The lady at the front desk, Tammy, was super sweet, friendly, and helpful! We left feeling great about our decision to use their storage facility. They have the best prices, a great quality facility, and you can use their moving truck for free! 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good storage facility.

These guys are great! Tammy especially will take the time to make sure you are taken care of. Getting signed up with quick and easy. With their auto-pay it made life easy too. Access through the pin pad was smooth and I appreciate theres a second pin pad you have to go through to get into the inside units. Their lot is clean and well maintained. I would store with them again!

Tammy and the staff were so helpful when we needed storage for about a month during our move from Texas. We got a discount from some promotion that was going on, and she made sure we didnt pay for any of the days we werent there.When the relocation company that was reimbursing me for moving expenses made a stink about some sort of documentation issue, Tammy was so helpful in getting everything sorted out to make sure we were reimbursed the full amount.

Stored my stuff here during a deployment. They kept a good eye on all the units and have excellent security. The units are also well kept.

I highly recommend Lock It Up Storage. Our experience with them has been wonderful..First, I love the fact that each person has their own code to get into the gate. Not just anyone could walk up to the storage units.Second, the units are very clean and well kept.Third, this really made us love this place. The night before my husband deployed he need to get one more thing out of the storage unit. He left the base at 9:45. The gate closed at 10:00. Needless to say he didnt make it. He had to have that item by 5:00 the next morning. We called a couple of numbers but couldnt get a hold of anyone. Finally I found a number for a manager. He was able to help us get in and didnt even charge us the after hours fee. We are very grateful to them. My husband was about to get his item and have everything he need for his deployment. Thank you so much for helping us.

I stored my RV here for years, the new manager is awesome she checks all of the units daily and makes sure that everything is secure. Their whole facility has cameras and awesome customer service. I would not want to us another storage facility!

Not very happy with my decision to choose lock it up for a storage unit. First of all I feel as though they are very pricey and I dont think their storage facility is very secure. I needed a storage unit last minute and had heard nothing but good things about this place. I finally was able to move all my stuff out of storage only to find that there was water damage on most of my items in my unit, on top of that they definitely dont keep up on bugs because there are tons and tons of spiders in my storage unit. I left my complaint with management and all they said was that they spray for spiders so they are surprised that they have bugs. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place unless you want damaged property and spiders all over your items. Very disappointed.

Tammy in Layton is rude, very unprofessional. Been there renting for several years and live out of state. In fact she is so rude if I wasnt living across the United States I would have moved my things out immediately.Issues with billing, they will try and add junk fees. As a customer that has had storage with them for over three years you would think they would value their customer.Now we will only deal with the very nice women in Odgen who runs that facility. She was able to fix the issue in no time and was able to explain why all the junk fees were added.

It has been a great experience working with lock it up storage! The manager is super helpful and they are very straight forward, no hidden fees they have been so nice to work with.

Great place to store your things
