When you ask about Superior Auto in our town, a ton of people will give them a negative review. I honestly have never had an issue with this place at all. The two ladies I talk to and that deals with my payments are like family to us. Theyre patient when COVID hit and theyve been there to help us with any issues. I honestly would suggest getting a car here. My credit was low and all other places denied me and they took the chance and here I am always ahead of schedule thanks to the help of the women that work at the Lebanon, IN site.

Bought a vehicle here, was nice at first then after a couple weeks the alternator goes out, they fixed it but ever since I have had nothing but problems in the 13 months Ive have it, it has broke down 5 times. Their solution is to refinance and tack it on the back end, so far Ive spent 4000 just in repairs. I wont deal with this company ever again.

Its a bad company to work for they treat there employees badly. I feel for all the DMs in the company. They work hard and get little pay. The office people and the I.T. Dept, I dealt with were very helpful and kind. The General manager in Lebanon treats the employees like they are nothing and the higher ups in the company careless about what goes on wish I could give them no stars.

Dont never deal with this company. They sell junk and then repo my wifes car after we just talk to them and they told her to come in friday to pay. My wife aunt died and they repo it at the funeral home during a showing thats about as low as u can get. Spread the new Dont deal with superior auto in Lebanon or crawfordsville or monticello they are complete rip offs.

If i could give no stars i would. Rachel is great but your manager here is horrid. From the minute we drove the car off the lot nothing but issues. Had it about 4-5 months and it was in the shop 5 times. Then told it is the transmission but you will only fix then tack it onto what we are paying. A week after we got it we couldnt even take it on the highway! New manager comes off vacation and instead of asking about the whole situation just gives us crap. We got a car from the coldwater MI location and it was great! No problems but this branch i would stay far away from! Im sorry if the manager there Hates dealing with people or his job, thats what it seems like, but be a little nicer on the phone in the future. You will tick off less people.

Went in wanting to look at a few used cars. Each car was priced at least 2.5 times over the blue book value. They refused to negotiate the prices, and immediately became less friendly and enthusiastic when we said we wanted to pay cash.

A scam, do not buy.
