Miguel was a life saver. Another store in town tried to get to pay over $1000. Miguel was very patient and got me a phone that fit my needs. He connected my truck, and took time to make sure I knew how to use it. I wnt go to anyone else. Highly recommended

I havent purchased a phone in quite a few years oh, I kept putting off purchasing one as I remembered how expensive they were and how time-consuming to have everything transferred. I finally stopped @the Lebanon PA Verizon store. Dreading this visit I walked in and a young man name Jeff was assisting me. I told him my price range, and what I expected and needed on the phone that I purchased. He quickly came back with an answer, they had the in stock and answered all my questions that I had and also comparisons to other phones. He was extremely knowledgeable started to process my order quickly and accurately. His customer service skillswere above and beyond. I called him the next day due to an issue due to my previous provider. Jeff immediately result resolved the issue.Later that day he came across a promotion that would benefit me with a free month of service and reached out by telephone. I cannot commend him enough for his expertise, professionalism and commitment to customer service ..I would recommend the store

Samsung did an update on 3/22/21 that made my phone go wacky. Apps kept crashing. I was not aware of what was making my phone go wacky until I stopped into the Verizon location on Rt. 72 near Tractor Supply. Upon arriving we were greeted by Monica who was in the middle of waiting on a customer. She was very friendly and professional. Once she had an opportunity to speak with me she asked what the problem was. I told her my phone has been going wacky since last night. She asked if it was a Samsung. It was and she said it was a problem with many Samsung customers. She also advised that Samsung was working on fixing the problem. In the meantime she helped get my phone back on track while also helping other customers that came in with the same problem..It was great to go somewhere that the customer service was terrific AND knowledgeable. We plan on getting our new phones from here.Thank you, Monica!

Employee was helping us and his shift was over and he said the other guy will help you when hes done with his customer and then he walked out. Wont be going back. The other employee tried to help but couldnt due to the fact the stores and online obviously are 2 different companies.

Had a problem with phone ..stopped at Verizon next to mattress place...hour and a half wait later...guy did a few quick tests....told me to call Verizon to get a new one....phone with Verizon another hour and a half..got nowhere!!I was livid!!! Just got done resetting n transfer on my husbands phone in Lebanon on Quentin Rd. Cody was very friendly, courteous and helpful in the steps we had to take in order to return the defected phone. Kudos Verizon on hiring pleasant employees.

Stopped in a month ago had to replace my phone that died. We have been dealing with this store for several phones and iPads always had great service.However this time I waited for my turn got some help, another lady came in same thingneeded a phone. As I chose which one I wanted the clerk began helping the other person at the same time ok no big deal.Until I was all but ignored with my purchase kinda answered my questions never finished my set up . I know my phone wasnt as much as the other persons and I didnt get extra charges....but when he gave her a free case and screen protector saying you spent moneyOn extras . Getting ignored and doing that in front of another customer isnt right. I was charged a fee for what I dont know never got a receipt emailed or the follow up call on the sale. Probably will find a different store . Have been a Verizon customer for 15 plus years neve had a bad experience till now.

I just want to say, I LOVE GOING HERE! I went in Saturday so annoyed! I went up the street and left annoyed! I walked in and said please give me a better solution to my problem then the guy up the street! I walked out with a solution I could work with. And the guy up the street LIED to me just so he could get a sale! I am always beyond happy with the service here! I reccomend this shop to anyone and will continue to go here for ALLLLL my issues and problems!
