Was looking forward to spending a good chunk of bonus money on core rules, some paint and possibly a combat patrol but didnt even make it through the door and the Iron Mask Curtain came down. Employee said masks were required to enter, vaccinated or not, didnt matter. This was my second time ever to a Warhammer place and it was disappointing.Going to check another location and hope it isnt a mandate across all locations, Ive not been anywhere around Provo, Salt Lake, Ogden areas with such strong mask restrictions.10/27/21 EDIT:Ive since dropped Warhammer as an interest (not solely because of this experience), its been a culmination of a few factors, some are probably shared with other ex-fans. Check out WARMACHINE/HORDES if youre wanting a great game with creators still looking out for their fans.

The dude that works there is insufferable. I can’t think of another word to use without getting nasty and personal but that guy is a flat out jerk. It would be so much easier to just ignore him and never go back but he is such a special mix of know it all, self righteous, and cocky that in order to restore some balance to the universe I have to let others know just to stay away. I can’t wait to give my money to another business. I wonder what new store will move in after this place fails?

Good, clean, fun, and inviting atmosphere. The manager there is top notch and really knows just about anything in the Warhammer universe! If you need models, paints, or a friendly game, this is your place!

I went here the other day not knowing too much about Warhammer but knowing it looked cool and why I wanted to see what it was about. Jared was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me everything thats involved in the game and what I would need to get started and even offered to help with how the building and painting process work best. I highly recommend this place if you like Warhammer or interested in getting into the hobby.

Store attendant Yelled at me for not having my mask on before opening the door(it was on before I crossed the threshold) and yet the store attendant had an inadequate mask(wasnt snug and more of a drape over beard than actual mask) on himself. Went on to brag about how Warhammer is the best and nothing else can compare. I was interested in getting at least one set but not from that store anymore. Thanks but I am not awesome enough to even consider playing warhammer.. at least that is how I felt after going in this store...

The salesperson was kind, as well as knowledgeable about the subjects, not just from a perspective of sales but also the background of models and armies, but also how to paint and apply high quality color designs to the minis.Store was clean and well organized with beautiful play tables populated with gorgeous terrain painted by the salesperson.

Jared is awesome. Very helpful when it comes to any questions I have about my army. He is very passionate about Warhammer as well. I have been to this store multiple times throughout my hobby trips for paints and models. I will continue to support Jared and the store.

Just starting the hobby went in for a Codex to get started and learned all about the different ways to paint models to get me going. Great place super friendly and helpful staff would 100% recommend this place.

I walked in with my kid, not even in the double digits yet, mind you. And was told that I had to be 6 feet away from my own kid. I dont know whos brilliant idea it was to separate a mother from her child, but that is never okay. I left and made sure to say that that particular shop will never get our business. There are plenty of other gaming shops that sell the same things, that would never dream of telling a mother she cant stand next to her child.

Just got into Warhammer and was really excited when I found out there was an official store on the area. The guy who runs the store was more than helpful and great to talk to. I ended up buying $200 worth of paint.Because of Covid the shop is all closed off. When you enter the doorway theres maybe a 6ft area to stand and is barricaded with tables so you cant walk into the store. This part is very unfortunate for a guy like me because I am a new player I was so excited to walk around the store and examine all the cool things I could start building but I could not do that. The store owner said he could get me whatever I want but I had no idea what that was. Unfortunately you can not browse. This was the only hobby shop I have been to like this. I actually wanted to buy more models and had to go to another store to actually browse and pick up some things but I definitely will continue to buy my paint here and cross my fingers that the store will actually open up.

I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago and they guy behind the counter immediately greeted me. As a gut reaction I told him I was just looking and was too broke to buy anything. He still was extremely engaged with me and suggested things to get me into the hobby. If I buy anything warhammer this is where I am going. The employee talked to me about painting tips, army building, money saving tips and even lore information. I was so impressed I gushed about it to my wife who was in the car outside with a napping toddler. We are going back soon to pick up supplies for a paint night at home.

Very awesome staff. As a new fan of 40k I went in very nervous and came out smiling. So nice and welcoming. Not pushing product in your face which I appreciate. Cant wait to go learn the game when it fully opens

Went in today to make a large purchase right when. Me and my husband walked in was told have to stand 6 ft apart even though we live together same household came together just barley step off carpet be told this again and Im sure you were not 6ft from table to where my husband stood wish I had tape measure for you practice what you preach im not sure of his name but blonde hair you really need change your attitude if want to keep customers stores like you I see why go out of business learn treat customers descent.and might help to if your not over priced .keep in mind we customers keep you in business and you have lost ours we will not be back if had zero stars you get that.

The store is a lot of fun! Beautiful minis and lots of paint and supplies to beautify your armies! Jared is very helpful, and can give you lots of good tips on how to paint said minis/armies as well! My friend and I whiled away a fun afternoon looking around. It is a bit pricey, but the figures are amazing!

Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful especially if your new to the hobby like me. Ive been to a few stores since and this place os deffinately one of the more expensive places ive been. Other than price its a great place. If you are already familiar with Games Workshop products then you should know that this store is like geek paradise. Be warned that you are getting into a wonderful yet expensive hobby.

The owner has a vast knowledge of warhammer. They have tons of game demos and people are always meeting up to play. Have made some good friends who share interest in the same hobbies just by going here.

The shop manager is fantastic, passionate, and welcoming. I love shopping here and cannot recommend this location enough.

I will never go to this shop again! The older man that worked there thought it was appropriate to lecture me and try to guilt me into using their kiosk to make online orders so that the store can get the credit and stated that if I wanted to continue to get free shipping I had to do this.First of all I live 30 minutes away. I will not drive in and make an online order at the store when I can do it at my own home, the employee had no right to lecture me about my situation when he had no knowledge of it.Second, the way that employee spoke to me was unacceptable, dont talk down to me and I have no idea how the inner workings of your store is ran or have never mentioned to me that there is a kiosk tucked away in the back of the store.I will make sure that none of my friends or other people I play with supports this store.

I loved this store before the new store manager took over, he is not friendly and does not want anything but to sell product, go to a different shop and buy from someone who is willing to sit and discuss what army you might enjoy and maybe even explain some rules rather then just tell you to buy the rule book
