They charged us for a missing gas cap on a kubota we rented that was missing when my husband picked it up. After calling and speaking to the salesperson he gave the phone to the owner. The owner was rude and very unprofessional, he finally said he would check the videos. I said fine, if you find on the camera it was on when my husband pulled out then I am fine with paying for it but I want to see the video. The owner ended up hanging up on me twice!! WOW is that how you run a business these days? Then the owner had the sales associate call me back to inform me that I was correct that it was NOT on there and they would refund our money. This is twice we have rented from them and have recommended them. We will NEVER go back there again. Please take your business elsewhere because he doesnt deserve it acting that unprofessional.
