They will not stop harassing me. I have not done business with them nor will I ever. I was used as a reference by an ex coworker of mine, I was never meant to be a method of contact for this person, yet Chacon repeatedly calls me when the person who bought a car with them decides not to pay her bill on time... which is apparently frequently. I have asked to be removed from their list of contact information and have been clearly ignored as I still receive voice mails asking me to pass along a message to the person they are trying to reach, so they CLEARLY know its not their number. I know other ex coworkers were also used as a reference as also receive similar phone calls. I find this highly unprofessional and a blatant misuse of personal information.Buyers, be warned: careful who you choose to put down as a REFERENCE as they WILL use them as an alternative method of contact if you dont immediately answer your phone when they want to talk to you. This means your boss, coworkers, friends, or family will all be made aware of your personal and private business.

Absolutely terrible. Representative stated I needed to be a policy holder of the insurance but I’m currently covered as a driver on a geico policy! Called a different location and they were unable to answer why must you be a policy holder versuses a driver. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a company who can not help me understand certain policies and procedures. And answer 1 simple question.

I bought my first car from Chacon in 2004. I have paid off four cars through them since that time. This is the only place I know that will work with tough credit situations and provide a low mileage, reliable vehicle. I ran into issues with moving out of state so I turned in a vehicle and they didnt hold that against me. I had mechanical problems with two of my vehicles (no fault of Chacon Autos) and they helped me out. I have worked with Keith since I bought my first car and there is no one I trust more to take care of me. I cant say enough about Chacon and what they provide to their customers. I have seen a few negative reviews and for those, I challenge you to go another dealership that will work with bad credit and find a low mileage car. Chacon is all about quality and taking care of their customers.

This is my 3rd car I purchased from Chacon. I had to file Chapter 7 in 2009 and they approved me like in seconds. My first car was a 2010 Dodge Avenger. The second a new Suzuki SX4. After that I was able to buy two new cars. Well I went to get rid of my 2014 Ford Focus due to transmission problems, and breaking down. To no avail the credit bureau shows me as desceased. So no auto loan. Went back to Chacon and got a 2015 Chevy Impala LT Limited in beautiful condition at a great price with low miles. They replaced the tires for me and wiper blades. Great service and friendly people. Yes the intrest rates are high. Yet I now have a dependable car in really great condition. So far no problems with Chacon. Keith and Pete are great in Lewisville.
