Not very helpful getting all the material I needed. I had to keep talking to different people because apparently, if it’s not your job you don’t do it.I bought almost $4000 worth of material and when it was loaded, not much care was used. A heavy load of 6x6 post was on top and even though it was secured with two tied downs it shifted during the 1st turn from the store. Needless to say I had to reload by hand what they had loaded by forklift plus the lumber slid into the tailgate of my new truck and made four dents.I went back to let them know what happened, there were no offers to rep my truck or even replace damaged material I had just bought.Very disappointed.

Great, friendly service with excellent product availability. Was able to purchase quality lumber, steel, gates and farm equipment for less than at the big box stores.Purchased a Stihl chainsaw; was provided a full orientation and helpful tips/tricks. LDC is fantastic and will be my go-to going forward.

Sad face really needed some propane gas for my motorhome.

SHOP LOCAL! After Spending an hour trying to even talk to somebody at Lowes, I decided to call LDC to see if they could get my concrete. They answered in just a few rings, and got me what I needed and could deliver it by this weekend. Definitely better than Lowes or HD and Ill do my best to continue to support our local businesses.

Absolutely great customer service, and selection. They helped selecting the right tools for a job and helping with returns of things that didnt work out. I highly recommend them for thier friendliness and helpfulness.

Just bought a 350 Stihl Backpack Blower. They should me how to operate the Blower and the staff is top notch. I have bought several Stihl products from them Weed Eater, Hedge Trimmers, Chainsaw and now a Leaf Blower. I do recommend seeing these great people. Probably next year I will purchase a Stihl Pressure Washer and I will go nowhere but here to buy it.

Drove 30 minutes to buy a ladder. Pay my 300$ and pull around back to get it when I’m informed they don’t have one to sell. When I came inside to get a refund the salesperson at the counter got an attitude and was incredibly rude. Never will I go back to this store. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, but if my business isn’t appreciated I’ll take it down the road to Lowe’s.

Convenient place to stop for anything you’ll find at a “big box” store and the parking is close to the door. I purchased a couple items yesterday and will be back again. You’ll find employees eager to help and very knowledgable. That can be hard to find in the chain hardware stores with lots of part time people. You won’t find that at Lebanon Distributing Company . If you’re in Lebanon or even Mt. Juliet, it’s worth the drive. From Carthage it’s only 35 minutes. They have everything from tools to plumbing, high grade paint, lumber, fencing, building products, metal roofing, power tools and even storm shelter’s. Give them a try.

Great place to buy metal roofing and lumber. The folks at the counter and in the yard are very helpful and friendly. I prefer to buy my building supplies there instead of Lowes.

Great service dept. After they had the problem fixed with my sthil weed eater......the repaired it again while I waited.....problem fixed ....and it runs like it is brand new....

I took a pole saw in for carburetor repair/replace which was ACCOMPLISHED but, after I paid for the service and, was placing the saw in the truck, it came apart with springs and cups flying everywhere..... The small engine repair PERSON had not tightened up the nuts and bolts when he/she reassembled the tool. The counter people said it was no big deal, that they would put it back together for the LABOR COSTS! I Stated the obvious that the saw had not been assembled properly and, it was THEIR responsibility. The retort was how do we know you did not do it on purpose.....!! REALLY??/!! The drive shaft had snapped and the part would have to be ordered from Germany.... Needless to say, I have conducted business with Lebanon Distributing for 40 years. Richard sold the business and these new owners are rude, negligent, indignant and, they have seen the last of my trade, FOREVER..... Is there a way to post a tenth of a star...... For the record, I brought the situation to the IMMEDIATE ATTENTION of the Counter Staff.....as stated!! An ACE Hardware store ordered the drive shaft (a month to get the part) and reassembled the saw for me..... Elders Ace related the story to Stihl and, Stihl sent the part at NO Cost to them/me and, Elders had it back together in 20 minutes..... Elders matched Stihls Customer Service..... I was shocked and, NOW a devoted customer.... The saw took care of Spring trimming at the farms and, the house....., works like a champ!!

Very rude. Was in their business looking to buy some things. Yes I needed help. 1 employee insisted to keep a personal conversation with a costumer then proceeded to finally get the parts he ordered. Then walk out right past me without a single acknowledgement that I was there. Then when this employee comes back in he proceeds to walk right past me and still doesnt say anything. Then walks right back by and outside again. Then a lady come out from the vack and was helping this guy with chexking out and proceeded to go find parts this guy. This whole entire time of about 20 minutes of waiting to be acknowledge. I do not complain because they are human. But when I left I told the employee to have a good day. Not one thing was said back to me other then rude looks. I will not being going back to this company I will drive a distance before doing so.

About a year ago I moved to Tennessee to a house that has a lot of problems. Whether I was shopping for Stihl equipment or having problems with my water pump Richard and Lee have been very gracious and helpful to this do it yourselfer. When my pump failed under warranty Richard got it handled for me on the spot. When he found out it was not in stock he dropped it off for me on his way home.
