I called asking about a 20 cu. ft. Frost Free Upright Freezer. They said they had plenty in stalk and they were $999.99 but I mentioned they sold for roughly $800 at other places. The guy then said well it looks like they are hard to get so I’ll stick with my $999 price. Totally rude and was obviously taking advantage of the shortages we are experiencing. Anyways I called Kelly’s in Eugene and got the exact same freezer for $800 and $70 for delivery fee. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO OVER PAY.

They were very friendly and helpful. I needed a part for an older model dishwasher. I searched high and low for this part and no one had it. So I went to Kellenbergers as a last resort. The man working there explained that he didnt think they made that model of dishwasher any longer, but he would look in the back to see if he had an old one with that part. Sure enough he had one. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be going back if I need more parts, or new appliances 🙂

Im trying to replace my light bulb, simple, you would hope... Today I called on our small town specialized appliance store asking the Lady who answered the phone if they can help, I was looking for a light bulb that needs replaced in my above stove and ceiling mounted magic chef microwave, she sighed I guess I can look if we have one..., Politely I ask please and also the amount. Very negative tone she said ya, I waited a few minutes, she returned answering rudely that we dont carry your brand and you need to go elsewhere, so I politely asked if she could point me in the right direction, cause I dont know where to go.... She smarted some place of no existence, I asked would maybe Economy or Lowes, I dont know, she rudely said I have no idea slammed the phone down.... My family, are small town business owners in this town for over 50++Years, never would we treat any customer with disrespect cause we didnt have the item, definitely we would suggest first where they could find it elsewhere...... Customer Service goes long ways, probably why The Plinski Family is still serving the the town of LEBANON and surrounding towns...... This is now the third time my family tried to get something repaired or buy an appliance from KELLINBURGERS, nothing but rude and we were putting them out.... No one in the store!!! So my family tried I have to say sorry Kellen burgers you would rather be HATEFUL and COLD then lend a HAND, WORLD will never move forward on energy of this shallowness..... Have a Good Day!!!??

These guys are awesome. I ordered a dishwasher part from them and it arrived in 3 business days. Online stores estimated a 14 day minimum for the same part.Once the part arrived, they gave me some helpful installation tips that made the repair a breeze. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The technician didnt have a clue what was wrong with our ice maker. We ordered a new one and a month plus still dont know if it is arriving. We prepaid for the ice maker aug 6. When we call them they have no information. Not a good experience.

We love our fridge. It was in our price range and they helped us with every question we had. Its definitely small for an appliance store but I Definitely want to go back to get a washer and dryer.

Over the years the staff has never been any less than helpful and informative. They are also willing to work with you on helping you find parts to repair your own appliances... that sort of behavior is kinda rare now a days.

Fully knowledgeable and helped me with knowledge on where appliance trends are going so I could make a better decision. Coby was great and patient to cover info in depth.

Received a new LG French Door refrigerator/freezer today. The delivery and product was as promised with a top notch delivery person. He was careful with the old unit, very considerate of my home and installed the new refrigerator with care. This is one of the key reasons I turn to Kellenberger when we need a new appliance. They are A+.

This review is not because of poor workmanship, the repairs were done correctly and the issues were fixed. The reason for the bad review is the amount of time it took to get on the schedule, then order a part, then get back on the schedule to make the repairs. In the service industry like this a company needs to grow to keep up with demand or they need to have a more flexible schedule to accommodate their clients.
