Love My Hearing Aids From Beltone! Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff! Great Communications and Service! Highly Recommended!

I find it extremely sad a company with a representation as Beltone would try to scam a 79 year old lady. She was given the option of getting hearing aids her insurance covered which the man refused to adjust correctly to telling her she can get a pair properly adjusted for $4800 and she would have to get a co signer for a loan to make payments. She was never given the option to try others the insurance would cover instead the man was trying to make a profit and decided for himself what she should get. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

As a child I had chronic ear infections. Unfortunately, I wasnt taken to the doctor as often as I should have been. As a result I had to have a major surgery when I was 18 yrs old and by that time I had a hearing a 65% hearing loss in one ear and 35 in the other ear. At times I pretended to hear, at times it was a benefit to pretend I couldnt :-) … . When I turned 50 I purchased a pair of hearing aids that I paid a lot of money for from a new company that went out of business soon after. I am sure you could understand that I was reluctant to try again. But I did... My husband spoke to Landon Wells from our local Beltone company in Lebanon, IN. Landon has been the most helpful person and has been my cheer coach while trying to get used to wearing them. I seriously cannot do without them now. Ive had the small blue tooth rechargable device earbuds for 2 years. You can listen to music, answer the phone, conference calls, listen to the television and to social media without bothering anyone else. The best part is, the quality is the best, but so is the company! The warranty is top-notch. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. I seriously believe in them. Thank you Landon for helping me overcome a bad childhood memory of losing my hearing. Thank you Cathy for being so kind when I pop in unannounced for a cleaning or a new wire... :-) Thank you Beltone for providing a great product and service!

Vist was good, done hearing test, and made ear molds, ordered hearing aids. No payment plan was offered, would have liked better payment options.

I love my hearing aids! I can hear my grandkids whisper now. I was having great difficulty hearing in public places where a lot of people were also. Now my hearing aids adjust to public places when I want them to. I also can hear people walking up behind me now. No more being scared to death and jumping all the time. Lol Thank you for your great technology and helping my hearing world be a happier place.

Bought my Beltone Trust hearing aids at the Beltone Hearing Care Center in Lebanon IN in June 2017. I didnt realize how much I had been missing out on by not being able to hear high frequencies until I got these hearing aids.In additional to the volume controls on the hearing aids, Beltones HearMax app allows me to adjust the hearing aids for different conditions such as noisy restaurants and talking on the phone. Beltone provides complimentary lifetime care which includes quarterly cleaning and maintenance.Beltone Trust hearing aids use low cost button batteries which last 4-6 days and which are safe to dispose of in the trash.

My husband has had Beltone hearing aids for over 2 years and their commitment to service is second to none so when I decided it was time to at least check my hearing I too went to Beltone in Lebanon...the staff is so pleasant and cheerful and the hearing specialist is very knowledgeable....I would not consider going elsewhere....
