When my check engine light came on and I wasn’t able to get into my normal maintenance shop for 3 weeks, I called Midas in Lebanon and Jessica was able to fit me in SAME DAY! The quality of service was top notch. The tech was super thorough and was able to diagnose and fix my problems very promptly! Jessica was super professional and friendly while we waited. When checking out she explained everything in detail and the price was very fair and it didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of!I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for service!

After a stressful breakdown and some difficult decisions to be made, the nice people at this Midas were able to get me back on the road in the car that should have been reliable in the first place.You dont expect a 2 year old car to fail but thats what happened. While I wasnt thrilled to be stuck without my car for 2 days, I was thrilled when my car was able to make it back to my home state safely.Jessica was very helpful in every step of the repair process and even helped me find a hotel room for a reasonable price. I was on my way to Tennessee from Illinois. Went for emergency oil change for my rental car. They were quick and professional. Customer service was awesome . Totally took 15m to complete the work.

Definitely recommend this place! Jessica has excellent communication and customer service skills, Brian and Teddy are very knowledgeable, are quick and efficient in their repairs. The team there explains things so that the average joe can understand whats going on with their car. Very welcoming, they dont pressure you into buying services you dont need and are honest with you. I have had both my vehicles worked on. One being a brake issue once I had new tires put by a tire place. Long store short they where able to help me battle with the tire company that sold me defective tires and stood behind there work even offering to make repairs if new tires didn’t work ( will they offer this to everyone NO !) they just knew in my case that my vehicle was sound and clear otherwise. I trusted them so much after that I brought in my truck and had a custom exhaust installed by Brian. WOW !!! He nailed it! I was unsure what I wanted but they could just tell based on my description of my issues. I put my full trust in him lets face it when you are trying to customize a truck on a budget you get nervous. If Brain says trust him DO IT! My truck sounds awesome and professional at the same time. The whole team Carson and Brian ( only ones I dealt with) treated me right. I normally do my own work but no longer have the space even if I did these guys are would be my first choice! I don’t normally write reviews unless I trust a place. This place is more then likely a franchise but should be a staple for the Midas phrase “touch of gold”.

After blowing a tire on the highway this place was awesome. The employees were so helpful and stayed late to get my tires replaced. They were so fast and friendly. Definitely recommend 10/10

The fact that I took the time to make a google account to leave a review should explain my frustration. Oil changes are not difficult to do and I should have never needed to use 4 different types of tools to remove an oil filter. Thanks for wasting a major part of my day!

I really enjoyed working with Carson and the crew at Midas. They did an excellent job of changing out the brakes and rotors on my 2015 Ford F150. I would highly recommend these guys as they are know what they are doing and work to do it right the first time. Very pleased with this group and I will be back again!

Ladies beware!Probably a good place to go if you just want an oil change. Outside of that, dont bother, especially if you dont know much about cars. I went in for an oil change and asked they diagnose a humming sound coming from my car as well as price out a couple of broken handles. I was told that after driving the car 3 times, they determined I needed a new transmission, no tangible info on the handles (I think he said $400 or $500, hard to understand his mumbling). Total cost for transmission would be $7400. He couldnt produce an actual price for the handles, he just guessed.I contacted CarMax where I bought the car to ask about a warranty I had purchased. They said my warranty was still good and I was directed to Tom Wood Nissan. I was informed there that it was not my transmission at all, it was a bad wheel bearing, which I believe is more dangerous to drive on. This only cost $450.So long story short, go to Midas if you need an oil change. Dont trust them for anything else.

I am very disappointed in Midas and their service team. I hope others dont have the experience I did. This evaluation is both for this location and the corporate office. I experienced a breakdown in early April and was serviced by Midas in Lebanon, IN. The water pump needed to be changed and it took 2 full days. After the service was done, we left and continued to drive home. The next day, we experienced the same issues and overheated the car. I brought the vehicle in to another Midas and they repaired the vehicle in half the time. They didnt charge me, but told me that the quality of work from the Lebanon Midas was very poor. I called several times to the Lebanon Midas and received very little support in this matter. I extended my calls to the corporate office 3 different times and the matter was still not resolved. I was only given a sorry and how operating plans are different. Please think twice before using this location.

They are wonderful they know what the problems are with out guessing and they do a great job,they get your vehicle done in a reasonable time, the people who work there very nice,respectful, and care about u and your vehicle and they answer any of your questions. I would return back to this place and I also would refer my friends and family. They deserve more than five stars.

They were able to put 4 new tires on my car with less than a half hour before closing for the day.

