This place is amazing! I recently bought a 2002 Sonata a few days ago, and planned on doing a review after a recent trip to Ohio. They had a carfax ready before a test drive, also had an extremely friendly staff! From the receptionist, to the salesman, to the mechanic. Prices are super reasonable, and the inventory is very well maintained. I’m super pleased with the whole experience, and would HIGHLY recommend anyone that is looking for a great car to come pay One Up Auto a visit, especially if you’re a Lebanon local! I just bought a sleek 2000 Lincoln LS with no body rust or dents, minimal interior cosmetic wear, and four matching tires from Garrett and Lauren. I saw the car on craigslist and decided to drive the 2.5 hours after my partner and I corresponded with Garrett for days asking genres of car buying questions. He never once claimed to be a mechanic at all and was very forthcoming with photos and information. I took the vehicle on more than one test drive and was probably somewhat of a pain. I was treated with kindness, fairness and respect. Lauren is the thoughtful icing on the cake. I dont know what anyone else would expect from a young couple who own a used car lot but Im extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase. I dont feel overcharged for my 19 year old used car. At the beginning it was a great place an great people but the sold me a car an within two weeks the frame broke an they did get me into something else to drive till they found something else but when they found me something different it ran good for about a month then stuff started happening with the second one an I told them about it an they were supposed to call an order parts never got back with me about that so I went by an talked to them an they said they’d have me a tire an after I was told they’d have me a tire Monday I text on Monday an they said there not gonna fix anything till I made a payment why make a payment on a car that is messed up or they refuse to fix it just watch the frames an struts an just everything before u buy a car here bc they mess ya over in the end
