I dont know what to say but amazing things about Miss Sarah. Just relocated here from Atlanta and Id have to say her attention to detail got me here safely and my items stored safely as well. Nothing was sugar-coated and sometimes you need someone like that to help you out. Really went above and beyond but she also helped me find a place to live before making it to Texas which was amazing. Service was incredible prices great.I have nothing but good things to say thank you so much and I appreciate their help so much. Helped me with a few questions that I had and even came back out in the rain to assist me! Super cool. I look forward to renting with you guys in the future.

Second time Ive had to wait on a cart. If youre looking to store somewhere that offers convenience, this is not the place. Only one cart is available for use in the entire building and you have go to the office and sign out for it .

BEST EMPLOYEES EVER!!!-KAITLYN & SARAHI called at 5:00 pm thinking they were closing at 6:00 pm. Little did I know they they close at 5:00. I was 20 minutes away with a 26-ft Uhaul truck. This was was my first time and I hadn’t paid for the storage unit yet. They were already locking up and shut down the computers.By the time I pulled in they got the system back up and despite several technical difficulties they both stayed 90 minutes after hours to so that I wouldn’t be stranded with a full truck for another day. They had even clocked out and likely weren’t getting paid during this time.These two employees went way out of their way to ensure I was taken care of!!!Please give these two a raise! Have never had customer service this good!!!!!

The owner wants feedback so here it is.Your customer service was great when I needed to sign up, but when my stuff was stolen out of my unit, I got handed a sheet of paper and a brochure to deal with an insurance company that does not return phone calls or emails. And when I talk to your staff they respond with either “I have nothing to do with that” or “I can’t help you”So I pay a monthly insurance fee to your company but you can’t put me in contact with a person about a claim?Also, why have video surveillance if it doesn’t work?Management here is bad, sorry to say it but it’s true.

I always interact with Sarah every time I come in. She’s always charming, friendly, efficient and competent. I’ve always managed to be a pain in the butt and she always makes me feel like I haven’t been. Even with the transition of management she goes over the top to handle my mess for me. Highly recommended.

This location is a new facility. Ariel greeted me at the front door and made it so easy to rent a space. All my questions were answered. She took the time to show me the space and review all the procedures for entry and storage rules. She was cheerful, informative and very customer focused. This is likely the result of excellent training and reflects well on the management of this location.

I was having a hard time deciding between Cube Smart and Public Storage. After talking with Ariel on the phone I felt that Cube Smart was more professional and better prepared for questions. When I contacted Public Storage I was receiving different information and it seemed like no one could get their story straight. I am so happy and relieved to be using Cube Smart to store my belongings for a little while before I move into my apartment! They were really friendly and the information was clear. Not to mention the price was lower! Bonus!

I have tried calling on behalf of my elderly mother, no one bothers returning calls. You keep sending us threatening emails, yet cannot answer or pick up a phone to call. HORRIBLE customer service. There is nothing in her storage you keep threatening to sell, knock yourself out! **Edit 4/20/21 You sent my mother, who is in assisted living, who NEVER used the storage that I repeatedly tried to cancel, to collections. SHAME ON YOU! People like you are whats wrong in this world. Youll never get a dime, scammers.

I have had several cross country moves and this is the best experience I have ever had with a storage company. From the moment I called the location to set up an appointment to set up the account to two months later when I moved out Ms. Sarah Walker the gerneral manager was there for every step of the process. She is very professional and made sure i had the right size unit in the right location so that when the delivery was made with the 18 wheeler there was not issue and when the pick up was made in a smaller truck there were no issues. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to store their personal goods. Ask for Ms Sarah Walker...she is the best!!!

Pros: Its clean and new. Cons. They have the temperature programmed High during off hours. I visited my unit and during the day it;s set to 78-85. At night, its set (programmed) to 85. I asked the managers and they didnt feel empowered to change it. ITS ONLY WITH THIS FACILITY. I have stayed at the other LifeStorage of Denton Tap Hwy and it was great. I am moving out end of June. If youre are paying indoor temp control, be aware that when the facility is programmed to 85 at night and it rains there is a lot of humidity in the building and in the unit. I have a second floor unit and my boxes (which are UHAUL and has a 10 year shelf life) are softening and if you have stacked boxes, they will be crushed and fallen over. I moved in April 2019. Im moving to another place before the end of June. Ive been there about 5 times since I moved my items in the storage unit. and 3 of those times, I asked them to adjust the temperature and they only do it during the day but it is reset to 85. There was a time when the temperature was 95 in the building even though their office is set to a comfortable temp of 72. P.S. Do not trust the thermostat set by the office door within the inner office entry way by the bathrooms. They set that low but take a walk and check out the other thermostat settings.

Cubesmart Windhaven self storage is a great location easily accessible. This location has 24hr access and a friendly environment. Sarah is super sweet and always very helpful. I would most definitely recommend cubesmart for all your storage needs!!

Sarah Walker the “manager” has denied me two weeks now to cut the lock off my storage. I’m only off on Saturdays and this is the second week I’ve gone in and gotten the excuse that she doesn’t have the tools. Today I went in and she was on her cell phone with a friend and told me that she was doing paperwork and to come back another day because she doesn’t have time. When I told her that this is the second week she has an excuse she told me to leave her store or she was calling the police.

Don’t rent from there Sarah is very rude she will play it off until you get in you might catch it before you get in Very bad experience period

For the very first time, I was accidentally late on a payment. The late charges almost DOUBLED my monthly amount. I wasnt even a week late before I remembered to pay it.Really? A company acts like this during this pandemic?

It was last minute didnt know which storage we wanted to use, I really like Cubesmart when Patricia gave us a tour, and plus she was very patient with us while we were trying to decide what size storage to get. I would really recommend here to friends and family.
