I went there to upgrade my phone and was quoted one price, then they tried to charge me $20 more... Tried to sell me a USED otter box and broke my Sims card!Now I cant get my phone to work properly, so I called to talk with someone about the issue and was HUNG UP ON!HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I have been a loyal customer with 3 phones for about 5 years now! Maybe its time to change providers if thats the way they are gonna treat there customers! 😠

Ive had 3 ABSOLUTELY GREAT service with Cricket & our best service has came from a young lady named Sonya @ the Cricket store off of Lowes Blvd in Lexington, N.C.

I inquired about switching my carrier to Cricket over the phone yesterday. I was fortunate enough to speak with Nancy Valdivieso at the Lexington store next to the Walmart. I had a ton of questions and she took her time and answered all of them. What she was telling me was how I could save over 50% over what I was currently paying. I wanted to go ahead and do it but had to work the next day and wouldnt be able to come in. She offered to come to me on her lunch break and get what she needed to finish the switch and we were done in 10 minutes! I cant begin to tell you how professional she was and how easy she made it for me. Would recommend her highly to anyone I know! Thank you Nancy!!!!
