I cant thank Barry, Mr. Ebersole, and the sales team enough for the amazing job that they did. Wed been looking for a newer vehicle for months and had settled on an okay vehicle. But after one road trip realized that the vehicle wasnt big enough for our family. So the search started all over again. We found the perfect car on their lot. The one I had been looking for in the first place and at a great price. But it had an issue with the sun roof that the service manager didnt want to tackle. But the sales manager talked to the big boss and they fixed it! Its not often that a big company puts their customers first but they did!!! This is the second vehicle that weve purchased from them and will definitely be back!

Kind of disappointed and let down. I had finally located a GMC Sierra 1500 that was still available. Ethan got in touch with me quickly and within a few hours I had put a deposit hold on the truck Saturday morning. Since I was out of state they had to get taxes and fees from NY so waited until Tuesday until price could be negotiated. Then out of the blue Ethan told me the owner wasnt going to honor the supplier discount since I was out of state and that the vehicle was in such high demand they pulled the discount off of the price. I understand it is a sellers market, but that was not how I was led into the discussions. I wasted a bunch of time and worst of all told my daughter we were taking a road trip near Hersey Park this upcoming weekend. I Was going to make it a family road trip to pick up the new truck. But, that didnt happen after they ripped the discounts off the price. Guess I will wait for the new 2022 Toyota Tundra to come out. I am tired of wasting my time with GMC.

Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot, traded my 2007 Pilot. I wanted a car with no more than 2 owners, no accidents and in my price range. I reviewed a number of Pilots on auto trader, car guru, and several more. There wasnt a picture of the Pilot but detailed description of all the features. I inquired on the Ebersole Brothers website that I was interested in the car. Dan Snyder called me promptly. He made arrangements for me to see and test drive the car. He had it washed and cleaned when I got there. I was very pleased. I gave a deposit. When I went to pick up the car it was washed, polished, detailed and very clean. I signed all the paperwork while my grandkids checked everything out, they were so excited. Dan was patient with them and off we went. The location in Lebanon PA is nice.

Extremely disappointed. My boyfriend recently bought a car from Ebersole thinking he got a great deal. When at the dealer he asked if the car had been in any accidents, had any damage, etc., he was told the car was in near perfect condition. When he took the car home it had a cracked bumper and the engine light was on. The salesperson claimed he “didn’t see it.” Took the car back to Ebersole for the engine light where they said it was “faulty” and nothing was wrong. The light came back on and the turn signal light blew out 3 times. Ebersole still stood by the statement of it being a faulty check engine light. Then the transmission fails, and when we called Ebersole they said it was our fault for not purchasing a longer warranty, and that the company had no fault. This all happened less than 6 months after purchasing the car. Conveniently though our salesperson no longer works there. Poor service, severely lacking in professionalism and basic kindness. Save yourself the money and headache and shop literally anywhere else. You have a better chance at finding a working car in a junkyard.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Yukon XL at Ebersole Bros and Dan Snyder was our salesman. We live in Virginia and Dan made the transaction super smooth. He was courteous and patient and I highly recommend him if you need a no pressure salesman!Edit: March 16th: It looks like if its too good to be true, it is. Since weve had nicer weather, we turned on our AC for the first time and lo and behold, it doesnt work. Called to see what the warranty was given on our vehicle and it was 45 days and 1500 miles. We are on day 51 and only put on 806 miles. on the vehicle and thats with driving it form PA to VA to pick up the vehicle. Needless to say, we should have turned on the AC when we picked it up but Im sure they knew and didnt fix it before we purchased it.

Warning this post is lazy writing. Stopped by because they had a malibu saw online. Found out it was sold it the day before. Nothing else was intrested in but i gave my number incase they got more vehicles in. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call saying they had an elentra for sale they could even bring it to their lot. Barry was very nice and got me to test drive right away. Took it to fredricksburg and back, asked could put money down, so we did. (Only 200) ... so it was a matter of signing few docs (was less since paid in cash), letting insurance company know and I was already in my next car! Thanks much Barry! The other staff were very nice as well when i talked to them.

Bought a car off the back lot. Wanted to offer a number but was told back lots dont go for any cheaper. Asked to see the manager and did not even get a smile. Very unfriendly manager. Asked to lower price and gave me the story. Then asked him to fill half a tank on a honda civic to make me a happy customer and said no. Did not smile at all during my transaction. Sales person Was very friendly and helpful but management was terible. Could of took 10 bucks out of his own pocket to make a customer happy. Will not go back and will let other people know of my bad experience.

Had a terrible experience with this company, I did EVENTUALLY buy my vehicle from here but with NO help from them, they called my bank and told them that the vehicle could not pass inspection, my bank would then not finance a car loan, i had to revert to getting a personal loan which is a higher interest rate, if you feel you need to deal with this company BE VERY CAREFUL!!