I guess it was a mix up before. I dont know if the manager thought I had already been waited on or just what the problem was last time I was there, but whatever it was, it was taken care of to my satisfaction. Their manager called me after my last post and asked that I give them another chance to take care of me, and gave me a free oil change. I am very satisfied!!

If you ever get stuck within distance of this shop do NOT hesitate to take your car to this location. Ive never had such fast and friendly service at any other shop. My family had an emergency and Carlson, Brian and team were there to help get us back on the road as fast as possible!

Mike is a great front end manager and has excellent customer service skills. He explained everything when it came to the difference with the tires we needed and how it was affected by the promotion. The staff was friendly and cost was in line!! I would recommend this Midas location 10 times over

I went to Midas, when I walked in there was a employee at the counter. He looked at me, turned and went into the garage. I stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes. They looked at me knowing I was waiting to be helped. No one came back. I got a little angry. I turned and walked out. Sit in my car for a few minutes waiting to see if they were going to make an effort to find out what I wanted. They didnt, so I left. My appointment was at 1pm I got there at 10 minutes till, so it wasnt because I was late. The Midas I had my appointment with was Lebanon Midas. I will never go there again!!!!I received a call today from Midas. I think it was the owner or 1 of the owners, he was concerned about what happened that day and he said he would like me to give them another chance to help me with my original oil change that I was attempting that day. He said that he wasnt sure why it happened because he said that it was one of their best stores and they have never had that happen before. He said that if I would give them another chance to get the oil change that it would be no charge. So, I am going to attempt it again and hopefully it wont happen again.

I’m just going to give a shout-out to the Midas here in town. I had a piece of work car to say the least, they did their best to try and save it for me without me going broke. I ended up buying a new car and they checked it out for me to ensure I would be in good hands with the new purchase. From the day I walked into the shop, I knew I was in a good place. They are so friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of!

Big shoutout to Carson and the guys at Midas for the help this past weekend. My Tahoe’s alternator crapped out while driving down I-65 to the Indy 500 from Chicagoland. Got a tow to the closest town which was Lebanon. Luckily, this place was open on Saturday despite it being MDW near Indy. They had my alternator and battery replaced in less than an hr and we were back on the road to the 500. Big thanks for saving the day and our weekend guys!

Destroyed a tire and rim traveling thru Lebanon, and they got me fixed up amazingly. The manager and new trainee Issiah were courteous, helpful, and communicative thru it all. Did everything in their power to make sure a bad day ended up better. Could not recommend them more!

They did a great job with my vehicle and were able to get me a discount for my alignment (look for a groupon and mention that to them over the phone). The alignment was quicker than estimated and they were able to tell me additional things that needed to be addressed for my car in the future. I really appreciate how helpful they were in assisting me. I would recommend, even if you had to drive 30+ mins like I did.

Radiator had to be replaced & they were the only place that would provide expedited service for me. Dont live in Lebanon so the quick & efficient repair was greatly appreciated. Friendly & professional staff as well.

We were an hour into our 6 hour trip for vacation and had to make an impromptu stop to have car work completed. We arrived at Midas before they opened. Michael Richmond, the store manager, came out to do a quick assement of our vehicle to let us know if he could complete the job that day or if he would need to order parts. He said he would have the vehicle fixed by 1:00 that day. He finished it earlier than he quoted us and our vehicle works great. We were so thankful for his above and beyond help to continue us on the road for our vacation!

Mike and the guys have taken such good care of our jeep, we dont go to anyone but them. They do amazing work for really good prices!

My first encounter with this Midas location, and John, was actually an emergency. I was on my way home and I was losing oil pressure and overheating simultaneously. I looked up the closest shop and went to Midas.Upon inspecting my vehicle they could not find any leaks or signs that there was an issue, other than my oil sensor was original (was driving a 93 chevy P/U) they replaced the sensor and told me to give them updates if anything else gave me trouble.Skip ahead a little bit (ol chevy ended up kicking the bucket) I bought a new vehicle and brought it in for the guys to look at. They found a couple minor things that I went ahead and had them repair. Theyve gone above and beyond to keep me informed of options, repairs, and what my financing options are the entire time.They also gave me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my new truck. These guys have earned my business and I will only be coming here from now on for any sort of maintenance required.

Fantastic they fixed the noise and showed me what my brakes looked like vs what they should look like.

Overcharged for something that should have cost only 250. Then didnt change my oil like they said and when I brought it back for them to actually do it, they said that they could neither confirm not deny that they did not change my oil. Like what? Just change my oil like I paid you to.
