What started off as a good experience turned into my worse nightmare. I was working with Anthony for a 2019 Mustang and I got approved. I had a down payment of 1500 that I only had on a card but he didn’t want it he wanted it in cash. I went out my way to do everything that was asked for and as I’m on my way to the car lot he text me and says the car had be sold. How can a car be sold that I was already approved for and I told him I will be there at 130 to give down payment in cash. I was also told the car was cleaned and ready to go and it was not . The inside was full of hair and dirt. They have they picks and chooses on who they want money from.

The vehicles are in good condition and the prices are reasonable. Ask for Anthony, great conversation and quick service. He is also very transparent about what you are purchasing.

Bought my car a year ago from this place. Prices were fine and they were very nice but they sent my car to the shop the day before I picked it up. Someone from that shop they sent it to stole everything in the catalytic converter. I know it was them because I use only a trusted friend to work on my car ever since I got it. They also false advertised on the post on facebook saying my car has a backup camera and bluetooth, which it does not have. I love my car, but this place is a huge scam.

I bought a used 2014 Ford Mustang near the end of April this year. I waited till just now to make sure that I didn’t have any problems with it, before writing a review. So far it’s running great and I’ve had absolutely no problems with getting it titled and registered either. I am not only extremely satisfied with the price and with the vehicle, but the guys at North Texas Auto Sales in Lewisville Texas give me excellent customer service also. They went above and beyond what they had to do to sell the vehicle, staying late and fixing everything I asked them to before I bought it. They also offered refreshments and recommendations of places to stay and have fun in the area. Not the customer care I would’ve expected (and experienced) from small dealerships. Horrible car dealer and dealership I went to this place in nov 2019 in order to get my daughter a car after choosing the car was told i need to pay 1st my down payment them sent a creditor to finalize the deal all before signing any paper work. After going all the way to Frisco to credit union to find out credit union sd that when was given to 1st time vin was mistaken after further review again the car fax came back as the car was in a werk and credit union was not able to do the transaction do to bad report . Was told hey if cant find u a car youll get a refund (lies) after for even a return call i called sd nah i need my monies back the dearlwr tell i have to pay fees for tjier srtvce and im trying to use his creditors i sd no i am on either i then went on to say i didnt sign any agreements either i want a full refund i owe nothing afyer waiting almost a month for refund and text message i disputed with my bank final report from bank said this merchant would comply to the credit .

My husband & I stopped by Monday morning as we were about to head back home to Lubbock after visiting DFW. My disabled brother had his heart set on a Chrysler Crossfire & there were 3 in the Lewisville area we wanted to check on before we left. With littleexpectation of actually getting one, we walked up to the Crossfire at NTVE/DNB Auto Group. Soon after, a very courteous and up beat man walks out and introduced himself as Hoyt Skyrme. Hoyt was helpful, informative and knowledgeable about the Crossfire. He was not a typical pushy kind of car salesman...he was more like the friend that you havent seen since high school, but pick right back up with! Needless to say, we fell in love with the car and knew it was perfect for my brother. Hoyt took our offer to the owners who agreed on a price that allowed us to bless my brother with his dream car. Hoyt worked the deal quickly and had a few things on the car checked out expeditiously as we were needing to get on the road. They offered transport (for a small fee), but we elected to drive it home. To complete the delivery of the car when Hoyt handed over the keys, he was a sport and allowed me to video him congratulating my brother on his new Chrysler Crossfire! I drove the car to Lubbock, which is about 5 hours away. The car did awesome...not one issue. Handing the keys over to my brother and showing him Hoyts quick video was priceless! Thank You, Hoyt!
