Went to the Lebanon Valley Mall to the Verizon store and sat down with Kerry, not only was he very helpful w answering all of my questions he was very quick to come up a solution to the list of concerns and issues I had put in front of him! My husband and I came to a local Verizon Store to update our phones. We were in need of assistance to select new phones and transfer information to them. Kerry Galanos was working at time and immediately stepped. He was friendly and very patient with both of us. We left with new phones we could use. I returned the next day with a question. Kerry was here and solved the problem. It means a great deal to Jeff and I to have a real, live helpful person ready and willing to be of service.

I received my first phone from here, and have been coming here ever since. The professionalism and friendliness of their staff, not to mention their extensive knowledge of their inventory is without match, and which is why I continue to go to the same store to this very day. If I had to pick a standout employee it would be Miss Perez manager of the Lebanon Malls Verizon outlet.
Took awhile but the owner hooked me up with quite a deal. Would definitely recommend and I WILL be back!
Amazing Verizon store! Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall experience there is amazing! This is the only Verizon store I will go to. Keep up the great work! Also, they make transactions or simply getting a new phone very easy and painless and your not sitting there for an hour for everything to get done.

Walked in with some questions and stood around for 20 minutes without being greeted or a “hey I’ll be rite with you”. No acknowledgment at all. Very cool. Don’t go to authorized retailers. Pointless. Call or go to a corporate store.

I hardly ever provide reviews. however, i feel overtly compelled to say exactly how extraordinarily uninformed, unhelpful and unprofessional the staff of this establishment is.I would italicize and underline uninformed if I could.I am only providing 1 star, because thats the minimum I can give.Go to ANY other Verizon store. Go to Sprint. Suck up the higher fees with AT&T. Get some soup cans and string - because, honestly, all of those are better options than asking for help / advice / straight answers from these folks.Unless, of course, you enjoy waiting for 45+ minutes on a regular basis. Because thats how often youll be going back, because something isnt right. REGULARLY. (with or without a phone that is functioning in any other respect than a $700+ paper weight with a flashing blue light)This seems to be the general consensus of people I personally know - and have talked with, regarding this place. Its not just me.

I went in to have my phone fixed that I had bought there the man (the asst. mgr.) said it would take alittle time to fix iCloud so walked around store till he said it was fixed I thanked him and left . Several weeks later phone acting up again I was in Harrisburg so I stopped at Verizon there and they told me whoever worked on it before really messed it up so lady called that store to talk to rep there but they said he was busy so Harrisburg Verizon asked them to call me ASAP after she explained the problem of course he never called so I drove all the way there to ask him to fix what he had done . Of course he denied ever doing anything to my phone and said he never messed it up. Now if I reset it I will lose all my kids wedding pics etc. His response was sorry have a good day . Don’t ever go there or let them touch your phone cause they will mess it up . I can’t even transfer pics or info to a new phone

Wouldnt let me return or exchange a $43 phone case that I have no use for because it wasnt within the 15 day exchange period. I bought it before christmas, found out that it was the wrong case on christmas and have been trying to return it ever since.. it wasnt that long past the 15 days... I find it really hard to believe that there is no way around this policy. The 15 day exchange/return policy is in small fine print on the back of my receipt. No one told me I had 15 days when I bought it.. our monthly verizon bill is over $300... I think they have enough of my money. Verizon just sucks.
