The manager Kourtney knows her job very well.She helps us a great deal. We need more people like her that knows what to do on there job

I don’t recommend sprint at all I’m a front line worker and now I can’t talk to my family because they fried my phone, the store also isn’t true to there word please don’t go to sprint. Sprint doesn’t even deserve a star I would recommend at&t!

After continuously bad experience with another carrier, I finally decided to shop around a few years ago. I made the rounds and although Sprint did have the best deal, the reason we chose to switch was the service we got at this store. And when it was time to upgrade our phones, of course we went back again. The salesman, Carlos, patiently answered all of our questions and worked with the manager to help us get new phones and accessories at an awesome price. We will absolutely be back here again next time!

Had a great experience. Friendly, fast, and professional. Listened to everything we needed, and got us a deal we were looking for. Definitely glad we switched to Sprint.

Exceptional customer service. Ben and Carlos resolved an issue I was having with my phone. They were courteous and professional and greeted every customer pleasantly!

The service itself would have been a little better if more than 2 people were working. They were doing the best they could but also joked around a lot and I was there a lot longer than I intended to be. I ended up leaving the store with exactly what I had went in for, but the timing could have been better.

At Sprint store in Lebanon Valley Mall and Seth S. has been AMAZING!!!!!! He is helpful and patient in transferring my phone number to my new iPhone11!!!! So much appreciation for this young man for his help!

Anthony and Angel were amazing. We had so many issues with my account that took three hours for them to resolve but they did a fantastic job staying even after the mall started to close. The amount of time and attention they provided me was unmatched, this is not the first time a sprint employee at the Lebanon mall has went above and beyond for me the female who works there I think her name is Elizabeth had also helped me with my account and she too has been wonderful. No matter what’s wrong with our phones or account we wouldn’t go anywhere because the service is just exceptional and they always get the issues fixed whenever one may happen.

All of the workers were very nice and friendly, Carlos fixed my phone and it works better then it ever has.

Went in yesterday to get a new phone activated that I bought from another supplier and Carlos had no problem doing it and was very nice and attentive

The store Mgr is very knowledgeable, the sales rep gave me a discount on charging cables which was well needed. I spent quite some time with Sprint on the phone and finally got my phone problem resolved. I do recommend the store if somebody is looking to move from another provider, or upgrade. also they will do everything to help you get set up with your new phone and theyll also explain things to you properly.

The customer service was phenomenal! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and they did well upselling products and services (coming from a person that works in the service industry). Didnt need or want some of the stuff and they didnt push further. We spent a considerable amount of time getting everything sorted out but the team members made the wait fun and enjoyable. They all deserve raises in my eyes!!

Sprint at the Lebanon valley mall has the WORST service I have EVER had! Angel, the manager is a liar, and does not take care of the customers! They never canceled a phone line and I paid for it for almost a year!!! It has been months and he still has not made it right and he hides from me every time I go to the store! And this is not the first problem I had! I will never go there again! And probably will cancel my expensive service that does not work anywhere!

My experience was Excellent! JP and Angel were very helpful and friendly! Left as happy customers as always dealing with them two!

Been sitting here for 20 minutes. There are two employees with one customer each. Not so much as a hello, eye contact or anything. A third customer walks in from the mall who apparently knows one of the employees. This employee engages the new customer in a lengthy conversation in front of the customer he was previously helping. I just came in to buy a couple of accessories!

They dont tell you ALL the hidden prices when you ask. Suddenly your bill is iver 50 dollara higher with no explanation. They disreguard questions a lot and seem to just not care

They dont honor theyre quoted prices, constantly change from month to month. cut out service without notice. Was with AT&T for over 10 years and never had these types of issues.

I switched over from Verizon or Sprint, I went to the store and a friendly girl help me out move my four lines over we now have unlimited data and our bill is feasible I recommend the store for anybody that wants to go to switch to sprint!

I got connections problems with my phone and since 4 weeks already and when to the stored and got referred to the apple store in Lancaster drove 45 min and got there and they told me that the problem was the sprint sim card and I went back to the stored and they told me that sprint doesnt provide sim card with a big defensive attitude. We called sprint customer service and they told us that the store does provide the sim card and for free because its cover by the insurance. Really this store is full of bull sh..t

My phone was water damaged and not working. I fortunately was due for a 2 year upgrade. The clerk refused to give me a phone unless I agreed to be part of the iPhone forever program. He said it would be a 5 business day wait if I signed up for w two year as it is store policy to order those even if they have your product in stock. It was a clear bullying technique. Ive been a customer for 6 years but in order to get a working phone last night, I had to switch to Verizon.
