to give Rad some major credit. He’s so nice and very thoughtful. When me and some of my friends were there he gave us a life lesson that I have really kept in my life. I can’t say anything better about this place. They have extremely friendly staff that always treat you with a huge and warm welcome as well as willing to answer any questions that you have. Went to the store too check out some new gear because I want to start playing again, was helped by Claire who answered all of my questions and even offered to call the other store in Salt Lake to see if they had what I was looking for. Great experience and help for someone trying to shake the rust off.

Spent back to back weekends at Tactical Airsoft Supply and definitely going back. Rad, Mitch, and Zander were more than happy to answer our beginner questions and set my son up with for what we hope to be a successful airsoft hobby. They will set you up with what you want without pushing product on you.

Rad was very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. He let me try out the product before I purchased it. He told me what I would need for what level I wanted and gave good suggestions about what to get in the future.

The Layton store is awesome, the staff are extremely helpful knowledgeable and fun. They have done such a great job with there indoor arena it is set up perfectly. We have purchased several guns and other merchandise from them because prices are low and it comes with all the advice and information from the employees that you will ever need.If you havent been there you need to go.

Great, an awesome experience, glad i finally got into this sport, it was my second time at 801airsoft and i had a blast, blasting people, rad seems like an awesome guy thank you for making it possible for us to play.

Came up to Utah from Southern California to visit family. I told my boys I would take them somewhere to use their new air soft guns they got for Christmas. I found this awesome location after a quick google search. The owner and staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my three boys were well taken care of. They made sure my kids first experience was a memorable one. They are already asking when they can come back. Thanks Rad!!!

I want to start off this review with the information that this particular issue was eventually remedied. That being said, I live in AZ, my sons birthday was on Dec. 31st and he wanted to play airsoft with his cousins in Utah, so I called 801 airsoft to try and make arrangements for 7 people to play in their arena. The first call I made on Tuesday I spoke to a male who informed me that there were 8 slots left for a Sunday game which I gladly accepted. He informed me it would be cheaper to reserve online so I immediately went to the site to reserve but was not able to so I called the store back and was informed by a female there were now only 3 slots available. The person I spoke with this time around had no clue what was and was not available stating there were spots Monday which I said I would take, she then said that now only a full arena rental was available Monday, so I said I would take that, only to be told that it was not available and now only Tuesday was. After some major confusion I finally agreed to buyout the entire arena for a Tuesday and, frustratingly, I paid the $200+ dollars. On Saturday we received a devastating phone call informing us my brother had passed away from a battle with Covid. We needed to get to the rest of the family immediately so I made plans to leave that evening and called 801airsoft to inform them of the immediate family emergency. What was difficult for me was that after I informed the female who answered that we had a major family emergency and had to cancel our session her immediate response was no refunds, you have to re-schedule or in-store credit. I tried to delicately further explained the situation and was met with the same response, finally I had to say that my brother has just died from Covid and we need to leave, please cancel and refund us. She spoke to, who I assume, was a manager and when she came back to the phone she said simply that there were no refunds and I would have to either re-schedule or utilize in-store credit. My mind was absolutely blown. I understand store policies but there has got to be a line, there has to be a point where something this devastating is met with a simple and immediate understanding. What should have been said was something along the lines of We are so sorry for your loss, we will take care of your transaction immediately, please do not worry about this matter in the least. Unfortunately, what I got was mind blowingly insensitive. I informed the associate I would file a claim with my bank and that I could not believe that this is how this interaction went. I wasnt going to argue it, I had something more important to think about. In the end they ended up calling me back, admittedly I missed theyre calls a couple times, I was busy helping to situate my brothers passing. Eventually I was able to answer, they informed me they could give me a refund if I still wanted it. I had to give them my CC info again, and the refund has been received. I battled with the idea of writing this review but I really feel the need to bring this interaction to light. The way this was handled was incredibly insensitive. I hope that 801airsoft will do better in the future.

