We have been with US cellular for many years and a recent visit reminded me why we love this company and this location specifically! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly! Always willing to go the extra mile to help and make sure you understand what it is they are doing with your account! Doug will always be our favorite phone guy and he really does a great job!!
Your service is the worst. Even with a cell phone booster, 5g really, this what my phone look like 90% of time! 4g 🚫 or 🚫 even after I just pay Bill fresh data! You sold me insurance, that I paid for that I couldnt even use. I had call see where my phone was, assurance insurance is the worst to. It was when I called 3mo later find out when my replacement phone was coming, they say oh you phone is discontinued, but you can go buy new and we will reimburse you,, so why did I pay for insurance.I have never been so unhappy with a phone or service as I have been for the last 6mo! plus my bill is different every mo.
I talked withEbony at the Lebanon, Mo. Store, she was so courteous and helpful, she knew I was very upset over my recent incounter withAT&T, she was very understanding and she seemed to really care about my concerns, because after 48 years with AT&T I have had enough and I am pretty sure I am leaving them, she met me know she would be there at the store Mon. try Friday this coming week, so I’m going over to pay her visit and see what we can come up with, very impressed, the people at AT&T were not concerned with my problem that they did, not me two years ago I was so misinformed it was pitiful, that is ok, I sm just about done with them, enough is enough, I had USCellukar in Florida and I was very satisfied, I try to get them when I moved here but they not got to this area, but now you are, I am very happy about that .
Have cell phone booster, No Service!Bought phone and insurance.Insurance not worth it, because the place they use is not even available in this area have to mail phone off. Then replaced, only to get another one that dont work, only for them to say they discontinued my phone, and I can go buy one and they will reimburse me. Why did I get insurance again? Us cellular you went to 5g where mine. Nope you still charging me arm and leg for the most crappiest service ever!
All the staff is great theyve always been very helpful and the new manager David wonderful, he went above and beyond for me with excellent customer service! Very pleased and much appreciated! Thank you so very much

Our location in Lebanon has always been great! There were a few times my husband talked to employees about lowering our bill, and they stated there was nothing they could do and they didnt seem very knowledgeable (maybe they were new employees). However, the last time he went in, the employee told him to call around the first of the month and they could lower our bill because we were still on an old plan. I believe that employee just marked us down, and remembered to change it for us! We are now saving $50 dollars a month!
I always have a great experience at the store. Chrystal is one of the best associates around. She greets you with a smile every time you walk in. Everyone is courteous and well trained.

My iPhone 7 Plus, my mic broke after the new iOS update. I RELY on my phone like it’s my lifeline. I came to the lebanon store @7:40pm Friday after a really long and rushed day and was worried I was too late to get it either fixed or upgraded. I walked in, Chrystal and Trent were working. Even though I showed up minutes before their shift ended they were super nice and helped me right away. I couldn’t get my phone to transfer everything that night so they held it until Monday at the end of her shift in case I wanted to transfer everything. They were both super helpful and nice. Great service!!

Overcharged on plan by more than $100. After a phone call to US Cellular we will have to go back in to correct the mistake. Make sure to read your plan and bill at the end so that what you were quoted matchs. Switched from AT&T to US Cellular.
They have great coverage but you never know what your bill will be it varies month to month DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
