Rodney was extremely helpful when our Jeep didnt have trailer light compatibility. We got the basic kit and he helped us hook up. Extremely helpful and friendly. Rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. Speed limit is 55mph with those trailers (our drive was 3.5 hrs at normal speed, so you can imagine the time it took with the trailer attached). Overall, great experience picking up and dropping off. The after hours online drop off option is neat and super easy to use.

Honestly I have to give this guy credit for his job. He was the only U-Haul operator in the area that had anything available and is friendly once you understand his position. U-Haul the company throws these operators for a loop when they are overbooked, and guys like Mark are just as frustrated as others, but Mark the guy who takes the calls and has to cope with upset people. Knowing this, hes very quick to get you what has been reserved and quick to get you on your way. He may not appear friendly, but once the paperwork is complete and hes helping you check out the vehicle, hes as friendly as can be. Honestly he is just a no nonsense kind of guy and it works well if you want to get in, get your vehicle and get on your way. This was my situation and Im very happy with the service. Thank you Mark! You dont get enough credit for the work you do.

I see this guy has not changed I rented a truck from this guy awhile back and when I went to drop it off and get a receipt he acted as if I was to much of a bother for him to even pay attention to. At first I thought that it was because I am not from Oregon (from Texas) but it seems like it is just him being a complete A-hole. his place looks like a place that things go to die. I believe anybody giving him five stars has to either be paid by him or his friends although I think he would have to pay them to be his friends. Thank god there is another place to go to on the 20 hwy. that shop is pretty cool. both the owners are very friendly and helpful. they dont complain about how the U-Haul company makes all the mistakes. if I were anyone lookin at these reviews dont believe any of the comments that gave this guy five or even three stars. would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

The place looks like a junkyard and the owner is dishonest and rude to say the least. When we got the truck it had only a quarter tank of gas and we showed him that this was the case so he said himself that it was fine to return the truck with only a quarter tank. We moved our stuff, filled the gas back to the quarter tank it was at, and returned the truck that afternoon. Days later we notice the bill had been changed to charge us extra for not returning the truck on a half tank. When my dad went back in to discuss the matter and remind the owner that the truck was only at a quarter tank when we got it and he even said it was ok to return it that way, he got extremely upset and refused to even have a discussion. Will definitely never be going back to do business here and will let everyone we know not to go here either.

I received the worst customer experience EVER! They gentleman at the Lebanon location refused to be even the slightest bit helpful, behaved as if I were a nuisance, and cursed at my 5 year old daughter! I called to inquire about renting a small truck on short notice. He said they did not have any available. I understood that on short notice I would get whatever was left.

Very very rude. Slammed key down and said do you want it or not. It felt sketchy he almost hit my car driving in fast. When I said no its ok he grabbed they key through it in the drawer and said good. Plus he made the prices higher then what was said on the actual truck!

Mark saved my life with a last minute truck rental, and was very accommodating and honest! Would definitely do business with again!

Guy was to busy running his own errons using a Uhaul trailer I might add, as I drove from sweet home to get a trailer for the day and was tuned down so he could leave. Will not go there for anything, looks like a junk yard! Didnt know uhaul had such low expectations.. very disappointing.

Yes, Mark Duncan....the one that gave HIMSELF 5 stars haha. That right there ought to tell you something! His own review says he is open 24/7.....I called on Sunday he answered and asked why I was calling on Sunday. He was very rude. I said if youre not open whyd you answer the phone!! Geez dont question him on pricing He blows a gasket!! He berated me because I asked where the office was - never would tell me where. When I realized --I told him I thought it was a junk yard (seriously).Im tellin you, this guys cheese done slid off his cracker!! There are two other places in Lebanon I believe, save yourself the grief. Wish I could give him zero stars!(I told him I would do a review on him to warn others, he said I couldnt, I had to be a customer.)

This place is completely covered in trash and run down RVs that look like Mobil meth labs. The owner is extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting to rent from him. I took my business elsewhere

I have used this service twice now and both times the owner seems like Im bothering him but since there are no ther options in town we are forced we are deal with him. Absolutely disgusting environment and terrible customer service. You feel like you might get chopped up going inside.

Never have I ever been treated so repulsively! This place is nothing but a muddy mess with cranky staff and absolute rude responses. Allow me to please apologizes for ever have bothered you! I do not understand how such a place is still operating. I will never go back and I encourage all to avoid.

Service is incredibly impersonal. Owner appears to no longer wants to provide this service and simply does it begrudgingly. Most of the vehicles and trailer sit in a muddy field and are pretty dirty. Call me a little too uptown, but I was unimpressed.

Really needed to rent a truck, showed up with gates closed during middle of the day an open hours, no obvious office area, looks like a junkyard, wouldnt acknowledge us when walked up on, no manners whatsoever, another fellow was returning a truck an the guy hopped inside an moved the truck after it was parked just fine, he hit the truck beside him didnt seem to care so the fellow got my name an number in case he tries saying the fellow hit it... Not a good first impression an will never reccomend. Im also 95% sure the other reviews must be staged, or at least before these guys took over an started running the place into the ground.

Poor service, wanted to find out about a car dolly and the guy was very rude and acted like he had better things to do.

Place looks like a scrap yard, and the guy wouldnt even give us the time it took to look up from his phone; streer clear of this place.

He was extremely rude throughout the entire process. Acts like youre bothering him by giving him your business. So do him a favor and Rent from Penske instead.
