I wish I could give negative stars! This rental company is a joke! Made reservation and went to pick up and truck was not there. Told it would be on its way as I was suppose to pick up at 9:00 am. At 10:00, no truck, at 1100am told truck is stuck in traffic “15 minutes away”, 12:00 and reservation cancelled and I went to U-Haul.
