2nd time that we try to buy a car in this place. This place is like a scam, fake dealer, nobody is available to show the cars,. Last week i stop trying to buy a car again and they said that they are going to send the car to fix but i never see the car back

Unfortunately I bought 2 cars from here a 350z and a Ford F-150 they were both clapped... we made the mistake from buying from local dealer not like cdjr or ford themselves dont like talking bad about people but lady up front was chewing gum loud and the whole vibe of the place just felt off. Ended up leaving with 2 trash cans that we went through the depths of hell to sell. At the end of the day my mistake but cant be promoting cars that have 4 wheel drive pulled out!

I purchased a vehicle from them and initially Emerson was great. I was told it had the check engine light on and was in the shop getting fixed. When all done I was told it was some plugs and coils and everything else was fine.. A great deal! I knew there was a power steering issue which they brushed off... still a great deal... well it needed a whole new pump. Fine. Upon driving it home (20 miles) the check engine light came back on... had to replace a catalytic converter. Done. About a week later and maybe 100 more miles, the engine light comes on again... total rebuild of the transmission needed. I have now paid more in repairs than I did the car itself. Long story short... NOT A GREAT DEAL. Buyer beware, do your homework and get a pre-inspection done!

They sold us a car that they refused to work on & now it’s broke down and they refuse to take it back. But when we first got this car we were told the mechanic was being fired because he wasn’t properly working on the cars right & now that we are having problems they want us to pay for the car in full and won’t allow a trade in.Just sad

This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to.I was there recently to buy a car. A guy by the name TONY attended to me. I found a car I like and we agreed on a price.I made it clear to this TONY guy that I would come and pick up the car the following day.I even followed up, by calling him when I got home.To my utmost surprise, when I called TONY the following day to say I was on my way, TONY said to me ‘my colleague has sold the car’.Tony is a very rude and arrogant human being. He didn’t even deem it proper to apologize to me for their unprofessionalism and bad work ethics.Guys do not patronize this car dealer, if you do, you are likely to regret it!

Going here was hands down the greatest experience Ive had at a car dealership. I had two cars in mind when I first walked in and I could not make a decision, but when ruby came up to me and offered to help she really broke down the specs of both cars and helped me realize which car I should get. She did it all too without just trying to make a sale or push me towards the more expensive one, I told her what i wanted and how my daily life is and got me what I needed.

Well, i had such a good experience, the owner let me get a car after I had an accident going to Houston, i thought I was lost without savings, no credit, & all I had left it was a crushed car.She helped me to get the car, and took it as a down payment, & let me choose the car I wanted to get financed. I chose A ford sport trac truck and it gave me troubles just one time, like all used cars none are perfect, plus I knew the car was about to be mine, so I told her to wait for me with a payment which she gladly did after showing my repairs recipt, after that I finished paying off my truck. She helped me out a lot.It was great.

This is the wost dealer ever dont be fooled by other reviews they are the ones posting them not clients . I walked in and the owner her self gave me an attitude when I asked her a question . Her and her staff argue in front of customers and their cars come with problems after you leave the lot the start to mess up a couple days later and they say its not their problem I gave it one star cause the site doesntd let you put anything less . Ppl please be careful there .
