I’m so thrilled and happy with their work. I have an older model Infiniti G35 that I adore. My friend accidentally backed into me and I had heard great things about Alex’s Body Shop. Jeremy took excellent care of my “girl”. Car rental was super easy - they picked me up at the shop. They had my car ready on time and looking fantastic. We had one small issue with a scratch on the front bumper that had not been there before. They apologized and Jeremy had them not only fix the small scratch but also some old damage that another shop (a couple years earlier) had fixed poorly. They made my old girl shine like new!!! I could not be happier. They also communicated almost daily so I knew exactly what they were working on and gave me an accurate time frame to expect my car back. They took care of everything for me. Super nice guys and excellent work. Highly recommend them!

Ive used Alex Body shop several times over the years and they are wonderful. I recently needed my side view mirror replaced on my minivan. I appreciate that they offered a used part to save money. It was in excellent condition and repaired it perfectly. The job was done in less than hour.

I have a new Valentine -- Alex and his crew! After someone drove into my parked car and drove away without any contact information, I was left with a huge dent in the front quarter panel. Worst part was that it made it very difficult to open the door enough to get into the drivers seat. After looking at Google maps I called the shop and was invited to bring my car in so they could see it. I was received royally and Alex had the team fix it that very afternoon. These guys get the job done! Had to get my A/C fixed. Honesty is rare in mechanics but Jeremy and Alex did me right! Could’ve easily charged me several hundred more dollars for a condenser and labor that I ended up not needing and I would’ve never known otherwise. Definitely would recommend hitting these guys up if you’re in need and in the area.

Very happy customer. Came in because the paint was peeling on the hood of my jeep. Other auto paint shops were trying to charge me around one thousand dollars to fix it. So when I came in I was prepared to do some haggling and negotiating but John saw it and gave me an AWESOME deal right off the bat. I really appreciated that because as a woman sometimes you feel like auto mechanics or repair guys will try to pull one over on you, especially if they think you don’t know what you’re talking about. The work John and everybody else did was amazing. Took my 20 year old Jeep Wrangler and made her look brand new again. I’ll have to edit this review later so I can upload the photos, but I am extremely pleased with the work. After seeing my car, my parents are thinking of bringing in one of their cars for a bumper repair. If you’re looking for a solid auto repair shop in DFW, Alex’s is the place to go.

I went to Alex Paint and Body shop on Tuesday afternoon. I was greeted right away. I explained what needed to be done and it was looked at right away.He agreed to fix it right on the spot. He also agreed to not charge me. Because it was such a minimal job. Everything that would be done was explained to me prior. So, I knew what outcome to expect. The customer service here is phenomenal. Its hard to find a good mechanic or a body shop. This shop meets all the qualifications of an excellent business. You are guaranteed service with a smile. Friendly people, great work delivered on time as promised, worked with my insurance company and took me to pick up rental car! Great experience! I would definitely recommend this shop! Took vehicle in on Tuesday, noting I had to have it back by Friday for a road trip out of state. I had a couple of scratches and chips in areas not on insurance claim. They touched them up at no charge! Had car back Friday AM on time, and they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle! And all the cost we’re handled by the shop with my insurance company without me getting involved. Hope I don’t have to have more body work in the future, but will return here without hesitation!

My car was in for a front end collision; after being in the shop for nearly a month, took the car home and within 2 weeks, had it back and then to the dealership to find it had internal motor damage as a result of the accident.... so my Insurance Company is not happy either because car should have been totalled initially had Alexs looked at the engine first since we did say it overheated just before dropping it off. would have saved us from paying them the deductible and the insurance company paying them nearly $10K - now my car is totalled after all that! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Good work, however, within one day of picking up my truck some small acorns fell off a tree in front of my house, landing on and denting my hood. I took the truck back, they did not fix it or offer an explaination as to why it happened. Took 3 days longer than promissed to finish the job. I read these reviews which seem to imply that they do more than they are paid for so I paid to have all my biggest dents repaired. They only give you what you pay for, nothing more and in my case a little less. Do Not expect more, it did not happen (not even a car wash).

I took my car in for a tail light assembly and bumper damage I was rear ended. Not only did they fix my damage but fixed my door that had trouble closing free of charge buffed additional scratches i had near the damaged area also for free. Took my car there last month based on the good online reviews. They were very friendly, however I was disappointed in the lack of communication from them during the 12 days my car was in the shop. I had to call them if I wanted an update on things. I was thoroughly disappointed once I got my car back from them. When I first took my car there I had mentioned to them that after my car was hit by another car my alignment was knocked off. I knew that because my car was now shaking at highway speeds, whereas it wasnt before I was hit. They said they would fix it when they fixed the other damage. I trusted that their word was good. However when I got my car back I realized that they did not align it. I called to tell them that my car was still shaking on the highway, the guy on the phone seemed uninterested in my issue, he kept telling me that they fixed the alignment, and that the shaking was maybe because I need new brakes or maybe new tires. I told him that I had just gotten new tires not even 3 months ago, spent $800 on them, and told him I had gotten new breaks just a year ago. So I knew neither of those were the issue, he told me to call the insurance company and tell them that my car was still shaking and see if they will pay to have it put back in the shop. Ridiculous! They didnt even put my car back together correctly, my gas cap is one that stays connected to the car when I remove it to fill up, well they didnt even bother to reconnect it when they finished, it now comes completely off and I have to sit it on my trunk when getting gas, there is a large piece of plastic in my trunk I am not sure what part of my car it came off of but it definitely came off my car, looks like the underside of my trunk, all I know is it wasnt there before I put my car in their shop. Needless to say I did not go back, and will not go back. I dont want them touching my car again for any reason. They did enough stuff wrong to it already. Thank God this mess didnt come out of my pocket, and the other driver who hit me, insurance paid for the repairs, because now I have to take it to my mechanic to get those issues fix.

They fixed something for me that turned out to be an easy fix and didnt even charge me. As a single person, I appreciate that.

Alex is the best! My family and I only take our cars here. A few months ago I backed my 2013 Kia Soul into a huge truck with a grill. Needless to say my car was wrecked pretty badly. Alex fought with my insurance company to get them to pay for all of the work needed, he worked with me financially and when he was finished my car honestly looked better than the day I bought it. Not to mention that everytime I called the shop I spoke with Alex personally, to me this shows that he truly cares about his business and his customers experiences. I will never go anywhere else and neither should you!

Great customer service and very fast service( dropped my car off on Wednesday and it was ready on Saturday) they also keep me informed through out the whole process via phone calls...they even took care of a few scratches I had on my hood... I would for sure use them again in the future.

Called to see about having them come onsite to give a quote from a hit a run. The gentlemen who answered was nice, said they normally wouldnt do that but would ask Alex. The gentleman called back (which I appreciated) and said Alex said he is not interested Im like ok, guess the answer to that request varies depending if its worth their time

I bought a 1995 Acura Integra that was in great mechanical shape and with a very nice interior but the red exterior had hail damage and the original red paint was severely faded. Alex fixed the hail dents and did an absolutely incredible job of repainting my Acura. This car looks like new and I highly recommend him to anyone needing paint and body work. He also has a fantastic Angies List rating.