Thank you Tactical Airsoft Supply for a great experience I had in the arena. The rules are very easy to follow and everyone in the arena are very honest. From my experience, they have everything to get you covered with supplies, gear, and knowledge. The staff there are awesome and are easy to get along with. It’s a very wonderful place to go have fun with other people and friends. It’s hard not to like a place like this and it’s something to go back for.

My friends and I went in and come about with smiles on our faces! The guy there who I cant remember but starts with Parr was really helpful, I will definitely be visiting that that store again

Had my first ever match weeks ago! Great place as they regularly change layouts plus staff are friendly. Feel free to ask anything airsoft for great tips or if you fancy finding something youve been eager to get. Definitely a place of all ages can go for some safe yet fun moments.

I have always had amazing experiences at this location. Just went in today and bought my second airsoft rifle. Rad was as informative and funny as always. These guys will tell you how it is and will give you honest recommendations.

Amazing place. The indoor arena is nice, the staff are amazing, pop an extra $10 to change the arena around (if I remember correctly). Ive only gone there once with a long time friend, and plan on going again!

All of the people that work here are truely “RAD” Management has done an amazing job finding a staff that all are not only knowledgeable about the products but are passionate about Airsoft. In all of my existence I have never seen such an amazing staff that can actually show you how do do something or what they run themselves, even come out and play sometimes... Great guys down here!! Love the arena!! The owner Rad is always willing to help get you playing! The all do there best to make us feel welcome! The admins are all awesome and friendly!! The area we keep our gear in while playing is watched by cameras in case of theft. And it also has a nice little smoking area for in between games! Which is a huge plus for me! Oh and the bar is right next door so those of age can come have a great time playing and grab a beer with the boys after ;) great place!! Definitely a regular!! Thanks guys!!!

This place is amazing! Yes its a small shop so it doesnt have everything, but the crew is fantastic. They spend time with you to make sure you get exactly want you want/need. And the arena is extremely fun. Its close quarters and can be slow or fast paced. I love coming here!

First time visiting, it was absolutely amazing. I just started out playing airsoft and don’t know that much about it. They were not only extremely helpful but guided me to a purchase that I would not regret. The entire store looks amazing. This place is awesome their employees are the best and they are so nice and with their games you can meet new people and have a lot of fun.

A few of us played there for the first time this weekend. It was pretty crowded with almost 20 people playing on a friday night 4-9pm. When it cleared out to about 14-15 people, that was when it started to become fun. 18-20 is just too crowded to the point of unplayable in my opinion.The referee Claire was nice. Mitch at the store was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall we had a good experience, enough to return to play in the near future.

Took my grandson in to check out the store. The staff was very attentive and worked with us to get just the right fit on some goggles, a mask, and a head wrap. ( I cant remember what they called it) They even had him doing push ups to see if he could move with the equipment. These guys are first rate.

When ever i need help with Airsoft Tech issues or gear, Rad or the Other employees always have the answers to my questions. I always come in and great deals on items that are already inexpensive to begin with. The store has never given me any reason to doubt shopping there. Just went there today with a friend of mine. We went down from Logan and got there right after they locked the door. They opened it right up for us and hooked us up with exactly what we needed! They even had a nice set of canted irons I needed for a game this Saturday. Made us feel welcomed and gave us some free patches and water bottles, absolutely great service and will definitely be visiting again!

Ive played airsoft here myltiple times and everytime that i come the staff is super chill and easygoing. None of the other players are toxic and the staff manages everything very well. The arena is great and it is overall a great airsoft facility

As a frequent at the Salt Lake City location, I had high expectations for this locations customer service and overall experience. I am so glad to say that they exceeded every expectation I had upon just walking into the store. The staff is incredibly knowledgable in all of their products and helped me get a part much needed for my personal loadout.As for the field, I was blown away at the experience I had. The Admin for the day was Zander (Zander if youre reading this u a homie), and there were a lot of others there; I didnt expect it to be so busy! I was a little concerned it would be overcrowded, but it actually made the experience better! It was an absolute blast! Fantastic place, fantastic time!
