Went above and beyond just plain customer service for me. No song and pony dance, car salesman tactics. Their brand of bed is just as good as the higher priced fancy showman stuff you find in other places. In fact, quality is better than the other beds Ive tried the last several months and didnt cost me an arm and a leg.Customer for life now and spreading the word!

I was looking for a wide selection of mattresses. I thought I would give theses guys a try. I couldnt believe the selection. The prices Were fantastic! The sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure selling from them either. The experience was great. I highly recommend buying a mattress here.

Randy went above and beyond for us tonight. We hadnt been having the best experience at other stores, we felt pressured and like they just wanted our money. I was really starting to fear we might not be able to afford a new mattress, but I knew we really needed it. Once we came here we were treated so much better. My husband and I suffer from back pain and Randy took the time out of his day to show us around and help us find a mattress that we loved. He did not pressure us into anything and made us feel important to him on a personal level. He took time to explain things to us in detail. I am so happy we decided to go here. Not to mention they were having a sale we didnt even know about, which was awesome on top of their already practical pricing. A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I was elated when they opened a location right in my own town! I came to replace my sons mattress which was long overdue and I was surprised at how much nicer of a mattress I could afford here! Excellent service, great selection, and amazing prices!

We got a great deal on a box spring for a twin bed wed purchase elsewhere. We called ahead to make sure they had what we needed and they were so helpful over the phone. When we picked it up, the process was so simple, and they even helped us out of the store with it.

If you plan on buying a mattress or just box springs i highly recommend Mattress Dealzz not only are they more then half off every where else i looked, they make all there box springs on site and guarantee them so if they start to squeak or break they will replace them for up to 10 years. Just for box springs at Mattress Firm it was almost $300 and $80 shipping and I drove across the street to mattress deals and got both of my box springs for a hundred and fifty bucks with a warranty and military discount and free shipping I didnt have to wait they had everything on stock and I only ended up paying $170 out the door after tax definitely buy your stuff here not Mattress Firm!

The most helpful and knowledgeable sales people Ive ever had the pleasure of buying from. They helped me and my wife choose the best bed for us. Even loaded into our car and tied it down for us. I cant stop telling everyone I know about how well we where treated here. They also have amazing pillows for sale.

We came into the store not expecting much and were quickly greeted by Bridgette. She was knowledgable about the different mattress types and didnt rush us through trying to pick a bed.Once we decided on a mattress, the store gave us a good deal on the bed we wanted and set up delivery quickly. We made an order mistake and Mattress Dealzz was really great to work with to rectify our mistake and were helpful to the end.The delivery guys were quick and careful Im out home and we cant say enough about the salesperson, Bridgette. Store clerk was super helpful, and the prices were pretty spot on. Bought a twin for our son and he loves it. The store clerk even was able to tie the bed and springboard on top of my car.

I have bought three mattresses from Mattress Dealzz. They have excellent prices. When I was unhappy with one of them, they went out of their way to correct the problem. We just moved here from Los Angeles and didnt take any furniture with us. We needed beds and I saw this place driving by. I was and still am in awe of this location. Cory was the nicest person, very helpful, and answered all my questions. We got everything we needed, spent less than what I would on just one mattress back home, and he helped get everything to our new place.

Came in for a new mattress and the wonderful employees made a great recommendation and so far a week in and the mattress is fabulous at a wonderful price. Setting up a new home quickly for myself and my kids has been a real challenge--for time and budget. Just trying to equip four bedrooms quickly has been tough. Thankfully I was referred by a friend to look at Mattress Dealzz, in Layton, UT. Kenzie and Corey there helped me thoroughly start to finish and were able to get me better quality matresses for the money than I could find anywhere else. Delivery was on time and was also a pleasant experience. Five stars for a Utah business!

Be prepared to wait! We went to buy ONE TWIN MATTRESS for a trundle bed in a spare room. We already knew what we wanted. We stood by the display for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. I pulled the mattress from their stock and carried to the front of the store where we proceeded to wait for another 40 minutes while others were applying for store credit or whatever. We just wanted to be in and out, but we were told that it wasnt that simple. We asked if we could just purchase online, nope. Mattress Dealzzz, you really need a way for people to make a simple purchase without having to wait so incredibly long.

We bought a mattress at Mattress Dealzz this morning and had a wonderful experience! Not something you normally hear someone say about mattress shopping haha. The price was excellent, but beyond that the customer service was exceptional. Marlon was very personalable and the farthest thing from pushy. He asked us about what we were looking for, showed us some mattresseses that would work, answered our questions, and then let us make our decision. A couple weeks ago my husband and I went in and dealt with Kenzie as we were looking for an inexpensive but decent bed for our guest room. She took us right to what we were looking for was super friendly and NOT pushy or trying to upsell out of our budget. We werent quite in position to purchase yet; however, when we were it was am easy decision. Jennie wasnt working but Brandon helped us and was just as pleasant and helpful. He also assured us that Kenzie would get some credit for the sale. The matress we wanted was sold out; however, Brandon helped get us one close in price without sacrificing comfort. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing but Parise for Mattress Dealzz!! They have the best prices on everthing they sale!! Plus, the Manger in the Layton store makes you feel like a King! My wfe and I love our new hybrid matress that did not cost us an arm and a leg either! We have had the matress for about three weeks and it gets better each night!! The bed conforms to you the longer you have it! It has helped my bad back start to heal, so I get a much better rest!
