Might as well go to Team Hayes in Eugene. Trademark Motors buys cars that are headaches for other car lots to fix. The lady was a very nice sales lady but the London guy who wasnt there in person was pretty shady with work thats been done to the car.

I drove an hour and a half to go look at a car we had discussed over the phone. He was very straight forward about the work the car would need and i was willing to do the work if my son and I felt confident enough to do so. The car was really nice and he even helped me and my son know how to do the work and explained the process, cost, and time. When my I realized he had another car I was looking at. He was great and allowed me to test drive that one and I ended up buying it. He waited around for us to arrive and stayed till the deal was complete. All with a smile and never a complaint. I was impressed with how personable he was and that he was not a pushy sales man.I like to support small businesses like this one and would do so again. Even though he is a mechanic and sells cars. He can not forecast everything that can go wrong with a car. Brock is a bad salesman. Sold my family a pos, Unreliable with more problems then anyone wants to deal with. Ad said a few cosmetic issues otherwise perfect car! Bahahha lies he sold us a LEMON an still no title even after I called him.UpdatedApril 10th 2020 still NO Title! What are you going to do to address this issue of the lemon you sold, with no title that WE payed for? Put more into this car then we payed or what Kelly Blue Book lists!

I was really interested in buying a Suzuki xl7 from Brock and had arranged a time to come check it out. I drove 40 miles to his shop and waited for over an hour for him to show up to the meeting we had arranged. He never showed and texted saying we would have to reschedule.The next day he sold it to someone else after we had already rescheduled another time.I’m never doing business with that guy. He is unprofessional and will not keep his word.
