This is the second time I have had to get my phone fixed, both times I came here, and for context, the first repair lasted 2 years and it was my own fault that it broke, he does an excellent job repairing whatever you need. You get what you pay for — I paid $120 to repair my screen and the screen quality was horrible. Colors all messed up, when I put my phone in my pocket it inputs random passcodes so my phone gets locked because of how sensitive the screen is.. And about 10 minutes ago my screen froze and put lines all over the screen so it looks like my phone is a piece of notebook paper… Even when I restart the phone its still there. 2 stars because they were professional, nice, and fast. Pay the extra money and get it repaired somewhere with good quality parts.

I also just dropped my phone for the first time since getting it fixed and despite having both a case and screen protector, it is cracked from bottom left corner to top right. First drop, not on concrete or anything crazy either. Disappointed.

I brought my boyfriends phone in because the charging port had quit working. The guy said he didnt have the part but he would order it and itd be there in a few days so I left the phone there with him. Well didnt hear back from him for almost a week so I called and he claimed the part still hadnt come in. Ultimately it took 2 weeks to fix and a week after picking the phone up, the charging port is messed up again and this was almost a brand new phone but its looking like a waste of $70 because we can barely get the phone to charge. 1 star because he had very poor communication, never once reached out to me to update me on the status of the repair, I had to call him every time except once it was fixed.

I came in this morning to have my iPhone screen and LCD replaced. I explained to the man the troubles I was having with the display and he actually listened to me. I asked a couple questions, and he answered them professionally. He told me it would be twenty minutes, no problem! I held my daughter waiting in the shop and he came back to the front with my fixed phone in what seemed like less than 10 minutes and had already added a screen protector for me. The best part? Only lost a star because the guy who took my laptop in was distracted and messing with his phone while working with me. He also opened the shop late and didnt really listen to what I was explaining. Normally who cares, but in this case I was trying to get my laptop fixed before leaving to Asia indefinitely.The actual work though.. was great. I had a seriously dying battery in my laptop. Apple wanted over $200 to fix it (even when it was already being taken apart for a warranty repair). So I declined Apple and took it here. The dude I picked up from was probably the owner since there was a sick Tesla parked outside! He was really nice and explained battery health stuff that I didnt know about. Its been about six months and the battery works perfectly. No issue with the repair and they charged almost half what Apple wanted!!

Took my son to have the screen replaced on his iPhone today, the young man working was extremely helpful and polite. He had my sons phone fixes up in under 10 minutes. While there I inquired about my phone and he was honest with me about the cost and which would be better and cheaper on me. You dont see that much because its all about the sell and not actually helping the customer. But this young man did!THAN YOU, FABULOUS JOB!!

Then new screen didnt last but about a week. When I went in to discuss it I was made to feel like I did something wrong. I ended up leaving and just buying a new phone and am out the money of fixing my phone. I did not appreciate being made to feel like I was the problem!

I got a new hard drive installed in a day at a VERY affordable price. I called several other places before deciding on here and the other places are charging at least 4 times as much for the same thing. I rarely give detailed reviews like this but I recommend this place over the others in the area!

My husband went to another iPad repair place to get his cracked screen replaced. He had called ahead and was told $75. He got there and the man told him he had one of the more expensive Air2 screens and it would instead be $175. He then tried to sell him a 6gen for $225. My husband said no thanks and left. He decided to get a another opinion and went to this establishment. The man told him it wasn’t a cracked screen but just a cracked acrylic screen saver. He took it off, removed the extra glue and everything looked great. He didn’t charge my husband anything. Obviously we recommend this as a great place to do business with.

Great people with a crazy fast turn around time. Owning my own business here in Lebanon I was scared to drop my phone off and have any down time but the technician here installed a new rear facing camera and glass protector all withing 20 minutes. Deal with the owner if possible. He knows better communication with his staff would be a good idea. My computer sat at their office waiting for a specialist who only comes so often. I was unaware nothing was going to be done until the specialist arrived a week after I brought it in. That fact was unknown or uncommunicated to the non owner staff.

I had them check out my phone as to why it was acting up and he took the time to do it while I waited and watched.

Great experience at iBROKEiT. Great prices, too. The person there was incredibly friendly and the entire process was so quick. From the time I pulled up to when I was out on my way back home with a fixed phone took maybe 15 minutes, 20 at most. Would easily recommend to anybody needing a phone repair.

I called about an ipad replacement screen and was told they had it in stock and could have it replaced by the next day. After driving 30 minutes to the shop, I took my ipad in and was told they did not have the screen in stock and it would be 2 to 4 days to get it.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your device to these guys! I took them an iPhone 6 to get the screen replaced and it worked fine for one week afterwards! My phone went black and I took it in and they couldn’t figure it out. Supposedly something in my “mother board” is broke. They couldn’t warranty me. Couldn’t do anything. Yes this phone was an iPhone 6 and not the newest model but I never had a problem the 2 yearn prior to them touching it. Waste of 100$ and forced to buy a new phone. Save your time and money.

I won’t be returning. The guy fixed what he agreed to fix but broke something else on my device. Frustrating, but not that big a deal, everybody makes mistakes. Says it’ll take 2-3 days for the part to come in, but it had been 2-3 weeks and I hadn’t heard from the guy.So I go to the store to see what’s going on. I get there at 9am when they open and no one’s there. 10-15 minutes later he comes driving up, walks right by me without saying a word, opens the door, closes it behind himself and locks it. Um? Are you open or closed?Eventually he opens up, I ask what’s taking so long on the part and the dude stumbles for an excuse and says, “I.. I… I called you and talked to you and told you the part was in” - his tone clearly saying the only person to blame for the delays in the repair was me.Seriously? Give me a break. Just say you forgot to call, or whatever the reason is.

$120 dollars to fix my broken iphone X screen compared to $250 at Apple. Only waited 20 minutes. The gentleman was very friendly in person and on the phone when i called to ask for prices and wait time.

Both of the guys (Danny and Chris) were extremely helpful and polite while explaining to me that they would be able to fix my phone in about 15 minutes. I was extremely happy with the end result on my phone. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!

The negative reviews are correct. iBrokeiT will break your device, treat you poorly, and then refuse to take responsibility for any of it. This business needs to close down and ownership needs to find a new vocation.

I have an iPhone X. I was using it and it was fine, I set it down in my car seat and the screen went black...I couldn’t get it to work so I called sprint 2x and they finally told me to call the apple store, so I did. They told me it would be $370 to fix the lcd screen, but it was not broken, I’ve used Ibroke it before so I called them again and the young man told me to push 3 buttons in sequence and it came back on...I’ll never go anywhere else!!! Do not take a computer here. I had a laptop with a cracked screen that they worked on for 3 weeks only to have them tell me it would not charge or power on and was unfixable. I brought it home, plugged it up and it charged just fine. Hooked it up to an external monitor and it works perfectly fine. Called them the next day and they had no idea what laptop I was talking about. They did however repair a phone screen without issue.
